This team does a great job for as short staffed as they always seem to be! Came in early this summer and got antibiotics for a stray kitten and they knew exactly what I was asking for when I called and when I came in. Friendly transaction, just needs better staffing at this location.

Typically I do not have an issue with the store, everyone is usually helpful and in good spirits. But today, I went to even up exchange a Duke Cannon lip balm (that I bought from a Tractor Supply previously opened) and they refused to exchange it due to it being opened. Then they suggested I just cut off the top portion of it. Wonder how they would feel if I stole 5$ from them like they did me.

Right when I walked in…all the staff were so welcoming! I was so shocked and asked me if I needed anything…so let me tell you about Shawn…explained the need to get a super strong dog leash/collar. Husky broke her leash last night and out in the streets and of course she likes to run from me. Have went through like 7 to 10 so price was not a factor. Shawn was so patient and helped me buy exactly what I needed. Even if I wasn’t in the market to buy a car…I would buy 2 from Shawn. The lady at the register was amazing and in a few months…yes ma’am I will apply for a TSC card after we move. I know who the manager is and she is awesome…all staff here are so welcoming and helpful. So all working on Saturday you all rock! Not sure why this location would have anything less than a 5 star, but many times I have been here…stellar service!

Went in and got a warm welcome. Walked around browsing and at check out I mentioned needed 4 bundles of t post. I had a cart full already otherwise I would have taken them to check out with me. The cashier rang them up, called for a load up. Waited almost 10 minutes and no one came. So I went back in, the cashier rang for another load up. Went back outside and no one came again. Went BACK into the store, at this point the cashier is just as irritated as I am about no one coming to open the gate. I can lift them. I just need the gate open. Super frustrating wasted time for people to have lack of customer service. To add. The cashier was super sweet.To add, I went back in for a refund. Matt, the manager on duty blantly walked away after I mentioned wanting a refund.I'll never come in unless Kim or the other lady (don't know her name) is working again.

Amazing customer service!! We drove an hour to pick up an 8 ft stock tank we ordered online. The staff was incredibly helpful. They helped us secure it, twice. The first time it turned out our pickup truck wasnt large enough to hold it so we ended up having to borrow their rental trailer. Everyone was so friendly and patient with us. It was definitely a frustrating situation but they made it much better!

Vendor delivery- plenty of room and quiet for overnight parking in lot. Bk right next to the parking area, for quick grub, or coffee the next morning.Called the night before while in route to location. Talked with a manager to officiate delivery. He said another truck was ahead of me and would be waiting for am delivery between 5 and 6. He said he would send the receiver to me around 7 when he was finished with priority truck. A second truck came in right at 8:00 and was unloaded ahead of me as I sat in lot waiting from 6:30 to 9:00 before they started to unload me. Unload only took 30 mins. Seems to be bad management, with scheduling meaning nothing. Disappointed with this store which is a drastic change from others in the ohio area that I've been to.

I had such an incredibly nice experience the people there helped me with a tire the young lady work so hard and then the Two Fellas they went in to help her between all of them do in teamwork they fix my tire I can't say how much I appreciated that and just the fact that they were willing to try they deserve a good pat on the back all of them

Ran in with 8 minutes to spare and very understanding and patient cashier was happy to let me in. Even though there was winter storm and all other businesses were shut down hours before. Thanks so much!

Very good place to get things for your mower to chainsaws or clothing even has a good selection of tools and truck boxes. Always check to see what's on clearance. They usually have some good stuff.

My no 1farm store I have shopped here for years best line of dog food and the prices are great they keep so many things in stock from lawn mower belts to shoes and much much more.The staff has always been very friendly and helpful..

This is the absolute best Tractor Supply I have ever been to. The managers are exceptional people and customer service associates are very knowledgeable about the products and are always prepared to give detailed explanations.

This particular TSC hosts VIP Pet Care. Our sole purpose for our visit was to have a vet check. Of course, we did additional shopping while there. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Changed brands and done away with schmidt. Now have a lesser quality brand for a steeper price. Schmidt was a good middle ground price range between their cheap brand and carhartt. But schmidt quality was great with metal zippers and other good materials. Think i will now switch to berne and other brands.

My fiancé was looking at 2 filtered gas for our older four wheeler, he had to keep calling me to ask me to research more stuff because his service was terrible. They called the cops on him because they said he was in there for too long. I will NEVER shop there again!

It is no longer possible to make a purchase, pay cash, and leave. They now demand the sort of personal information that online companies get in trouble for selling to marketers. My phone number and zip code are pieces of private information that no one else has a right to. I've taken my business elsewhere -- and paid less.
