On 12.23.23 at approximately 6p I received the absolute best customer service from the sweet woman cashier Ann. She really did make my Rite Aid experience wonderful this holiday season.

I am a medically involved patient and this is the only pharmacy and in particular this Parkman Rd location is the only place that has not made a mistake with my meds. I realize this should be a standard for every pharmacy, but sadly it is not

convenient location to pick up packages. the lockers are big and I've never had a problem. they open right up as long as you have the app or code. I wish I could drop off packages as well.

Waited on the phone for 20 minutes playing phone tag with the automated voice service. When I finally got through the guy on the phone didn't state his name a d then started talking to another customer to which he then hung up on me and now I'm back to playing phone tag. Very disappointed in this as I've never had bad service until these last few visits

Honestly expected the worse. I've grown accustomed to difficulty and disappointment when filling my script. Other stores give me dirty looks, demand I.d. Honestly the best experience I've had in years filling a schedule II. I'll be back!

This has to be one of the worst, if not the worst, Rite Aid store and pharmacy in this area. The pharmacists are condescending and rude, and they obviously have a god complex. They act like they know more than the doctors writing the prescriptions. They do not care what they put customers through. Switch to Walgreens or a family owned pharmacy if you want actual professional service. I’d give this place a negative star if I could.

Love how rude the employees are. Let's lock doors 5 mins early while I was attending to walk in. Then ACT they they didn't see me. Totally unprofessional. Looks like the only polite people in that store are the ones at the pharmacy and the customers.

I only go to this pharmacy when I ABSOLUTELY have to. I have waited over a half hour for a prescription when I was it would be only about 10 minutes. And they always forget to give back my insurance card.
