They were friendly and reasonably priced. We got 4 new tires and an alignment and a voucher for an oil change. Also, we had our 4 young children with us and they were being handfuls and the guy was still super polite even though there were 2 toddlers who desperately needed a nap. I recently broke down on the side of the highway 10 minutes outside of town. Managed to limp my vehicle into town to the only shop I could find open on a Saturday afternoon. The workers at Tire Discounters didn't hesitate to help. They quickly diagnosed the problem, located the part I needed, installed the new part, and had me back on the road again almost as fast as a NASCAR pitstop! These guys are highly professional and VERY GOOD and I was very fortunate and thankful to have found them!

They over tightened and then tried to get it out at the next oil change using an impact driver, hammer and screw driver, and other removal tools. They had to replace the bolt with a completely different sized 17mm bolt plug. Now they (Jacob Coverdale Gen Mgr) claim this indenting of the tank could not have been them and that that is not how it looked when it left. They didn't even take time to look at the vehicle, yet denied it. They were the only ones to have touched it the last two oil changes. There is nothing else damaged around it. It sits under an engine covering shield, which helps keep road debris out. I am having to push this further up to corporate because they will not fix their damage. They told me to go a dealership instead. I just happened to go to do my oil change earlier than required and noticed. It is not even due for another oil change yet.UPDATE: agreed to fix it, sent to different TD, replaced oil pan 2 hr turned to 6. Next morning, caught on fire, not sealed properly. Still dealing with ins and TD.

We ended up here passing thru on 35 when we picked up a nail on the highway. We were so lucky that we were close. Shaun was extremely friendly and helpful and didn't try to sell us more than what we needed to get back home. They got us in and out in record time and we didn't lose too much time with our 'detour.'

We’re from out of town & stopped in and the staff here was able to not only squeeze us in, but super nice! Joey even gave our dog some treats! Service was excellent, quick, and as a tire discounters customer in another state, affordable.I would definitely recommend to others.

I cannot say enough good about the Tire Discounters store in Washington CH, Ohio. I was visiting my brother [I am from Georgetown, KY (near Lexington)] and discovered I had a piece of metal lodged in the tire on my Jeep and the tire was going flat. We tried a couple other tire places in town, then saw Tire Discounters. Was about my last hope as my Jeep takes a bit of an unusual tire and I was afraid I was going to be stranded. Shaun at Tire Discounters [and I cannot say enough good about how helpful Shaun was - he should get a raise] quickly assessed the situation, fortunately they had one of the needed tires in stock and with the help of his crew - in short order had me back on the road. I have never dealt with Tire Discounters before - but Shaun looked it up and we have a store in Georgetown, KY also - I will be using them for my tire needs in the future. A very, very satisfied customer. Thank-You.

We bought 4 new tire for our SUV. We chose Goodyear Assurance Maxlife. We made the appointment and were able to drop off. Went on and did errands the vehicle was ready about 90 minutes. The ride is quieter than it was witl OME and handling is awesome. We did have a issue with one the new valve stems. It was losing air . It was right before closing time they addressed the issue fixed it. The guys were very courteous and professional. I will be back with other truck. As long as this crew is in place.

I have never paid over 100$ for an oil change. Won’t be coming back. Called and asked for another appointment. Explained to Joey about the bill last oil change. He looked into it and saw I had been miss billed. I came back and Joey made sure I was compensated. Excellent job Joey!

After being stranded on the interstate from hitting something in the road, Parrish towing brought the truck to your business knowing you could help. Joey ordered and obtained the best tires within hours. As soon as possible they were mounted and balanced. Shaun facilitated the process and made the stay comfortable as possible. I Appreciate their efforts and expertise. They worked hard and did the best they could on the price. The tires did great on the 600 mile trip. They even called the next day to check on my safety. Great folks. Be proud of them. I am proud to have met them.

I have used them 3 times on 3 different cars staff was friendly and helpful Shaun was great to work with. They said an hour and half to do but took over 2 hours to complete. I know they get busy so I’m not complaining they did an excellent job.

100 STARS if I could. 🙏. I can't say enough about Shaun Decker and the other wonderful gentlemen that work there!!! My caliber broke from a missing bolt 😳🤯. Not only did they have a bucket of bolts there so they didn't have to order one and wait till the next day, but when taking my tire off he showed me actually how BAD my tire was and said how lucky I am that it was still in tacked. So I needed all new tires, now mind you I live 5 hours away and took a very last minute trip for my 50th birthday and this happened, so agreeing to get all new tires he then showed me the next tire wheeling it in to the reception area saying how "I need to go play the lottery, because if I had driven one more mile on that tire it would have blown and maybe flipping my car, and mentioning how the bolt breaking actually saved my life" .....YES IT WAS THAT BAD 🤦🏻‍♀️!! I couldn't tell because it was mostly on the inside of the tires, I actually started crying because I saw how bad it was and how I literally could have died..... everything happens for a reason. The gentleman that rang me out said it was by the grace of God, and that is the TRUTH!! So I HIGHLY recommend them...they went ABOVE AND BEYOND....even staying over a little to finish it up. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU.

Will not be going back. Went yesterday for routine tire rotation and balance on tires I purchased from there. I let them know about left rear tire loosing little air said they would check out. Keep in mind no issues with any front suspension parts, tire wear, or any vibrations or noises. After waiting and hour and a half Joey and mechanic stated that both of the lower ball joints on truck were loose. I asked about tire that was loosing air said they checked out and didn't find anything. Got a second opinion from another shop also checked out myself no issues with lower ball joints.

I was given a decent estimate. The service was excellent. I've had to come by just to get tire pressures checked and they always check cheerfully. This time, I actually bought tires. I've gotten tires from them before and never been disappointed.

Driving from Virginia all the way back to Illinois, a pothole was not something I was pleased about hitting by any means. There was only one issue, the rim was severely damaged and it would take at least 7 days to get a replacement and there were zero dealerships locally that serviced my car (MINI). The staff helped me track down the most local place to get one in a hurry, a salvage yard about 30 miles away happened to have one single rim that fit my car, and was a match to my rims. They helped me find reservations to stay the weekend (holiday weekend) and directions to get to the salvage the two days later when open due to New Years. Partner happened to be driving his car as well so luckily I wasn't stranded. The next day, went and picked up the rim, the following day took it to Tire Discounters, and they put on a new tire and installed it in about 30 minutes. They weren't even open for business that day but came in to help me get home before I was to deploy. These guys are awesome! Washington Court House, Ohio was not pleasant due to circumstances, but these guys made it tolerable. The name of the town is dreadful to this day, but Tire Discounters made it so it wasn't Hell. Been about 10 years now, but never forget it. Have been back a few times since as well due to relocating to Ohio temporarily.
