Be sure you leave with ALL your items. Found two items were missed in bagging and this was with a cashier and bagger, returned to the store with my receipt and was treated as if I was trying to pull something over on them. Was told nothing was found left behind but they would take care it for me, this ONE time. I have never had this issue before but the condensing treatment from the manager, nonetheless was a bit much.

I love stopping here. It's on my way home from work, convenient whether I need one item or a cart full. The staff is always available to help even later in the evenings. If you have questions they know their inventory. The one thing that really impressed me....the neatness of the items on the shelves and racks. Not just in one area but, throughout the store: every space fully stocked or "fronted" and straight rows. That is old school. Very impressive!

My family has been long time customers of this Waterville establishment and I am very disappointed with the customer service from the pharmacy. I feel it has dwindled down over time and is at an all time low today. The pharmacist Stacy was checking me out. I just got out of an important doctor’s appointment so I was still on the phone explaining how it went. I was trying to get off the phone and I said hello to her and instead of a simple “I’ll be with you in just a minute,” she said “I will call your name when I’m ready for you” in a rude tone. I respectively backed away and she said “I’ll help you when you get off your phone.” I felt this was rude and could’ve been communicated in a better manner. I am currently a student at BGSU and reside there but still choose to come to Waterville’s pharmacy for their service. I was unhappy with my service today and hope I don’t receive help from this pharmacist again.

Really nice Kroger. The store was exceptionally clean and well organized. The checkout lanes had both attendant and self checkout options. My only complaint is that in the whole store they only had two bathrooms jammed in the corner.

I don’t get why the lady in the front at self check out looks in peoples carts like they are stealing if they are a person of color but didn’t do it to the white people at self check out. Witnessed it tonight and my boyfriend experiences it every time he shops and she works.

I'm in town for the weekend. I am here for a Special family Celebration. I have been to this Kroger with my brother & his wife in the past. We found everything we needed for a huge dinner. While checking out my brother asked the checkout lady a question since the previous customers purchase was still on the screen. This lady was bothered by his concern & did Not answer him until his third inquiry, asking "are you just going to ignore me?" Anyone in a Retail Business should know that this Attitude is Not Acceptable!!

It's frustrating that there are only 1-2 registers open with actual cashiers. It is also frustrating that the app offers coupons on products that this store hardly ever has.

This place is falling apart. Seems like it's understaffed. Refrigerators constantly losing power. Coupons not automatically going through. Small trips should be fine but large grocery trips will be too messy of you have to analyze every scan.

I am from our of town visiting family. I went to Kroger with my daughter. I am disabled. I have never been to a grocery store that had so many scooters and they were all charged or charging. It's refreshing not to have to hunt a scooter down in the parking lot. Thank you Kroger!

Ya gotta play dodge em with the mass of advanced age shoppers. Could be your lucky day at the sample stand and you'll get something real nice.Pizza will give you earthquake colon so try not to go on a road trip right after leaving.

Some shelves were empty but overall a good selection of high quality produce and vegetables. A clerk went out of her way to find a newspaper for me and the young man cashier with freckles was darling.

In the store this evening, a lady was allowed to carry a cat through the store. While in the checkout line, she place it on the grocery conveyor. Instead of not allowing it, the employees acted excited about it. The cashiers (who touch everyone's groceries) were petting the cat. Their behavior was both unprofessional and unsanitary.

Holly the manager is absolutely awful. I had a return so I waited at Guest Services for 30 minutes before I called to speak with a manager. When I did, she told me to come over to the self check out so I did. I waited, and she proceeded to help everyone behind me. When she finally came over I said “do you have anyone else to help that was after me or can you help me?” She then proceeded to help an employee that waited after me because she was off the clock. When I said “your seriously going to help an employee before me?” She said “she’s off the clock” I said “I was here before her?!” She ignored me. This happened around noon today September 5th. I will be taking this to the store owner, corporate as well as everyone I know in the area. I had a 5 month old in my car with my husband and had to deal with this. Absolutely disgusting, I as a manager to a medical practice understand it is very very hard to get staff. But you don’t keep bad management just because you don’t have employees.

Ashley with the pink hair is very rude. She was so ready to rush people out the door to scan her items she came and got me from an aisle 5 minutes before closing. While walking to the register she was being rude the whole time. She watched me check out and watched my register lock up. When she came over she moved my cart out of her way spilling my entire drink. And then had the audacity when I was leaving to say I need to make sure I'm there at an earlier time if I have a large order and mutter a bunch of other stuff. She needs to be a little more respectful of your customers. Idc if she has a bad day or not don't take it out on others. Logan on the other hand was very respectful and helpful.

Our final straw with the pickup service at this location. We’ve looked past the multiple orders where they lied about not having products we ordered (we know they lied because we walked in the store directly after to find every product easily). Moldy/rotten food hand picked by the associates is something we will not stand for.

Multiple issues starting with this store. Tried expressing specific issue with customer service. (10:44am, 05/03/2022) She was short and rude with me. Very displeased. She tried cutting me off before I finished a sentence and I asked her to let me finish, she gave me complete silence from that point on. I will not give this store a good review again. But I'm sure the customer service person doesn't have a problem, she should just learn Better...customer service

I have to tell you…I am the best shopper, scanner, payer, and bagger you all have. As I worked my second job this evening I had three employees watch me do their job and I am a King at it. Only thing is I don’t know where to punch in. Man if the groceries weren’t so cheap I’d be mad 🙄. Please do better Kroger……….

I normally don't shop at Kroger. But, I moved closer to Waterville. I started shopping here for a few things. Now, I mainly shop here. For convenience, and I started relying on this store especially. I became a widow right before Christmas. I generally don't leave my house. In the depression phase. Bit, coming to Krogers gives me a taste of humanity for an hour. Everyone is very friendly. Highly reccomend.

Went for specific items to make one dinner last night. Bell peppers of each color were moldy inside. Meat from the deli already had mold that I couldn't see through the package. The chicken breast family pack I had was full of liquid and leaked all over my vehicle even though I noticed after purchase and double bagged. The chicken smelled funny when I opened it. My dinner was completely ruined. You'd think of you have to pay these ridiculous food prices that you could at least receive quality products. Called customer service and got nothing but a condescending "Oh, I'm sorry that happened to you" and then silence. Worst grocery store I've ever been to.

It's definitely not a Kroger Marketplace in size or in selection. Parent company needs to stay competitive and upgrade this location ASAP and bring it into the more modern era. The people who work here, as well as those of us who shop here, deserve an upgrade.

The store is way too big and yet somehow also empty. Items aren’t where you’d think they would be, it takes a half hour to walk from end to end, and half the store is clothes cluttering up the central isles and making shopping a chore. I avoid kroger at all costs. I can get 4x the amount in 1/2 the time at the local grocery down the street without doubling back over and over because the rice isn’t in the rice aisle and the beans aren’t with the beans.The only stars are because the floor staff are always pleasant and helpful.

The floral department employees are very rude when you speak to them they just look at you like an alien from outer space. I did this twice to a different employee in the same department. Leaving the ladies room these employees need more training on friendliness and at least a good morning or hello What makes it so sad is its just that department or employees everyone else in the store was very friendly and helpful cashiers are really nice and helpful I did find what I was looking for but will go to another store that is more friendly
