EVERY SINGLE TIME I come in this store I end up standing in the check out line for 20 minutes. There is only 1 cashier ever working and usually 5 or 6 customers in line. Not to mention the cashier is usually incompetent. Never fails. Too bad it's the only store that carries my dog food because that's the only item I come here for.

Purchased a generator from this establishment. We brought it home and hooked it up. Ran for 10 minutes off gas and then shut down. Ran just fine off propane so I tried figuring out why it didn’t run. Come to find out, there were a few wires unplugged on the wiring harness and decided to just exchange it as a $900 generator should work correctly and all of its functions should work without question. Called the store to see what to do because I had already put a full tank of gas in it. They asked me to drain the gas before bringing it in and I said I was not draining 7 gallons from a small fuel line after spending all day without power so they just told me to bring it in as is. I sat in the store for 40 minutes waiting on the manager to come exchange it and figure out what we’re gonna do about the gas and the manager tried saying he’d give me a $10 in store credit for the gas and I said absolutely not. That’s $35 worth of mid grade gasoline and it’s not my fault your machine isn’t working properly. He eventually gave me the $35 back but only after insulting my intellect by stating that others have had the same problem and eventually figured it out. THIS IS A $900 BRAND NEW GENERATOR!!!! It should work properly out of the box! I have over 15 years of experience with small motors, the only reason I didn’t tear into it anymore is because it was supposed to be brand new. Absolutely ridiculous establishment

I had my lawnmower serviced. Locked good, but not mowed yet. Price was not cheap but no service is today.They carry outdoor clothes, pet and farm supplies. Slightly larger than some like stores.

Surprisingly this store carries a variety of everything, like a giant hardware store, just bigger. Does need better pricing - they are on par or higher than smaller stores.

I will always come here. They have everything I need. I always tell people to visit this location. I prefer this store to Tractor Supply. The employees are friendly and helpful. They have stuff in stock or can tell you when it will be there. They have good sales, discounts and reward program. They know when items are due in..like next delivery of chickens etc. Always the best!

Store was a little on the dirty side. But I can understand being the type of merchandise they sell. Didn't buy anything. Was my first time in this store. Had lots of merchandise, just nothing that I needed at the time.

Terrible experience shopping here gave me the runaround on buying chickens told me to come in twice no chickens both times blamed the post office the post office didn't tell me to come in at specific times the one employee even told me how good he was at insulting customers without them knowing it they should take family out of their name. The manager offered 25d dollar gift card for ruin morning that might pay the gasoline but after being a loyal customer for years not sure i will go back

The workers are very friendly,The workers are very friendly, And the shelves are kept well stocked. The prices are fairly cheep depending on what you are looking for. Plus they have a good selection of healthy dog food.

At the store looking at chickens and ducks. One chicken was dead. The worker took the chicken and tossed it in the trash in front of two young kids. Then we were all set to drop $80.00 for another runt chicken, clearly dying. The same guy with the personality of a rock says nope its law you gotta get six". Well this guy is dying... he says again in front of the Family at the Family store no we can't get it. So we leave with crying kids... it is a heart beat... very disturbing.

The store is very well organized. Variety of items. Staff was not very friendly. Up front talking to each other. When asked a question, they spoke so low and looked at each other instead at us as the customer.

I truly love this place but I gave 4 stars only because every time I go in there is a line at the checkout and not just 1 or 2 people! That said..it is always clean and organized. Restrooms for the littles and we always find what we are looking for plus some random item I didn't know I needed!

The workers were friendly and helpful but there was some confusion with my order that I didn't really appreciate. Initially they called and said a mistake was made and the product I ordered was out of stock but they were gonna upgrade me for free, when I went to pick up my order the upgrade was unavailable. I hate to complain about getting what I paid for but why bother calling me about the product shortage in the first place.

Some really sketchy credit line offers. Like you pay $100 for 1 year interest free. They had advertised on what I bought 12 months interest free. But changed the deal at the register. I just used my DC. They have a bit of what you don't find at the other store. Not great deals.

It was easy to find the stuff I needed. And though I had to go to another place to get things like barn lime. Barn dry. And pine bedding pellets.I was able to find what I needed here very fast and easy. Do to how organized the place was
