What’s not to love about Busse Combat. These folks make the best fixed blade knives in the world. I’m not just saying that. You ask anyone that knows anything about knives about Busse and they are going to tell you about hard use knives that last forever and warranty service that is second to none. If I could have one knife, it would be a Busse.

This company has so much more potential, it's maddening. They have the world's best universal steel ever- the INFI, it's the best from both worlds of SS steel & CS steel, yet for many years they focus so much effort on lower quality steels & gimmicky weapons. Low stock, outdated webpage, and very long build times also hurt this company, and on top of that they can't even make or provide a decent sheath or provide any accessories. It's like buying a 500k Ferrari with no tires and no upgrades. If they concentrated more of their efforts to making the same few popular blades related to just military, bushcraft & survival with some good accessories, they could be a world gold standard in knives and dominate the market. The company is a gold mine if someone knew how to mine it and run it right.

First Busse / Kin was in 2007-2008, between the top notch quality and fantastic CS they really can't be beat. Hype comes and goes but Busse's will outlive all of us. They let their quality do the talking and these days, that's a rarity.

Busse and kin are the type of knives that you look for when you know that you'll need a tool that won't give up on you and will just ask for more. Their knives are top of the line. With so many different pieces of art they have you just can't have one. The customer service is awesome too!

My semi custom ASHBM is going strong some 6+ years now. This knife will easily outlive me. It takes a razor edge with a couple of passes over a ceramic and just begs for work every time I handle it. Never seen a spot of corrosion on her despite a lot of time outdoors. VERY well made blade.
