They get very busy and I'm sure overwhelmed. But they still make sure that when your medication is needed, they go the extra mile to get it done.

On more than one occasions, Rx closed early before their posted closing time of 5:00 on weekdays with no notice anywhere. Was stuck not being able to give my mother her medication on more than one occasion because the pharmacist decided he doesn’t want to do his job.

This is the most unfriendly, unprofessional and inefficient pharmacy in town. Called to update Goodrx info. Autumn lied and said they didn't have my script. I called my doctor back to confirm Rx was called in to Rite Aid. It was called in 4 hours prior. Called Rite Aid back. The pharmacist (Madeline) informed me that they are "too overwhelmed" to take 30 seconds to update Goodrx coupon to save customers money. She said they will only enter it in one time because it's too much work and they already don't make enough money on scripts. Well, I'm sure they make plenty off insurance companies. We own a successful business in Waverly. We wouldn't dream of treating our customers like this.

I love all the nice employees at Rite Aid they're all so nice and ready to help you anytime you need them too!! Not to mention the Pharmacy staff are very helpful and willing to help if needed Definitely got a customer for life here ❤️💯❤️

The staff in the Pharmacy Are very rude and unprofessional they are in no hurry to help you and i felt Discriminated against by two of the female employees working in the pharmacy whispering to each other about me and the medication i was picking up!! I was told they could only partially fill my meds and i could pick the remainder up the next day after my meds were filled i was then told i had to wait 8days after the 8days i was then told i had to wait 2 additional days they are not honest are very rude and will judge you the moment you walk in the door i do not Recommend using this rite aid and John the main Pharmacist told me if i didn't like it i could go somewhere from now on and that they dont have Gremlins working throughout the night not to come first thing in the morning that they would get to me when they get to me like i said very unprofessional and rude once i receive my meds i will never again use this location

love the people working there and the help but i hate trying to call them i can never get through and have to keep pressing 3 to go to pharmacy it would be easier to stay on hold. had to listen to message and press 3 19 times to get through one day and its like that most days.

Make sure I find what I needed they don’t rush very nice peopleThe guy that works there is always nice helped me find my kids medicine I needed and always made sure it’s what I needed safe ectI think he might be the mangerBut his a very sweet guy you don’t get that much anymoreDefinitely with my two kids I need whatever help I can get if you can help me find something thank you so much

I went there for a covid test, but they forgot their password to their system, so they told me to come back later. We then called them later since we heard no word from them, and they magically remembered their password. The whole process was very unprofessional, and I have yet to receive my covid test result. Overall, don’t recommend.
