Little bit of everything, but not a whole lot of anything. It's okay for purchasing different things, some things more than others. Store has to many different types of products to be as small as it is. Not a bad store, to have so many different products, just needs to be bigger. The customer service area, where people take returns, cash checks, pay bills, etc. Rarely ever has anyone there, and at times it's a pretty long wait until someone comes to take care of people. The phone, electronics area, good luck finding someone to take care of customers there. And the majority of the time the people that employees that are in the phone/electronics area, aren't well knowledgeable about several items in the area, or even at times, not knowledgeable at all with several items in the area. Electronics and customer service center could definitely be upgraded as to having employees in them, and the employees who are in them, especially electronics need to be more knowledgeable about the products in the area.

Waited over 5 minutes at the pharmacy before one of the employees came to give me my prescription order. They spent more time gossiping and staring at me than it took to hand me a bag.

Seemed well stocked and organized. Went looking for a specific bicycle that I had found online and said was available in Waverly store. When I got there, the specific bike wasn't on display. The staff immediately offered to help me and found what I had gone there for.

I had to return an item. Temperatures were around 33. The service desk is right inside the door and it was freezing while I was being waited on. I felt so bad for the nice lady who helped me. They need to move the service desk to a better location in the store.

They got usually what no other Walmart nearby has usually when circleville in Chillicothe one largest out nine times out of 10 in Waverly has it in stock

It was an okay experience. I always do curbside. But when I was given a substitution choice, it wouldn't let me decline. So I was gonna be given and charged for something I didn't want. I was told to wait for a moment in my car because I didn't want to go inside to return it when I had called earlier that day and was told that I didn't have to do that. I was asked to wait while they fixed the issue. 10 15 minutes later. Nobody came back out, and they left my back door open, where I had frozen groceries and other items. Including the fact I had chicken in the back, which would have ended up very bad if I had waited any longer.

They had what I wanted & at a reasonable price.I asked an associate for some assistance & they were quite helpful & courteous.Also, an associate gathering shopping carts in the parking lot asked me if I needed any assistance (I have a disability). He was very friendly & really radiated exuberance with what he was doing.That is truly great to see.

Last couple months the self check out has charged wrong price. Like I bought 3 loafs of the same bread but was charged a different price for each one. Pay attention. Dollar general got in trouble for selling things at different prices and here's Walmart doing the same thing.

Walmart definitely needs to find a better time of day to stock shelves, like maybe start up a night shift and stock during those times. Today seemed like every time I went down an aisle I couldn't get to the product I needed due to giant carts in the way. I do understand they have to stock,but I also believe there could be a better time.

I don't really like this store at all unfortunately I live in a small town (actually it is so small its considered a village) and there is basically no where else to do your shopping. Wish I had a target closer then two hours a way I would never shop there again. Its always extremely busy and next to no people running cash registers so lines are very long unless you choose to use self checkout which I hate to do also stuff seems to always be sold out on the items I would like to purchase even though there are carts blocking isles as people are stocking shelves they seem to always be in the way. Handicapped spaces are always full due to the store always being packed with people. On a good note. Workers are very helpful when finding things for the most part. Most seem to enjoy there jobs and helping people.

well we didn't get any harassment for our visit and not wearing a mask so I gave it a four-star rating because I believe if people are that afraid of catching covid-19 then they need to stay home or remain at 6 ft distance. Also they seem to do a pretty good job with keeping the shelf stoked

Would be five stars but they never have my favorite flavor of monster in stock. This place is fairly clean if you ignore all the two legged trash walking around. Still a great place to ball up and pretend you're a tumble weed. No one minds unless you knock over their cart full of Bud light platinum and off brand pampers.
