Great selection…but oftentimes there’s no workers available to help. Had to do some less than safe stuff to get some of the lumber…it says “See associate for help” but I’m always finding myself being the associate. Other than that it’s not a bad store.

I want to give a shout-out to Leon in customer pick up. For going over and beyond for helping us. He loaded our bags of mulch today. The store was extremely busy on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. Plus, it was right after a huge cloud burst of rain. Great big Kudos for your help, Leon!!!

One of our favorite places to shop! From laundry baskets to beautiful quality lights! We love the variety, the deals and rebates. We have came here quite a few times over the past year while updating our house. We get a lot of compliments on the items we have purchased from there!

Shout out to the lady ,working in the carpentry/wood dept. Monday. She helped my Dad pick out the materials he needs to make a rocking horse for his newest Great Grandson. He said you helped him get everything except one board that another employee helped with . Sounds like a great place to shop. Thank you for going above and beyond !!!

Decent product. Poor customer service. Do not use them for countertops, especially!!Had a huge hassle trying to get our order of custom countertops. They first arrived damaged so they told us they would reorder the whole thing. After waiting 2 more weeks, we found out that something had gone wrong with the reordering process. They then corrected that issue. After several more weeks order arrived at the store, but the installation kit wasn't there. They had to order what they couldn't provide from the store inventory. We never did receive installation screws that I had to buy separately. Called for a discount a few times and after being told they probably could, never got a call back (as the manager had said she would). I called & was told there is nothing they can do. Really!? Not even a small reimbursement for not receiving something we paid for, let alone for the hassle of waiting an extra 5 weeks from the re-order date?? Definitely not using them in the future!

GREAT customer service. We had a bunch of errands to run; everything from eggs to plants, replacement door handles to a 2'x2' piece of plywood. I am new to the area and figured we would be making a bunch of stops but my partner said," Menards will have it." Menards is a HUGE store and they did indeed have it all and more. But what blew my mind was the outstanding customer service. These folks were great. Giving directions, custom cutting lumber, advising on the correct epoxy. Whatever. I can't praise them enough. If it exists, Menards has it and the help knows exactly where to find it.

HUGH store bright and clean. This store is like a Home Depot, Lowe's, and a bargain outlet type store ALL 3 TOGETHER 🤓. All the staff that I encountered were very helpful & polite. Now, the 11% back rebate/cash back thing I'm not to fond of😣 its a mail-in rebate for Menard bucks. The store has a little bit of everything! The prices are fair & the rebate makes them very good!

Horrible customer Service by store manager Nathan! Countertops and cabinets have been delayed 2 months! Homeowner is completely upset. I will never order anything from Menards again! I will also notify all local contractors and homeowners to never shop at this location!

This place used to be great. But, it's turned into a glorified Wal-Mart. Just go to Walmart and save a few bucks if you need walmart stuff. Or order online. Menards is no longer the menards from the past. Now, that's just my opinion.

Wow, talk about poor quality, these doors must rank the poorest of all when you order them. I ordered a $2,755.95 Mastercraft door system from Menards. It was a 36” door with two 12” sidelights. It was a steel door with a composite frame that they said was “One Piece Mull Construction”, and the door supposedly had a lifetime warranty on the finish. The door was paid for upfront (4/2) and took only a little over a month to be delivered to my home (5/5) which is the last good thing that happened.When I unpacked the door, I was astonished. The system was built with many pieces which were loosely nailed together, some pieces were even out of alignment, with nail holes right through the composite frame elements. Mastercraft didn’t even try to use hidden fastener systems or glues, and left the nail holes highly visible. With this I called Menards and they said they were surprised at the poor quality, so they reordered the door. The next door came in and Menards called to tell me. I asked for them to check the door and they said it came in with the same nail holes through the frame, “that must just be the way Mastercraft builds them”, they said.At this point I was stuck. The door was scheduled to be installed the next week, and for me to order a door from someplace else would take four to six weeks or more. Expressing my displeasure with the situation Menards said they would refund me for the door, or I could accept the door the way it was. Being stuck they delivered the second door which I compared with the first one and I kept the second one because at least all the pieces were properly aligned, even if not secured tightly, and still the nail holes were exposed. Menards told me I could fill in the nail holes with white caulk. If I did that, surely over time the caulk would shrink or discolor, if it could even be matched from the start, and how can there be a lifetime warranty on the door’s finish with these patched nail holes?Overall, Menards stuck me with a poor-quality Mastercraft door at a cost of $2,755.95, and I have it installed looking less then okay. I guess life goes on and Mastercraft and Menards got their money.

