Not good place to work I seen them hire a handicap dude then fire him under 30 days due to them bullying him about being handicap they wanted proff of his handicap plain as day you can see it . Poor leadership mostly Nathan he is not good person to lead he is flaming gay and doesn't hide it but doesn't like handicap people and if you have issues hr is so big of joke they run the place. And she sleeping with plant management on 2 shift. No way to get help

Arrived right at my 1100 appt time, with a line of trucks already 4 deep ahead of me. Once I got thru the line to the receiving window (pretty quickly), they gave me a dock door right away with good directions. I did hear them tell another driver in front of me that his appt time was not until 1300 and to go sit in the holding lot and come back at 1300. So no early deliveries here.Move tandems to the rear, break the seal and put it in the trailer, back into the door, stay hooked and wait for the red light to turn green. Once green, pull forward a little ways and the dock employees will give you paperwork thru the same dock door. Started unloading almost immediately and was done before I could even eat my lunch. Super nice gals at the receiving window. Easy to dock, fast unloading.

Love the store for our farm needs ,however, the little redheaded girl that works the service desk is always rude. I would give 5 stars. However, they have an issue with item prices being mismarked.

Shop at both Waverly and New Boston. Twice a month I stock up on my bird seed and bottled water Best price. Always go there for car and lawn mower batteries. Great variety of spices and unique food items. Nice place to just browse seasonal items. Love the popcorn

Older lady at checkin is very rude and unprofessional. Cant give proper instructions. She tries to talk down at you and looks like she hates being there. Dock guys and yard guys are pleasant and helpful. Unloading was pretty fast.

But they don’t care appointment.am on my appointment time but it over 1 and half hour still waiting for door. And when you on door they took 2 hour that the say. I recommend don’t come here

Lady at left window w bronze hair mean!. Thinks I cut the checkin line when it was only guy and myself checking in. Then other driver came in after minutes later .TRY SAYING HELLO good morning before you wrongfully say stupid statements. Didn't know you have to wait for person to get out of their truck before you can walk in from your truck... SMH Thanks Heather and other lady for not being mean.

This is my first time coming to this place but I definitely won’t be coming back especially after seeing the posts about other delivery drivers being late. I got here at 10:30 but my appointment was at 8:30 so I was two hrs late for my appointment. They wouldn’t unload 5 pallets and there was no mention of a late fee which I would’ve gladly paid to get unloaded. Will never come here again.

I did not complete my order after the calculation of the shipping charges as it was cheaper just to buy the item at another local store. The order was never confirmed and is still in my cart; HOWEVER, Rual King shipped the item any way and no refuses to waive the shipping charges for me to return the item I never ordered.

We will not be returning to the store. I am sure it is not healthy to be breathing in there. I was in there the other day and was hearing a lot of birds chirping but I did not see any. It was lots and loud. THEY ARE LIVING IN THE HEATING AND COOLING DUCTS. THAT CAN NOT BE HEALTH FOR PEOPLE TO BE BREATHING! Also they done away with veteran parking.

The Waverly Rural King was a good shopping experience, the place is clean and the employees are helpful! I also was very pleased when I had to return a cost that I bought but had lost the receipt, the customer service lady took the time to look up the receipt for me based on a few key facts to prove which receipt was mine. Bottom line,the receipt was found and my money was returned!!

Love going here they offer so much I can get clothes or my chicken and duck feed they also offer live birds and they are taken care of and happy and healthy I enjoy the peanuts and popcorn they offer and I enjoy going in to look and see what's new
