Came through for a quick bite and some treats. The WHOLE time, this guy was rushing us EVERY SINGLE TIME WE SPOKE. I barely had time to figure out what I wanted because he kept saying our total and not being patient or helpful at all. He proceeded to apologize the first time and so we went on. My husband goes " and also we will take...hold on" and the employee PROCEEDS TO GIVE US A TOTAL AGAIN!! This employee needs to be trained again because I was so aggravated that I didn't place anything I truly wanted and he lost potential upsells. Usually have a great experience here and I hate posting these but that was so aggravating that I had to write this.

We haven't been to Dairy Queen in a little while, so we thought we would go there for dinner. It's wasn't a good, choice this time! I got the rotisserie chicken chunk basket and some onion rings, and it all came out cold, and the chunks were so small I couldn't believe my eyes! My wife got a burger combo and some cheese curds, and the same issue came out cold. They were busy, so one would assume things would be hot or at least warm but not the case at all! One positive was that the lady taking our order was very friendly and had a great attitude!

The price was decent they have a well put together 2for5. Food was what you would expect it was good. The pretzels had a sweet taste that I wasn't a fan of but I ate them. The young fellow that took my order was friendly did his job well the highlight of the visit truth be told. I rated 4 stars over all not because of anything that was bad or even not good I find it difficult to give a fast food chain 5 stars. That being said my experience here was very good I encourage anyone who is near the corner of Shoop Ave and airport Hwy in Wauseon Ohio to stop In for a burger.

They were going to let our ice cream melt while they were making the burgers so went up and got the ice cream ourselves. They said they must do the drive-thru first and they don't have enough service, but they did have enough service there was at least 5 people there and they were sitting around playing on their phones and doing nothing and only one person was making burgers. We had to wait 35 minutes to get our burgers. Good thing we got the ice cream when we did because it would have been completely melted by the time they brought it to us. When we were leaving my mom was complaining to them about how horrible their service is and they just kept acting funny like we had a good time and told us to get out. Never coming back ever again. McDonald's has way better service and can do more orders than them with only 3 people working.

This used to be the better fast food place in Wauseon Ohio. Not so much now. I stopped in there 2/20/23 and was sorely disappointed. Nobody seemed to be interested in doing anything. There were off duty persons going behind the counter helping themselves to whatever they wanted. There was one girl dressed in a jacket, short shorts and High heels going back several times behind the counter. Several employees were so dirty, they actually looked like they had been rolling on the nasty floor. I saw them giving a group of what must have been their friends free food. I'm not interested in any free food. Please clean up this store and retrain your employees.

I have been there 7 times last year and the ice cream machine was broken. I have been there 3 times this year and it has been down all 3 times. How can it be down so much. Is it possible poor management that can't get it fixed? I'm a business owner and don't understand how it can be down like that so much. I guess I will have to go to Tinys to get an ice cream cone from now on.Pretty bad management.

Stopped into this location early evening on 4-8-2022; Just ordered 2 Sundays for the wife and I. Didn’t ask for a receipt as we know the price had increased, $5 and change… but as we stood at the end of the counter we were never given our Sundays. There were 5 employees working at the time, and several times I observed a few standing and talking while we stood there waiting for our Sundays. After a good eight minutes I decided to ask for my receipt and it took almost 2 minutes to get the girls attention. My intent was to contact the manager and share our experience with them. But I see the girl rang up a new receipt which had the current time on it, 6:50. We had already spent close to 10 minutes waiting for 2 Sundays. Well we stood for another 5 minutes and I got the girls attention and asked for a refund since we were leaving without our Sundays. She calls over a young man and he opens up the register and hands me a $5 bill. I told him that I spent over $5, ($5.26 I believe) which I dropped the change in the change cup when given my balance of my $20 bill back at the time of original order. So he says he would be glad to give us our refund and asked if we still wanted our Sundays. I did not answer as I was more than ready to get out of there, and he hands me a dollar and change. I counted the change which seemed correct and placed the dollar back on the counter and left… and the wife and I promised NEVER to go back to this location.

The girl running the drive thru was very rude. The boy at the window couldn't be heard or understood. The icecream machine is down. Then had to pull forward and wait on 2 things. 17 minutes inn total time. Fresh are cold and soggy!

I ordered kids meals for my kids and there fries of course I took a few tasted so old and disgusting I wouldn’t let my kids eat them. Same with their chicken tenders. I guess if you only want ice cream they at least can do that.

This Store went downhill fast. I don't know who's managing this circus but they're terrible at it. On several occasions now my Family and I have Come here and the lobby has been closed despite it being well before the lobby is supposed to be closed. The kids working there have no pride or work ethic. Absolutely terrible all around experience. Get it together clowns

Went to the Wauseon store for a blizzard. Ordered a small blizzard. Girl asked me was that a mini and I said yes thinking they were the same. WRONG. A mini is About HALF the size of a small about 6 to 7 oz and a small is 12 oz. Price difference is about 60 cents. Watch what you re getting.

I stopped this evening at 6:50 pm. As I entered, the man behind the counter said they were closed. I said I just wanted to get a gift certificate and he raised his voice and yelled that they were closed. There were cars at the drive through and the sign on the door said they closed at 7:00.

Placed an order with a nice young man, order was delivered promtly to our table by a seemingly very frail woman, bless her heart. We ordered qty 2 six piece tender basket, and 1 four piece basket. Delivered to our table were 2 four piece tender baskets and 1 six piece. I went to the counter, waited a few minutes and then they gave me 2 more pieces. Then my granddaughter proceeded to tell me that we still did not have our drinks. So I told that same girl at the counter and she gave me the cups according to sizes I ordered, one LG moolatta, one small moolatta, one small blue raspberry slushy and one med blizzard. When I explained to her that they were not available at the self serve, only then did she finally ask for help. 10 minutes later, my food was luke warm, but the kids liked it. I can't pinpoint exactly who can be blamed, but there is definitely some poor training and bad communication taking place in that establishment.

Waited half an hour for 1 melted blizzard, 2 cold burgers, warm onion rings and 1 hot chili dog. Chili dog was the only thing still got because the girl cooking made everything else and forgot about the chili dog on my order. The kid at the cunter just let everything sit on the counter waiting for the dog. 30 minutes finally goes by and the kid at the counter asks the girl cooking if the chili dog is still coming. Seems to be zero management here and it's all kids trying to run the place. Not once did they try to apologize for the wait. Worst experience ever at this DQ and it will be my last time here.

This is a very good place to eat. It is always clean - you don't ever go in and have to ask someone to clean a table off. The food taste good and it is always hot. The people who take your order are always dressed neatly and are very friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend people to eat here.Thank you DQ and keep up the good work!!!😊

I'm not sure if today was an exception or the norm, but we waited 30 minutes for our food and when we received it, we didn't receive all of it. The cashier was one of a few employees that appeared to care about making people's food and making people happy. Also, the mens room had a dissassembled paper towel holder and no hot water. The food was slightly less than stellar as well.

I placed my order and sat down. Within 5 minutes my food was on the table, hot and exactly as ordered. Staff was very friendly and the dine in area was very clean. Definitely will be coming back soon.
