Because I saved on the altering of my cats & bunnies at TNR, I was able to save enough $ to spay my 2 dogs. Words don't express my many thanks. My cats love these sleeping mats. I finnialy put 2 of them in the laundry finding they are well made. Thank you so very much.

The check in lady was pretty rude! But the assistant was very nice and cheerful.The guy doing the procedure seemed depressed and was timid when it came to the check in woman!

Appalling behavior from the woman that runs it. Im livid. This morning my terminally ill aunt had brought in two trapped cats even though we prepaid for 3. She couldnt trap the third and what does the woman do? Starts yelling at her about why she didnt trap 3! Shes sick! What do you want her to do?! My aunt is just trying to do whats best for these cats when we are below the poverty level and this is how shes treated? Someone else needs to take this over because thats just disgraceful

The person who answers the phone is extremely rude. He doesn't answer questions and he laughs at you because the thinks the question was stupid.

I had my Leo neutered at TNR and I'm getting ready to have my Grumpy cat neutered pretty soon. TNR is the best!!! They are the nicest people. The orange kitty is Leo and the other kitty of course is Grumpy cat.

Real appropriate place to volunteer for when my father hands out cat food and builds cat houses and sometimes is the only one who shows up sometimes to do it for someone to threaten my dad with a gun over him saying they were out of food and threatening to bust out his car windows then they call him today to tell him he can't volunteer anymore because she switched it up and called and said he threatened her. THIS WAS LAST YEAR. But you wanna call and not ask him what actually happened. If I could give negative stars I would.

The check-in lady was so disrespectful. we took all 3 of our cats there and had called prior she was upset at the fact we brought all 3 when she never said to only bring one, yet tried saying how she said that over the phone when she in fact did not bc I gladly would have only taken one. Also seems like she has a hatred of cats bc she forced us to take them back out to the car when they were already in a cage as well as squeezed the one tightly and said “well cats get out super easy”, if they get out super easy why would I take them to the car by themselves? I will not be returning because of the attitude I was given as well as how she acted about the cats. I think they need a new check-in lady if they want peoples business. Other than her everyone else was super nice!

Low income help for cats. From building insulated winter shelters, spay/neuter clinics, flea and tick prevention. And provide cat food to low income cat owners. Also, accept donations for all services, so they can continue to help needy cats. Totally trustworthy, based on our own experiences.

A place that helps. I met the owner she was very kind and helpful. She showed me how to work the traps as well as what would work best to bait the cats in order to get them to be fixed. She also found funding for the many cats that are in my area to be fixed. There are over 30 cats around, thanks to a cat lady who did not fix her cats. Thank god they are willing to help.

VERY rude! We saved a little bit of money but it wasn't worth it. When they were done they called and said "Come pick up your bunny. We want to go home." When we picked him up he was all wet. Won't ever go there again!

Very unprofessional and rude! we picked up my rabbit and his eye and back was wet it could’ve been from laying under the water bottle but there were puddles on the corner of the cage (not touching the water bottle). As if they turned the cage on a diagonal and just left it there. He’s still yet to fully open that eye. On the paper it says not to bathe him for a week and your not even supposed to bathe rabbits, it could make them sick! All around they were just unprofessional and rude.

Called because a stray female was going in and out of our shed and there were a few more cats roaming out there and I did not want kittens in my garage. I asked if they could come trap her and offered to donate for the spay. I was told, "We don't trap for people" by a snotty rude woman who obviously didn't want to help.

Very very rude and then the price changed when we got there. We hung up on the lady and she called back and we gave them a chance and those people are very rude and the way they stack all the cages on top of each cage I could only imagine how many cat's peed on others. I recommend going to Steel Valley!

I have taken many kitties to TNR of Warren and had great results. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful and friendly. One of my females was sick with a URI and they treated it and sprayed her after 2 weeks when she was healthy.

Not organized and quite rude. Lack if communications. Made appointment and paid for ahead of time. Date came for appointment and called to find out time. Lady tells me its been cancelled. Sets up for the following Monday. We got a call on sunday morning and told we missed our appointment. We politely told the lady on the phone it is tomorrow. Got told no its today and if you dont come now we cannot take you tomorrow. Refused to give us an about time when they will be done. Brought two cats in get a call at 530 pm to come get our cat. Uh miss we have two there. Calls back at 6 15 pm demanding we get in there immediately to get our cats cause they are going home after a long day. Last time i will use this tnr ever.

This place saved the life of a stray cat that adopted me. We named him Charlie, and he was in awful shape. After 3 weeks I was able to trap him and bring him here (you must make appointment in advance) and they did SO much needed work on him (dental, de worming, neutered, flea treatment, vaccinations, Aids/lukemia testing, etc. Everything I had here would have costed over $1,000 at any other vet easily. I paid less than a fraction of that here. This place deserves donations and so much credit. What they do is incredible and I’m so thankful they helped my Charlie have a better quality of life. Know you will not get better prices anywhere else, so respect them and make things easy for them (pay ahead, listen to their requests and don’t give them a hard time!). Our area is blessed to have Corky and her staff. Thank you Corky!

Nothing good about this place. After a reaction to medication...Cat came home with no vision. Was told he was perfectly fine and not once did any of them call to check on him. People aren't very friendly.

I ended up with a cat that was left when it's owner moved. Being able to have the cat spayed affordably is the only reason the cat didn't find itself at a shelter. Thanks to them this cat has its home. The cat is thrilled lol me well I'm learning to live with a cat.

Sorry I cant give less stars ! They lied about cost on the phone, we drove from Greenville PA. When we arrived they quoted a new price. And then claimed the Employee that face the phone info wasn't there.!

My friend took his cat there to be neuteredand got a call twenty minutes later and they said the carrier fell apart so the cat got away but when we got there the carrier was together so then they said he broke the metal piece on the front but I could not brake it pushing it hard with my hand so we think they opened it up and the cat ran ok but that happens at vet's sometimes so why would you have the back door open it took us 4 days to fond the cat they let us use there traps the first night but that was it didn't help look for him or anything asked for one trap for the second night they said we can't do it but a lazer pointer 4 days after he went missing and he came running to it but forget that vet office

We paid a month in advance and then they changed the day of our appointment to the day before but didn't tell us. When we called to see when we could bring them in they told us we had to wait a second month before they would take our cats. The lady that answered the phone was incredibly rude and unhelpful

They did a good job with the TNR except they discharged a few cats that were still under anesthesia and weren't awake yet.

Talked with in person to get cat fixed will update later on how everything went but so far I will say it's easier to talk in person then on phone and cost was 40$ and they will call with appointment time.
