Had a COVID vaccine appointment. Drove across town on my lunch only to find that the Pharmacist left the building for at least 30 minutes (10:55a) during my appointment time and that they couldn't give it to me because she had to review it. Very unprofessional to not check the online schedule before you leave. Seems customers don't matter here!

Rude pharmacy employees. I stood in line and watched then roll their eyes and walk away from elderly people asking normal questions. Was told over the phone that we couldn't schedule a flu vaccine and just to come in. We go in and are told it's going to be "a veryyyy long wait". Ok. So we call and ask when is the best time to come in, they say before noon. We go in at 11 and are told they can not see us until after 3pm. I tell my mom, nevermind we will just go somewhere else and the lady yells "well maybe if you had an appointment". Very unprofessional and uncalled for. I don't know if these people make pennies per hour but they always have an attitude. Employees come and go there often but they are always annoyed by customers. Won't go back and I'm having my mom change pharmacies for her meds.

I've had previous problems with this Walgreens, but wrote them off because they were small. Well, last night (1/20/2020 around 5:30pm) I dropped off antibiotics that I need before dental procedures due to a heart condition. The lady took my prescription, changed my address and updated my insurance information. Or so I thought. She told me it'd take an hour and a half. I decided to not go last night due to having to be out early this morning for an interview and would just pick it up then. I got there around 9:55 am(1/21/2020) and she said, "there's nothing in here about any prescriptions." She then proceeded to say that she remembers me dropping them off and leaves the drive thru window for 10-15 minutes. She comes back and I tried to explain to her that I needed them now, not 2 hours from now and explained why. She got a full attitude with me, cutting me off, practically telling me to shut up. She then said she'd need my insurance card again and she'd be able to fill it. I said, "you took it and scanned it last night." Her response was, "Okay, but it obviously didn't stick so I need to see it again." I told her I just wanted my prescription back and I would go somewhere else. She continued to tell me I just needed to give her my insurance card. I had to tell her 3 times that I just wanted my prescription back before she finally gave up and handed them to me. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Will NEVER be back.

Today, a young female cashier was too worried about her hair and keep touching it throughout scanning items. She also flicked her fingers right in front of my hand, almost touching it. Not only that, she bent over the counter and put a bag on the table instead of setting it down on counter. She didn’t tell a man who’s standing too close to me to back off six feet. Not to mention she was completely rude.

The pharmacist Rob, is a great pharmacist and always willing to help. His knowledge is very of things is great. I go to him and if he is on a day off when I need to speak with the pharmacist themselves I will leave and wait until he is back on duty.

Honestly screw this pharmacy. They change their hours constantly without any notice. So i get there at 458 for a depression med that i cant get anywhere else because they partially filled it before and they Apparently now close at 5 which i didnt know so they ignore me for two minutes and tell me they are closedEverytime im there i swear someone has an attitude

Store is good, great to get the sales when available. Also good $1 items that are commonly looked over. Pharmacy is great, regular workers attitude sometimes are poor, but overall good store.

When this first opened I always used to go here the first couple of years but high prices and then no longer taking certain doctors prescriptions with 0 notice has turned me away. Still a decent place for the holidays with some cool gift ideas you won't find at walmart or target.

Pharmacist has a serious chip on his shoulder and that attitude needs addressed by corporate or some managers. They’re also running insurance for Covid vaccinations/boosters and when questioned why they’re running insurance when the vaccines should be free, I was told I needed to contact my insurance and have them take the “processors” off… whatever that means. I’ll be talking to corporate and won’t be returning to this location.

They never called to let me know my antibiotics were ready to pickup like they said they would and I called this morning and apparently they were ready 15 minuets after dropping them off. Dropped them off yesterday, boyfriend was gonna pick them up after they called.

They always close 8 mintues early then get mad at you if your in the store at 940 couldn't even get battery's for my monitor for my pace maker and heart monitor when I get off work at ninethirty and they closed 949 won't be using this store anymore

When did they start giving times to pick up prescriptions. This is bull when you have plans and then they tell you the time was 11 to pick up. When they had it a day.

Parking is weird, I buy medicine here often. Not a fan of the local crowd always asking for handouts but it’s a great store.
