Got here at 8:30pm. They said there full and won’t be unloading me for another 24hrs. After sitting here for 16hrs they did finally unload me. No where to get food. The only good thing is they did communicate well to me. Hopper Bottom load

This place could care less about truck drivers or getting them home, or they can get food. There is always a wait for longer than 3 hours to unload. Average time 6 to 8 hours. Was this way when Mars owned it, this way when red collar owned it, still this way as Hills owning it. Terrible place

I got dispatched to pick up a load here. The company I'm leased to didn't call to let them know I was going to be there later than the pickup time. They worked me in the next morning as they were closing the afternoon I got there.

They are stupid house. I Booked load pickup for Saturday, then when I arrived to pick up, they said it's canceled because of no enough product to ship it. Look why they scheduled it to pickup if they donot having product. They are enjoying by 😢 tears of driver. Where do I go now? it's weekends. Please driver don't trust them if it specialy pickup Saturday....you will cry. And you know what pay you 125$ fo cancel. It is joke

Very rude and hateful employees!!!! I was scheduled for a drop and hook. I was late due to my previous load taking their sweet time, but only by an hour. This is a 24 hour facility shouldn’t have been an issue. I had to find the number on google to call someone to inquire on my load. I was told there was not an empty trailer for my load to be loaded on and since I was there with an empty, I’d have to wait until 6am the next morning for the loaders to load my trailer. Come the next morning I’m then told to connect to the trailer and put it in the door and “don’t come back to the office. They will bring your seal and bills out”. Then they come and say my trailer ain’t dry to connect to another trailer (one they could loaded last night!) and finally left at 11am. 15 hours after I was there!!!! Definitely do not want loads from this place anymore.

Been here 2& half hours. They haven’t touched my truck. I asked front desk, what was going on? I’m the only truck in a door. Said they go by appointment time. Okay. It’s still an hour & half past my appointment time. So....... Very slow to load. Eating up my clock. Supposed to get load there today. Doesn’t look like I’m going to make it

Hoppers, stay away, dont come here i been sitting here for 2 days to deliver chicken meals. They just keep telling me bin is full, but no answer when i will be offloaded. The detention they pay is not worth it.

Don't take loads that deliver to this facility. They turn down trucks and won't unload. I was scheduled for friday 9 am delivery and got turned down. The reason is "sorry we don't have space in the warehouse". They told me to come back Tuesday and refused dropping trailer on their parking lot. That day 37 trucks got refused for the same reason. I lost 4 days and a hot load back home where my baby was taken to emergency room with high fever.

Not sure - why, all the negative reviews, especially for live load. Was in and out in usual time, like other live loads at other companies - about 1 1/2 hrs

Got here 1 day before my appointment they took me and unloaded me with an hour and half they work 24 hours u can enter the facility and can park overnight if you need. there is no security guard at the gate. the gate opens automatically

This place like change appointment time to approve it’s drivers fault being late when they don’t have the product ready to ship. My appointment was at 11 AM was here on time broker and dispatcher sent by email tell me what time to here. It is now 3 PM I just back into a dock. According to shipping department my appointment was at 10 am.

F this place avoid if you can got here at 8:30 and it is 1:05 still in the dock. Wanted to br home for holidays now they ruined it. My last load with them.
