Spacious organized store layout. Very cheerful floor stock lady with white long hair and glasses. Always smiling ! Very helpful too. Great staff overall. If staff didn't know the answers for the customer's questions, they found someone who knew them. Very nice selection. Will come here again. It's always a mystery to find secret treasures here.

I don't think I could say enough about this place and appropriately express how good it was or how impressed we were. The store itself is so incredibly clean, and the clothes are organized so neatly. I was absolutely amazed, I really was. It is hands down the nicest Goodwill I have ever been to. We made out like bandits with the things we got, too. Great clothes for myself and my kids, and sports equipment all at fantastic prices. The staff member was very kind, too. Massive kudos to the management and the staff at this location, you all have done a wonderful job at presenting a great store!

Did they lose their minds after the holidays? 8$ per Barbie doll . Did they see open door of delta was charging more, so they decided to see who has less morals. These places are quite sad, they get donations barely pay their workers and over charge people who can’t afford much.

You can good bargains on clothes, dishware, blanket's a little bit of everything. The employees were friendly and helpful if i needed someone, the store was clean and well organized. Pleasant atmosphere.

Donated two boxes of clothes today along with a few other items. One of the employees came out and helped unload the boxes into one of their bins. Great service! Thanks!

Always use to love going in this oaticular Goodwill, until I was over charged !! Not once but 3 different times! And the last time it was 64.00. I went back in and worker wanted to blame me for over charging me! Excuse me I do not run the card machine lady! Then she was rude to me ans treats me badly whispering among co workers everytime I went back in afterwards! I was refunded my money. But one worker in paticular was very rude and mean to me and continues to do it! So now I go to Napoleon Goodwill where employees are nice and treat you with reapect! Im a reasonable person we are human we all make mistakes but to treat me that way is just uncalled for . Sam was workers name ...

Today was a better experience. It was clean organized a d the employees were nice. Last time bout year ago it was pretty bad. I would recommend Wauseon store to Everbody if that keep it like it was today. Thank you

I love Goodwill. The Wauseon location is good, but smaller than the Defiance location, which is extensive. I usually have a good experience here though. Rarely have to wait for a dressing room.

I found some very cute toos for ne and some cool knic knac stuff to make my iguana house even cooler. Thanks Goodwill for family time shopping together it's always a treasure hunt for us.

Nice clothes,but getting a little on the expensive side.I bought 6 shirts and it was twenty six dollars.I could have went to Wal-Mart and spent less.

Was told they don't give in store credit on clothes. You can return electronics...I was told to call corporate...Me thinks you should know your policies.
