Aggravating experience throughout the process. Found the vinyl fence, post sleeves, mounting brackets, and concrete through the app. I already had the posts. Concrete was in the lumber section, but that wasn't a problem. Vinyl fence stuff is in the gardening section. 1st little issue was there was not a single proper cart to carry fence in, it was all flat carts. Found one that wasn't being used, but I had to empty it of plumbing stuff. Anyway,I load the fence. Next was the brackets which were on the app, but not in stock. I settled for plastic instead of metal. Then the post sleeves were nowhere to be found. The app said 19 in stock at aisle 4 section 10 but nothing anywhere in the aisle. I finally found someone and he said go to receiving by the bathroom and they should be there. Why would that be? I went to receiving and got ignored for 5 minutes by employees in the back. Finally someone comes out and asks what I need. I explain what I was told and they just said, nope, they only receive items and have no idea where the 19 pieces are. I then left that section and tried to find someone else, but it was shift change and none was around. I hate using apps if they don't give the correct info. A 15 minute shopping visit turned into 45 minutes. I could say I'll never go there again, but I know I'll have to get something eventually... dang it

Had my hot water tank go out and had no idea what I was doing. John in the plumbing department steered me in the right direction and had me ready to go in less than an hour. Truly amazing customer service and great pricing. Wish I could give more than 5 stars for John alone.

Went there to buy Christmas gift. Thank goodness I said, I wish I could find someone that works here. Because an employee that was off work helped me. I couldn't find anyone actually on shift. Then another customer helped me. Finally, as finishing up, an employee comes by and asked if he could help. He was very nice and helpful. Reason for four stars is employee that was off shift and the employee that Finally helped us.

Awesome store. I do a lot of instacart, and I had no idea you could order instacart from Lowe's until today. Had an elderly gentleman who lived in the top floor of his complex order a microwave, and it was actually a really good price. Feels nice to be able to provide a service that actually helps people...getting that appliance up three flights of stairs would have been a nightmare for the guy for sure.The store itself is clean and extremely well-organized. Employees are super friendly and helpful. Five stars, no question. Many of the stores in the area are fully of knuckleheads, and it shows. Totally different atmosphere here, and I will be returning to do my own shopping when I need hardware or appliances.

It's a great store but it was very busy for a weekday, middle of the day even, and the staff was not on top of their game. Felt very crowded into & at the self-checkout area and we even needed an associate's assistance bc the scanner wouldn't read the barcode and even with the system stopping us from furthering our order in any manner- 1 of the 3 associates standing within 5 feet of us was busy but i had physically approach and lead over to our scanner before we received help.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Brandon and Bryson (I hope I spelled it right 😟).. they helped me out last weekend with a gift for my husband. Super nice and so friendly! I hope they get some recognition for their outstanding customer service!!

This store is probably the best Lowe's I have been to in this area!!! It's organized WAYYYY better than others, the staff working there are more friendly and helpful, and their customer service is out-of-this world awesome! I have had some issues returning items in the past (even with a receipt) that I had purchased for a job and didn't end up using at another Lowe's. It's amazing the difference when the employees working are well trained, well versed and customer service-focused/driven!

Stores wonderful. Just wish someone could have helped me. I'm not really familiar so when I went to get wood I couldn't find anyone in the wood department that could help me answer a question. Anything they need to hire more staff

Went to Lowe's for a washer and dryer waited 30 plus minutes before asking at the cabinet section for help in appliances (the appliance guy was sitting talking with cabinet person) and then was told all of the machines they had displayed were sold out and they couldn't sell floor model which had dents and dings in it he Said all marked clearance were sold out he did not even bother looking up any more after the first one said he knew the rest were sold out what a waste of time !

Awful customer service !!!! They lost my order which resulted in me having to change the entire layout of my kitchen and then when the order did arrive I called them to cancel it seeing as how I wouldn’t need it anymore. They said that was fine then I get a call TWO MONTHS later telling me “we are not your personal storage facility”. Called in serval times right after and was on hold for OVER 30 minutes with no answer. Called AGAIN, waited on hold AGAIN for an order I already cancelled just to be on hold for ANOTHER 25 minutes. They didn’t give me my entire original order and when I called asking where the rest of my vent hood was they said I had to call the manufacturer because they didn’t have it. Come to find out they DO have it at their customer service desk, never bothered to tell me and are now threatening to send it back to the manufacturer because I never picked it up. SHOP ANYWHERE BUT HERE. My god these people are absolutely awful!!

