No wonder why the store is going out of business they advertise false things. Was looking for ATMs with no fee to withdraw funds you came across rite aid claiming their ATM was a fee-free ATM. Wow queue the suspenseful music as I get here and then proceed to use the ATM to withdraw funds and what did you know $3.50 is what they charge to use this ATM!

Unfortunately there weren't any true deals as prices were over inflated to make customer believe they are saving money when in face it's deception.

The girl I spoke to at the pharmacy today was most unhelpful person I’ve ever talk to. She came up every excuse on why she couldn’t help me . Ended up calling another pharmacy and had the issue resolved instantly.

I went into this location because my CVS did not have what I needed. After looking for several monutes, and I called ahead to check, I could not find the primetene inhaler. I went to the pharmacy to ask where I could find it and was surprised at the unfriendly cold response. After searching for several minutes, I still could not find it. One of the girls from the pharmacy came out, and pointed to it stating, it's right there. I proceeded to the cash where I was met with another cold unfriendly young woman. I will not go back to this location.

The employees at The Youngstown Rd. Rite Aid are always pleasant and the Pharmacist’s are knowledgeable and very helpful when you have questions .

I called yesterday to see if they had an item in stock. A very pleasant gentleman gave me the information I needed. I stopped in later in the afternoon and the staff was extremely helpful in getting me everything I was looking for. Very very nice and very clean store.
