This is officially the first review I’ve ever given for negative service. I’ve been sitting in the pharmacy drive thru line for over 15 minutes waiting for the person ahead of me to get squared away. Tell the guy to come back if it’s not ready! Sheesh.

I placed an order online and went to go pick it up hours later, I got there and the employee couldn't find my stuff, so we waited for the manager and she told me that they no longer carry that item on the shelf and I'd have to contact rite aid directly for the refund. I contacted rite aid and the lady said they don't understand why they'd tell me that, as they still produce it. It doesn't matter, I don't mind that they were out of it. But what I do mind is I call back the following day and both the GM and the night managers poor attitudes. The night manager upset because she told me to call rite aid, I do, and then she's mad that rite aid directly started a case file for the product and said she didn't say that they didn't carry them? That's fine but I understand why the night manager has a poor attitude, she learns it from the GM Tamara. Her attitude just as bad as the night managers.

Had a terrible experience last night at this particular Rite-Aid. Workers should really be trained better especially when knowing if an item relating to the COVID 19 treatment is in stock. The item was right next to the lazy worker and told me they were out of stock. Train your workers better Rite-Aid. Will make the 2 minute drive else where next time.

Made an appointment for myself and husband. Completed all forms online and uploaded all documents as requested. Arrived on time for our appointment. There were absolutely no customers at the pharmacy. We were checked in and told to take a seat. The Pharmacist was aware we were there however he continued to fill prescriptions for future pick ups and then waited on three subsequent customers that walked up after we checked in. He did not take care of us until 25 minutes had passed and we asked him if he was going to assist us. Little disappointed in his response. “We are short handed” There was a pharmacy technician on duty that could have assisted the 3 customers so he could have taken care of his appointment.

Very rude in the pharmacy. Went to get my Covid test and the girl said my reservation wasn’t there even tho I had a confirmation for it still wouldn’t give me a test. Will never go back there. When we called the pharmacy after I left the gentleman said it was there.
