Pulled in with our Rv to stop and get some groceries. Quite a few semis, allowed to stay overnight. Clean area plenty of room on the pickup side. Was very convenient to order a pickup order with Rv there. Thank you for being prompt and courteous.

SO TIRED of not enough check outs! It's bad enough we have to scan and bag our own groceries, now we have to wait 6 full carts deep just to check out! RUDE, RUDE, RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE when called for more registers!Ordering a pick up is getting just as bad. Website shows product OUT OF STOCK when it is absolutely ON THE SHELVES!

Some of the shelves were bare. Couldn't get everything I came in for. This has been happening more and more often. They need to keep their shelves stocked better. I was there early afternoon. Not nighttime. So shelves should have been stocked.

The last four times I had my oil changed I told them high mileage and got regular oil.i was told they didn't have any and would have to get it off the shelf.I guess they are to lazy to walk that far.I also asked for a certain battery and they gave me a different type and the cheapest one.I should get what I asked for.How hard is it to do your job.

It's walmart. Of course it's untrustworthy on product and aggravating every visit. Check carefully as they love selling used and returned merchandise. Gas powered things that smell like gas. Cameras with birthday pictures already on them. What have you.

Walmart was ok but I don't recommend going after dark because everyone in the store is speaking another language they look at you funny and there is never any parking because all the vans and busses they ride I n onn.not cool go home

Arrived to shop at about 8:45am and the east doors were still closed and locked . Should be open at 8am. Noticed the surrounding property was littered and trashed. This location has to be an eyesore for the City of Wauseon. Walmart Corp needs to look into way management can't maintain this location.

Few employees to assist you. Few checkouts open, emphasizing self checkout. Deli subpar. Pharmacy is the best reason to go here.

Walmart was great today! They had everything I needed. My cashier was super fast and friendly. A very polite young man, who did a fantastic job. No complaints, nice trip to the grocery!

I don't know if this store is chosen to be closed or what's going on. For some reason they can't keep pet food on the shelves especially for cats. The men's clothing line and shoes are the same ones they've had for 5 years. The grocery side is pretty decent they usually keep everything well stocked prices haven't changed drastically lately

The only employee who is willing to help you is the self checkout guy. Took ten minutes to find a staff member to help me, and then she didn’t even help. I was obviously interrupting her. I’ll go to Chief or Kroger next time.

Clean store and even though it's not my typical Walmart that I usually go to. Everything was easy to find and my checkout was quick even using my WIC card. That usually makes checkout take a few extra minutes but not this time. I love to get in get what I need and get out. My kind if place.

Shelves are a mess. Nothing in order. Stuff is hard to find. Older guy at door stopped us to check our receipts when we didn't use self checkouts - said their clerks often make mistakes. Didn't think fast enough to tell him if your people make the mistake it's not MY fault!

It's your usual Walmart. More self checkouts than not.Some employees seem to be doing the bare minimum needed and could work on being more friendly and helpful.Some seem as though bothered when asked a question or for any type of help.Walmart definitely isn't anywhere near the status they held several years ago.This Company surely hasn't made any improvements over the years. Sadly, they've went from being my favorite store to one that I only enter if it's my only option.I prefer their online experience, which is very good overall.

Need more selection of coasters. We are happy with the one set we found. Overall was pleased with what we bought. The store was clean even with the employees putting up stock. Easy to maneuver the aisles.

The hostess was nice. Talked with her for a few minutes. Waitress was great! She made sure we always had drinks and such. I ordered the pot roast with mashed potatoes w/gravy, carrots, and onions. Loved it. Amazing flavors. Enjoyed this meal along my road trip.

This Walmart is a bit underwhelming. It's not super dirty, but it's not super clean. The shelves aren't empty, but they're not fully stocked either. The only nice employees are the greeters at the door - everyone else really looks like they don't want to be there and act like it too. Produce isle is not great. The only major plus is that it's close to home and has items that other stores in the area don't carry.

@ 41 years of age I had the worst shopping experience ever! I took my 85 year old grandmother to this store to get groceries. I convinced her use the electric scooter to save her legs as she tires quickly at her age. We did our shopping then proceeded to the self checkout because of course the registers with a cashier were backed up. At this point we get approached by two Walmart associates who rudely wanted to take the scooter from my grandmother. As they said there are other families waiting for a scooter. I explained to them they could have it when we are done. Neither of the Walmart employees offered to help us with checking out our takeing our groceries to the car. Then after we started heading for the car one the the Walmart employees started to follow us to the car. Not to help or course! The man followed over my grandmothers shoulder making her feel uncomfortable. I ask the man to give her some space. Then Followed at a distance. Again watching us load groceries and never offering to help. Never in all my days have I been this miss treated at a grocery store. Even my grandmother felt like a “criminal” as we were followed out.