I had a kitchen remodeling job and carpeting throughout the house. The culture of attitudes (rude and pretentious) within the store is terrible in the kitchen and carpeting departments. I guess as long as they have a job, they're satisfied. The Company needs to give them an incentive to CARE.They are poor following through with a job. No project, mgr.We spent over 12,000, and they even screwed up the transaction costs!Poor customer service:They say they're going to do a specific service and don'tThe carpeting person in the store purposely hangs up the phone when she can't explain somethingFireplace brick pieces damaged when laying down carpet. JIM (mgr) SAID they would fix it and never did. I addressed the missing transitions with the carpet. Lowes said the installers left them at the warehouse. Later to discover they had to order them because they were WEREN'T at the warehouse! They promised to take care but didn't. I had to go back and forth to the store until they did it!!Also, they removed the entire window screen from the open window because he wanted more air?? To add more frustration, they bent the screen trying to reinsert it! Lowes did replace even though they said they don't usually do it.When I addressed Jim(mgr) about missing the handle on the cabinet door, I heard him tell the employee over the phone, "Tell her I'll call her bc I'm at lunch." I told the employee I drove across town! Jim cared less!My new kitchen floor was scratched by Custom Kitchens Inc. Erie Pa. (who Lowes contracted out).I can go on and on, but my fiancee and I are glad the nightmare is over, and Lowes will never see a penny from us again!

Came in to purchase items for our bathroom remodel. Nooo associates were around. My husband did round up someone walking by. The associate paged someone to assist. We waited and noone came. Found another associate and same thing. We walked out and will not be back.

Went there to purchase mulch. They were out of the special 4/10.00. The cashier suggested their premium mix which had 2 cubic ft. Whereas the special was only 1 1/5 cubic feet. I wanted black which he said they had. Paid and went to get it loaded and my surprise they didn't have it. First person left and never came back. Second person said they just started and knew nothing. I had paid for it less than 5 minutes prior and then I had to go into the store to customer service. Very poor customer service. I wasn't offered a rain check or anything. Now I see why people go to Home Depot or Menards.

Went to pick up a gift for Father’s Day this morning and store was expectedly busy. Bought a 28-inch griddle that we were checked out before before employee confirmed it was even in stock. This led to us waiting for over 45-minutes for someone to either find one in a box or find the pieces that went with the display. Manager “Becky” was extremely rude and unhelpful while employee Karen was truly the most helpful and best person at the store. Will not be returning because of terrible experience overall unless I know Karen is working because she’s the only one that cares about customer service.

I mean they have just about everything you need for home improvement. If not home Depot will. I gave 4 stars only because personally I do not like being approached when I clearly do not need help. It's annoying. I'm trying to read something and they just pop up. If I need help I'll track them down. Other than that it's a good place with military discounts but not veteran discounts.

Great selection in both the store and garden sections. Employees are always willing to help and answer questions. Prices are a bit steep on certain items, but most are reasonable. Always well-stocked whenever I'm shopping here.

The delivery of appliances is horrible. Bought a washer and it was delivered 2 days later. Couldn't be installed because they couldn't get hoses off. I was told to get a plumber which I did. Thank goodness the plumbers installed the washer. But I paid to have the old washer removed. I have called twice, they were supposed to pick it up on Sat. but did not called and they said it would be on Tuesday. not been informed as to the "window" of time. Thoroughly disgusted with service and would not recommend to others. 10:15 p.m. call to inform me they would be here between 8 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Update finally picked up at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday 18th.

Very poor at having a appliances installed in a timely fashion they really need to improve and do better. They should train and be more concerned in this for sure. I experienced a bad time so two stars is how I rated them, Manager was very good and helped me when I let him know what I brought this to his attention.

The absolute worst place to deal with. We replaced all the windows in our house ($9,000). It took them 15 months to finish the job after coming out 5 times with the wrong windows. We also ordered a gas range in August. 2 weeks later, one was delivered that looked like it fell out of the truck. A whole side was crushed. 3 weeks later. they called to say the replacement was also damaged. Another 3 weeks, a new one arrives at the store, but we aren't set up for delivery for 16 days (now November). If you call, you get transferred from dept to dept until you get disconnected. We canceled and went down the street to Home Depot and our new range was delivered 3 days later in perfect condition.