Menard always has what I need at good prices!All staff I've encountered, on my multiple trips to the Cortland OH store, have always been pleasant & super helpful. They won't tell You where it's at, they take You there!

I've ordered here a few times, this last one was less than good. Waited over a month for a order to be delivered, just to have it not show up and then when I called they told me 2 days and it still never came. Called again to find out they never put me on for delivery, now I'm almost a month and a half out. Gotta do better

My dad went up there and bought a pellet stove, broke on him 3 different times, the stove company kept sending him parts to fix it, still didn't work, went up to Menards to just get his money back, they told him no they could only give him store credit on a $1700 stove that he didn't even get to use but once in 6 months..it was all a run around..was supposed to have free returns, but it's all lies, please don't shop here or buy anything expensive!!!

This place is huge, almost too big. I'm not saying you will get lost in here, but it can be a challenge to find smaller objects in the mass assortment of options. With that being said, they tend to have many option of the same product for you to choose between. My wife and I drive an hour to shop here when we need many options or better verity. It's very worth the drive. Price wise, they seem to be on the same level as most major hardware stores. They were doing a promotion where they offered 11% off mail in rebate for store credit.

Spent $2800 on some shadow box fence for a 175ft project. My rebate was to be around $258.00 ,this was in May 2023 I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND . this is why I don't do deals like this. They say you'll save and get a rebate ,but it's their way if lousing things up so you don't get the money your supposed to get back.i will no longer ship at Menards in Warren,oh

So glad I finally went into this place a few years after they opened. Wasn't sure at the moment what to expect but good lord am I beyond grateful that I did!! Not only can u buy cereal there, you can get a new fridge, whole new back yard & at the same time replace your roof and don't forget the shampoo and conditioner then laundry detergent too!! Everything under one roof!!

Never shopped at Menard’s before until last week. Massive (and clean) store. Had exactly what I needed. Holly at checkout was extremely friendly as were the other staff I encountered. Definitely plan on coming back. Unfortunately it is a bit of a drive for me although I’d say it’s worth it.

Menard's is a great alternative to Lowe's or Home Depot. Their prices are considerably lower and they offer an 11% rebate regularly. It usually ends on Saturday when they do run it. They staff is considerably more helpful than other diy stores. Menard's is a step down from Walmart.

Great customer service! Debbie helped us purchase a grill/smoker. It wasn't available in cortland but she found one at the Kent store. She went above and beyond to help us. It's refreshing to have someone care about customers.

I had several items to get, I actually had to get help from 3 different employees today. All 3 of them stopped what they were doing to assist me. I even got a display model light, and it was cleaned up for me. I feel like I couldn't have received better customer care. Very happy with your store!

Never been to a Menards before, but I like it better than Lowes and Home Depot, it’s a little more old fashioned and the prices are better. I got some plants that were on clearance for $3-5 because they were in not the greatest shape but they weren’t even that bad. Selection is refreshing compared to the other big box stores. I even got a cute cat collar with skulls on it. Yeah I call that a win! Lol

well usually I have no problems with menards but went in today floor sweeper blocked my way 3 different times ask store employee to move it she said i was in its way . it turned into my row so i had to go out of my was 3 times to get around it either make your row wider of run the thing at night when no cust are there . very disappointing

Went in to buy a refrigerator after calling several places and was assured that they had one that they quoted me a price. Went early in the morning as I had to go to work in the afternoon. Payed in full for it plus delivery and several hours later received a phone call as I was heading to work that they did not have the one I payed for but had to pay 120 more dollars for a better model. At this point I had absolutely no choice. When I said to the manager that I feel as if they should have checked for sure if they had it. His response was casually telling me WE ARE HUMAN. And was very dismissive about it. Very poor customer service.

Yesterday I arrived at the store at 12:34pm to get my order pickup. It was one item. I attempted to call the 330 number posted on the signs-no answer. So I walked inside to let them know I was picking up an order. The male with the really long stood there and ignored me the 5 minutes I was standing there and finally a guy walked in to help me(I think his name was Jason) he told me he’d find a lift and be out in a few minutes. 20 minutes go by… nothing. Another vehicle pulls up.. gets their vehicle loaded and they leave. 30 minutes go by and same thing. So I had my husband ask what the wait was. The female he spoke to had no idea how to help us. I didn’t get my order until 1:30. Your store had a bunch of employees just hanging out in the order area and NOT ONE of them could’ve helped? Service and quality? More like laziness and goofing off.
