So here is the thing about this place. They have a ton of stuff from organics to toys for all of your pets needs. Its awesome! It's a great selection of products. The staff though... Not one person said a word until check out. 3 workers there and nothing was ever said by anyone. My wife and I were looking for specific things for our dog. You could clearly hear that we were shopping for many different items. No one said a word, offered help, or even acknowledged us. Pure silence, which deserves 3 stars...

Our new favorite pet store! Found our regular dog food cheaper than where I normally buy it. The staff is always very welcoming, and super cheap dog baths with all of the necessities included!

Outstanding experience! Kind and courteous staff, clean facilities and cannot beat the price ($10). They provide the shampoo (or you may use your own), clean towels and a drier! The wash setup is very well thought out with steps for the larger dogs built-in right next to the bath area! And every 7th wash is free! I'm so happy to be able to bathe my pooch myself and no longer need to drop her off at a groomer. You've got a permanent customer now! Wheeler says thanks too...even though she'd prefer to stay dirty.

The store is small and has a limited selection. What they do have is very well organized and of good quality. The store is always very clean. The staff is friendly, they make sure to genuinely greet you when you enter and offer help. Their do-it-yourself did wash is also a great feature.

Went into this store today to look for a cat toy. The staff was super friendly! One worker literally walked me all around the store attempting to find the right thing. Needless to say, my cat loved it! It was the purrfect one! Can't say anything other than this was a positive experience! They had two cute cats up for adoption and really great prices on betas as well. Needless to say I would stop back there again for extra stuff.

Walked in today to see about getting my dog some new food. The girl that helped me was super helpful and gave me as great tips. I feel bad I don't remember her name but I have gone in a few times for my sensitive stomach dog and they have always been super helpful

Took my 60lb dog for a bath today and it was so easy. I walked in and was greeted by the staff. I was shown how to use the doggie bathtubs and wash stations and given a choice of 3 shampoos that would best suit my dog. There were 3 styles/ heights of the tubs for easy manuavaring. The tubs were very clean. I brought a few treats in my pocket to make it less stressful for my dog being the first time there for her. She relaxed immmediately. All the equipment was working properly. Word of caution, the water faucets are a bit sensitive you only need to tap the faucets gently in order to change the temperature of the water. Otherwise you will get either extreme hot or cold depending on what faucet knob you move.I had forgot my doggie brush so the cashier was kind enough to to get me one. I liked it so much better than the one I had at home I bought it. While I was finishing up the clerk ask if there was anything else I need. I gave him my list and he finished my shopping for me while I finished drying my dog.What a great experience. The price was right, the cleanliness was superb, and the customer service was exceptional. I will be returning again to wash my dog and shopping.

I’ve been shopping monthly since they opened (~$150/month). The manager Jeremy has been great. In the first two months of coronavirus I was very pleased at the steps the store took to protect customers and employees. Very different experience thus week with the manager absent. The two employees weren’t wearing masks and were not happy when I asked them to put them on. One asked me to report her because she was “tired of working and hated wearing a mask”. And with nothing to do but chat with each other, they offered no service. Doubt I’ll return. I went home and signed up for auto shipments on Chewy (received first order 20 hours later).

I took both of my crazy dogs to petvalu today. The staff were very helpful and I loved their bathing section. So awesome! I wish there was a Sylvania/Toledo location but until then I will always come here! Thanks you to the young man and woman who helped me today! My new favorite place!!!

Very good overall! Amazing service with a neat/clean store. Workers are helpful,and friendly. The only thing that I would change is the number and kinds of pets they sell. 👍🏻

I love this pet shop, I always love staying a little longer to look around. If they don't have what you need they will order it. They have a lot of selection and very reasonable prices!

This was a great friendly place, both for my dog and Jeremy was as friendly as anyone could expect. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat. Oh... and the price was right on... Thank you Jeremy...
