We adopted a stray cat a few months ago. Did to me being of work for a month we couldn't pay for her to get groomed. We didn't know if she had any grooming experience before. The girls did such a great job trying to groom her, unfortunately she is one of those cats that needs to be sedated before she's groomed. But I am super pleased that they recognized they she was panicking and stopped the process. The actual phone I got was them me "she is panicking too much and is having trouble breathing. We're stopping the groom. A good groom is not worth her having a heart attack". They really read my cats body language and potentially saved her life.

This was the first time that I used them. I took two of my cats for a nail trim. Very nice PET SALON. Easy to make an appointment, courteous and welcoming staff, they answered all of my questions and took excellent care of my cats. Going back today with my other two cats. Highly recommend. High quality care for all of your pets cats and dogs.

So glad I found this groomer after a few bad experiences elsewhere! Other groomers said my young dog was difficult, gave her sedatives, horrible haircuts and once came home with a blood vessel burst in her eye from the stress! At Niles Pet Salon she always comes home happy & relaxed. They have no issues with her, do a great job & very reasonable rates!!

I just took my dog here for the first time yesterday! He is almost 9 and can be a tad grumpy/anxious. I was so afraid to leave him but he jumped right into the groomers arms (which has never happened). She asked me what I wanted for his cut and called not even two hours later to tell me he was done. He looked PERFECT! And most importantly, he was so happy when I picked him up. It was so evident that they took their time and made him feel comfortable! I will absolutely be going back!

I scheduled a groom appointment nearly 2 months out for my dog. When I dropped off my dog and confirmed my groom requests with the groomer, I was rudely told “I only have time for an outline trim.” She did not have time for my normal groom. I explained that I had an appointment and wanted the full time needed to complete my groom requests. They weren’t doing me any favors by “squeezing” me into their schedule, so I didn’t appreciate the “express groom” option that I was given. After this discussion, the groomer went around the corner and I could hear her talking about me. The attitude of this groomer was unacceptable and unprofessional. Looking back, I don’t know why I allowed my appointment to continue but, I did. When the groomer “called” me to let me know my dog was done, I was rudely informed that she had been done “for over an hour” however, I was never alerted she was finished. When I called to complain, the “manager” argued with me and talked over me. I was told the owner will reach out…we’ll see. They’ve lost my business and will never be recommended. I will never be spoken to like that as a customer again.Another thing about Niles Pet Salon that’s frustrating is their “filing” system. They use index cards to file grooming records for pet clients. They misfile the cards all the time and have to redo clients cards often. Get a computer system.I will never recommend this groomer for any of my friends and family.

Victoria is Amazing! She takes care of our 14 year old deaf puggle. It’s so hard to trust someone with your animal, especially as they get older and lose their hearing. She is so good to him and you can tell he really loves her. The whole place is amazing.

When I first got there, I was a little weary due to customer concerns in front of me and disorganization, however, I felt better once I checked in & received a positive update with a photo. I appreciate that they allow you to bring your dogs bed & a toy from home for some level of comfort. My dog has never been boarded before but came out happier than ever. I would trust Niles Pet Salon & Resort with my dog again, thank you.

I bring my puppy here for daycare and I couldn't be happier. I'm a dog groomer of 17 years and recently became a stay at home mom. My pets have always come to work with me so I've never had to worry about them. These folks do a great job with my dogs. They groom my very large german shep quarterly and it really helps with his skill issues. They also trim my stubborn bulldog mix's nails. They always are friendly, fast, and do great work.

I was nervous dropping my girl Rue off for her first ever groom, especially since she’s a big German Shepherd and she can be a bit intimidating to some. But, Ashley did a fantastic job with her. I picked her up and she was happy and smells fantastic. Will be going back every six weeks from now on!

I love this place. I recently got a puppy for my mother and I’ve been helping with her. This place is great about not only keeping the puppy’s nails trimmed but baths and grooming as well. If you call they will do their best to get you in as early as possibly and are always professional. We love them.

Tootsie, a balaneze longhair cat needed attention here in Ohio. Took a chance on this place and VERY HAPPY to have made the decision. She was ready within an hour and most of all, she wasn't skinned!!! She looks so cute. Look forward to her next appointment. Good job ladies
