Great bargains on staple items. Always a good place to get inexpensive snacks/chips for a party or gathering. Meat department is very well stocked with quality cut with good prices. Store is overall clean and staff is always friendly. Handicapped ramp out front. Parking is more than adequate but last time I visited it needed some work

I took a neighbor there to help them get the best prices on their grocery list and I found several things that I had been looking for. 👌I was recently in there to speak with the manager about getting some photos to post of how excellent the site looks inside and out. And while there ,I seen that they were busy with putting together ❤ food baskets for the needs of our more unfortunate families 👪 of our community members, and they were very busy doing that, and the baskets were really going out the door almost as fast as they were getting them ready . Thanks should given for this humanitarian apathy at Thanksgiving. Excuse me, but from the 👌above, my updated post pertains data on the Chillicothe site. Sary for this updated data entry on the Waverly site, that should have been posted on the Chillicothe site.( Me)

I was just there today at about 3pm and it was THE WORST customer service I've ever seen in my 40 yrs of life! I asked the guy a question about the sale on the ad and was immediately interrupted by a female employee who called me a liar an was literally screaming at me over pizza 😄 anyway then I was denied service all together and was told to leave the store but b4 I could leave the female looks at the ad and realized I was right the whole time but never offered to apologize or let me make my purchase. Not that I would have anyway but will never be back the treatment I received was despicable

Great prices on everything. Alot of name brands. Only complaint is items are too scattered, for example salsa is in one location, then you get to another isle there is different varieties of salsa. Same with soups, cereals, coffee, etc. Until you learn the layout of the store, there is alot of item switching out as you shop but the prices on the name brands make it an excellent place to shop.

My only complaint is they do not have a public restroom.... Well they have one, but they have closed it to the public. I had to leave in the middle of shopping and find a place to use the restroom because I'm pregnant and holding it is not happening.

One of the employees was very rude out side asking if I had a problem. Not sure why. He was the one that stayed on break for way to long, I don't work there one girl was the only one doing anything. The other was girl keep going out to get the kid, way to long.

Workers were cool, and have some good munchies gonna make nachos and watch the Buckeyes game, couldn't find the tomales though!!!! Upset about that
