I started boarding my fur-baby at Tony's just this year. The owners get 5 stars. They have been very helpful, accommodating, and a pleasure to work with! The other shop staff get 3 stars - they have been just okay. They can't seem to ever find my paperwork for my pup when I bring him in. It gets frustrating filling out the same forms every time I come. The first time, what should have been a quick drop-off, took over an hour - way past my lunch break. (Maybe staff needs to re-learn how to use an alphabetical file system? My name isn't that hard.)When I've worked with the owners, it has been smooth sailing. Keep up the great work, guys!

We're new to the area and recently went to Tony's Pet Shop to utilize the self-serve dog wash. The staff was extremely friendly and personable. The dog wash area had two raised stations, one for smaller dogs and one that fit our Great Dane, there were several bottles of shampoo/conditioner and a raised platform with a blow dryer. It was exactly what we were looking for and fit our needs.

I’ll give them three stars because I know they are trying and the employee was very nice. It really is a tired old building with a pretty limited selection. It’s probably worth driving to a bigger town unless you need some staple items.

We got Beta fish to use at our wedding reception with our centerpieces. We took all the vases in and they did the rest! The fish were absolutely beautiful and lived a really long time. Jermery and Darcy we so helpful to help us in an already stressful time. We go at least once a week to get crickets and fish for other animals that we have. They are extremely knowledgeable and are happy to answer any questions we may have. I love small family owned businesses!

Customer Service is top notch, and they are very knowledgeable about the products and pets that they sell. If they don't have what we are looking for in stock, they are very quick to get it. The self-grooming station is always clean and so easy to use. We buy everything we need from Tony's and won't go anywhere else!

Great people. Friendly atmosphere. Top notch service. If you aren't buying from here, but rather a big chain store you will never understand. I've been dealing with Tony's Pet Shop for over 40 years. Jeremy, Darcy and their family have continued in the tradition of customer satisfaction started MANY years ago.

It’s a wonderful family owned business! Whenever I have any questions about my animals, they are always willing to help. They are such a friendly staff and so knowledgeable. I love being able to go in there and see their selection of fish and small animals.

They have snakes and lizards if your into that like we are. Also big selection of fish and so much more. there all nice there and I like it. I go there almost weekly for mice and rats for my snakes. they have almost everything you might need.

What a horrible place. Bought a reptile tank and got it home and found a crack and they said its not their problem. Spent $180.00 on a cracked tank. I will never spend another cent in that dump.

They saved my fish!! I wasn’t sure what was wrong with him the first few days I had him and they helped me identify that the pH of my well water was too high. They sent me home with a bag of cycled tank water with correct pH and healing salts. My lil dude was better the next day and he’s still happy and healthy a month later! Also, they keep their betta fish in tanks instead of cups. :)

Okay, well I did sorta like it. But not much. Why you may ask? Well, I bought an animal from them. They got it quick, and I was able too take it home as soon as I got there. But, I was planning too buy the things there like a heater lamp, bulb, filter, tank, underwater heater and food. But unfortunately they only had the underwater heater and food. They had tanks, but who wants to buy their tanks they had on the shelfs in the back? Those tanks were super dirty. At least clean them up and sell them. They had some nice tanks in the front but only about 2. A 29 gallon tank and a different bigger sized tank. Their a pet store but have almost nothing in stock. It seems like you'd want to keep up your stock especially with what your selling, if you knew you weren't going to have the things in stock for the tank thy could've given us a heads up. So I had to take my business elsewhere. I will never buy from these guys again unless I see some improvements

Not a huge selection of fish but they even have saltwater:) and a few other creatures.They are very polite and helpful but the store really needs a deep cleaning, it smells pretty rough.

Tony's Pet Shop is a family owned and operated small town business. They are a friendly bunch and always strive to put you and your needs first. If you're looking for a few beautiful fish, a parrot, a chinchilla or the like Tony's is the place to shop. They also sell pet food for anything from fish to snakes.

#1 ..It smells horribly and everything from reptiles to birds and fish were so sickly and not healthy... I will never visit there again..Comment #2.. I will not remove my review. Your salt tank is breathing heavy! Poor circulation. Your reptiles and rodents are not well kept.. Birds in a dark corner... Craving attention! The tanks were horrid! And!..... The smell in the building was atrocious! I left the same one in findlay same time yes as to being busy and not leaving a review when i had visited sooner... I handled both at the same time. I am extremely happy however with petco in findlay and petvalue also in findlay... Would you like a personal review of all thw pet stores I do and dont like?.. I liked your business least of any and all shops ive ever been too... Maybe clean it uo and tend to things some would change my opinion... Not you asking me to change my review..

This Pet Shop is a small family run business. They know their stuff and are prepared to help in any way they can. They have several varieties of saltwater fish as well as cleaner shrimp and clown fish. They also offer a few assorted pieces of coral. Their selection of freshwater and tropical fish is even greater than their selection of saltwater species. They have several varieties of gold fish including Koi. Their freshwater selection also offers many different and exciting tropical fish. The dry pets that they offer include hamsters, including dwarf, rats, mice, guinea pigs, love birds, lizards, snakes, parakeets, and sometimes a ferret or two.

Have gotten many pets here, and go there for just about all of my pets' needs. The staff and owners are very helpful, and knowledgeable. If you need something that they don't have they will order it for you. They also have a wide variety of animals. They keep everything very clean and the animals healthy.

Tony's was willing to open their store late saturday night in order for us to purchase a hamster. replacing the previous one that died with in the last hr. my daughters night went from disaster to great. they also refused to accept $65 which was less than the priceless favor they did for me. greatest pet shop in ohio!!! everything we get pet related forever will be from there. you are never going to call pet supply plus or petco at 9pm to solve your daughters first family death. never forget that. also, addisen L is a doosh

Every time I have gone to this place, the workers show what you want, and a low you to actually look around. The workers put a lot of effort into letting you get the pet you need. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a pet.
