The store has an extremely rude man elder man that works and not just one occasion of being rude but several but the pharmacy staff are great they always are very nice and understand so I would rate them different but the actual store I don't recommend unless he isnt there or you enjoy being disrespected

So I was upset because my insurance is a PITA. I was frustrated by not getting an explanation that made sense to me in my frustration about why my RX was now drastically more expensive. After receiving a survey request while being frustrated I ripped them up. I received a call from the pharmacist I believe was Sue. She was very polite patient and let me complain. She explained everything very well. I realized that I was just being unreasonable. I then apologized to her and decided to write this review. Unfortunately my insurance forces certain things as Rite Aid isn't a "preferred" pharmacy so I have to use express scripts and other pharmacies that are not convenient. I will continue to use Rite Aid for any immediate needs and play ball with the insurance. Thank you for reaching out and hearing me out!

Staff is always friendly, and I have never have to wait long!I'm surprised by some of the one star reviews on here. Regarding the maintenance and condition, the store couldn't be kept cleaner from what I've seen.The comment about the prescription taking over an hour- I think it's quite unresonable to give one star for an hour wait for a brand new prescription. Good luck with that elsewhere!I don't think people understand the process of insurance verification, and that some delays have nothing to do with the pharmacy staff. People need to plan ahead and learn to utilize the helpful notification options that are offered and have reasonable expectations about wait times. This pharmacy is by far the most efficient I have ever seen.

I needed pain medication and antibiotics after a surgery and doctor called into this location. I called following the surgery to find out what time the scripts would be ready. They would not give me any time estimate, just said that I would "receive a text" and that they "work as fast as they can". After five hours and no text, I just showed up and they finally filled the order while I waited.

The pharmacy staff are ALWAYS very nice and helpful. Also, if a medication isn't in stock it doesn't take long to get it at the store(compared to competitors). I feel like they care about my family's health needs.

Terrible! My husband bought infant formula (RTF) there and when I open a bottle the next day I noticed it had been expired for 2 months. Went back to the store and got absolutely no apology. The staff handled this as if it happens everyday. I wouldn't buy any kid products there anymore.

Not too much going on here newer Rite Aid stores was clean The people inside were friendly not crowd it had what I need it pharmacy is a good size But pretty much a normal Rite Aid no Bells and whistles

Horrible! The wait is always long and they never have my prescriptions ready. Every time I come here it takes FOREVER. If I see more then 2 cars in the drivethrough then I avoid it and come another day.

Three people were working in the pharmacy on a Tuesday night around 7pm when I stopped. It was dreadfully slow. My doctor sent in my script an hour before I arrived and it still wasn’t ready.

They do NOT price match as advertised on their own website. I found a product that was $7 dollars cheaper on their website. Cashier would not price match as it is there policy, that is a BS way of doing business Wrong Aid.
