Love the kind courteous employees the produce is awesome, meat department excellent & they always have great sales. In the spring I always buy flowering hanging baskets grown locally and other flowers!!

This is a great little grocery store. I was a little bit shocked that frozen shredded potatoes were almost $8.00 for a normal sized bag. It will be tough to shop here all the time due to the high prices on a lot of things but it's convenient and I try to support small businesses, I will still go here for certain things.

Updated the interior of the store. Looks nice, but clearly catering to the alcoholic crowd that comes in looking for their wine and such. Only reason I go there anymore is for the ham loaf.

This place reminds me of grocery stores when I was growing up. They're small and personable the staff are lovely. They have a great variety of stuff and don't appear to go out of things because they actually know how to order enough things unlike the big chain stores. If you want the old time market feeling go here give them a shot it's definitely worth it.

I love Sautter's! They have the BEST pasta salad and potato salad. Anything you get from the deli is home made, fresh, and never disappoints. They sell locally made products, including locally made coffee that is to die for! There's a reason this family-owned business is still thriving while others are suffering and shutting down.n

Then today I decided to try out Sautter's Market grocery store for the first time. I only thought I was going to get one thing so I held my 1 year old daughter and didn't grab a cart, but then I remembered I wanted to get something for dinner too. So I was walking around the store with my left arm full of groceries and my right arm holding my toddler... One of the employees saw me, offered to help me find what I was looking for, and even carried my groceries for me as I got my last item and up to the cash register. The lady working the cash register was also extremely friendly and nice. Great customer service and an amazing first impression!

Love this small-ish hometown grocery. The people are unbelievably friendly & they have a lot of unique items I can't get at the larger stores. Their meats are high quality & they have an awesome spice & baking supply section. You can always find parking close to the door & that coupled with the size of the store means less walking, making it easier for older folks or for people who have trouble getting around. Also convenient for running in & picking up a few things. Nice clean store.

Their meat is better quality than other nearby stores and they have homemade sausages, salads and soups as well as Amish chicken and in-store ground beef. Both the staff at the service meats counter and the employees at the checkout were friendly and helpful. Their prices for regular grocery items are higher than other places but meat prices were not much greater considering the higher quality. They do have limited store hours so check before you go.

I would definitely advise people not to get the ham and onion wraps. I just spent $10.00 on 2 containers and both were 90% full of 1 little onion stem wrapped with ham and a bit of cream cheese. Just pathetic!! Save the money and make your own!!

For a few years, I have been frequenting Sautter's; it is close to home and I feel better about spending my money at a locally owned and operated grocery store. The quality in meats is nearly unbeatable.They periodically receive shipments of Amish cookies which are quick to go.They have great prices on their meats. My only drawback is the quantity and quality of the produce, which sometimes leaves something to be desired. The other redeeming qualities keep this at a 5 star rating.

Friendly helpful employees. Nice variety of specialty and standard grocery items. Produce is nice. Would have given 5 stars, butthe prices are a little high. They do have pretty good specials at times though. I probably will use for quick or special shopping trips, but not stock groceries

Much more pleasant to shop in than the giant Kroger store down the road. Selection is not as good because of limited store size however I do not have to walk a long-distance in the store to purchase a gallon of milk. The meat department is excellent

A friendly smaller town grocery store. You are greeted when you enter. They have delicious homemade soups that are actually made by them. They are known for their potato salad that is homemade by them. At checkout they ask if you found everything ok and you are given the choice of paper or plastic bags. The plastic bags are thick, not like the cheap ones you get from other grocery stores. Awesome store!! I keep going back.

Great, clean store. I was assisted by a female employee named either “kitty” or “kitten”. She was so attentive and kind and she rang up both me and my family and bagged the groceries herself.Thank you Sautters and thank you Kitty for making our experience so pleasant. 5 stars.

Love everything about em'.My first job, I worked for a former store in the 5 Star chain.It was a store just a little bigger, but Shutters had that same flavor!Kudos. Fight those big stores, but keep your niche'.
