The place is pretty clean for the most part, and the workers are polite and helpful for the most part. You may talk to a worker there every once in a while who doesn't want to be there at all but that's any store you go to. As far as the prices in the store are higher on everything. I would say everything in the store is at least 1$ or 2$ more than Walmart, but unlike Walmart, they do keep things stocked up pretty well.

I like the store but do not understand the parking. There are so many spots dedicated to pick up parking and they are never full. Not even before big holidays when every other spot is packed. It forces people to park far away if they aren’t willing to use their pick up service

Was very busy and not enough cashier lines were open which caused long lines at the register. Self-checkout is a joke and cashiers have to bag their own groceries. Managers were too prestigious or distracted to assist the 'help.'

A guy stopped me at the door at 950 said couldnt let anyone in. I turned around and then a woman in her 40s walks up. He tries the same thing with her. She says no u dont close till 10 ill call ur manager . He moves aside and lets her in, i walk back n go hey u let her in so let me in. He says he will get in trouble. Definitely just using ur competition forever walmart for life cause kroger is worse than bad.

1st these are the people that feeds us! They done a fantastic job when everyone else was sitting in our homes.But when there is a sign in the window and the web says you are open to 11pm please make arrangements so stay open

Great experience as always, except the deli was closed for break. Deli is closed a lot the times I shop. Bagger, Brayden and cashier, Anthony were courteous and helpful.

I went to this kroger today hoping to find a Starbucks for my morning hot chocolate . As soon as I entered, I asked an employee if there is a Starbucks inside and she said" it's right here." I then got in line and waited for 5 minutes before she called me back over to her and said that I paid there. Just a heads-up, the manner and tone that you speak to others REALLY does make a difference. I let it go because, maybe she is having a bad day? Who knows what she is going through? The hot chocolate was very good and that will bring me back, and I am a connoisseur of hot chocolate. Update . After going back 2 weeks later and the chance refusing to wait on me, almost making me late for work, I will not be back. Horrible experience .

Long time Kroger shopper here...first time in this location (Waverly Ohio)..and must say, after parking my car a long distance away, I have difficulty walking, I soon realized as to why I had to park at such a distance...because Krogers took all the front parking spots, excessively I might add, and marked them for " kroger pick-up" only..sad, it's unwelcoming. Also very sad, a store this size without a butcher counter, looks more like a Walmart.

Pharmacy staff was awesome Kristina waited on me and went above and beyond to getting my doctors office straightened out and seeing my proper medication was sent and my medication was.timely and CORRECT thank goodness. I will keep doing my prescriptions here because they go the extra step with Technicians like Kristina thank you so much.

If I could have I would have left no stars, because we just left there with no groceries. I was appalled at their customer service. We aren't from here and when we saw Kroger's I said I wanted to stop and get some gluten free items that we can't get back home. They had gluten free DiGiorno's pizzas two for $12. Also bought gf pie shells $ 6 each, and another gluten free item. When it rang up, we didn't get the discount. The clerk at the self checkout said she'd have to check and see. She left us waiting for quite a long time. Finally, she came back and said they "probably " weren't included in the sale since there were only a couple. I told her that there were more. I went back myself and informed here that there were seventeen and that didn't even include the ones I had.. She then said,"what did he say?" I was confused and said , "who ?" I had no idea what she was referring to. Obviously,, another clerk had taken the pizza to check it out. By this time, with us having two more hours to drive , I told my husband to forget it. As we walked at the end of our lane, there was the pizza beside a register. The man was no where in sight snd definitely, was not checking on the pizza.I can't believe the service and to know how much time we had spent in the store and mostly, the excitement of getting gluten free items.I know you could care less about losing our business and I have never had such treatment at any other Kroger that we have shopped. Please, train your workers better that others will not have to go through such a wasted trip. I'll never stop at Waverly Kroger ever again. Lesson sure has been learned.

Very friendly Kroger. Nice, updated self checkout area with helpful staff. They have a lot of really great priced items. Lots of good mark downs. I love the fact that there's a Starbucks inside the Kroger. I wish every Kroger had a Starbucks.

Being someone who is unable to walk for any distance and having back issues, I ride the motorized shopping cart. My complaint that I have given in every store I've been in : Please put some of the half gallons of milk down where they can be reached by those with disabilities. I am, painfully, able to stand up to get mine, others are not so fortunate.

Spent 2 hours and $200 shopping only to find NOT ONE SINGLE CASHIER at checkout. I have a full-time job already, and so does my wife! It is NOT our job to do what a cashier should be doing! We will be shopping much more at Walmart from now on. At least they have ONE lane open! Complete bull! It took us 35 minutes longer to checkout and leave than what it would have taken a cashier! #NotMyJob!

Was going to purchase a 24 pack of Coors beer but when I rang it up it was 5 minutes past 1:00am and they told me can't sell beer after 1:00am. State law in Ohio is 2:00am. Kroger must make up their own rules. They won't sell me any more beer and nothing else either. I will do my shopping somewhere else. Piss on you Kroger

The produce here is so much better and stays fresher longer. They also offer a larger selection of normally hard to find items and the workers are a great deal more friendly.

Kroger Customer Service is sorely lacking. Forget any service after hours. Work a night shift or get off work late? If you shop at Kroger you get the bonus of doing your own check-out. So after you have a long day at work you get to do someone else's job on top of your own!
