There is rarely enough staff at this store. At peak hours you will more than likely stand in a line of 5+ people. Very slow service. The people are very nice though.

We stopped at the Dollar General in Swanton Ohio. The clerk didnt know where the sales items were. Nor was she willing to help. Just said we didnt get the flier so I do not know what's on sale. The store was VERY unorganized and messy looking. I did find what I wanted at the Dollar General in Wauseon Ohio. One star for Swanton and five stars for Wauseon.

I really like Dollar General but often times their advertised specials are not available. Also be sure to check your receipt as coupons are not always applied as should be.

They sure have come a LONG way over the years! Everything...food, cosmetics, brand names etc I just stepped foot in one last year for the first time in YEARS and could not believe it! Even beer too. I'm a frequent shopper for some items there.

Store needs a good cleaning! Some managment really needs some training they acted like they are better than you. Sell stall is good though.

Was there last night cashier was very mean and rude I had grabbed 2 bags of candy right by an ad sign that said 2 for 5 she argued with me about it I said it was right beliw candy and she said no it was beside it....she has no business in retail
