My girl uused to work here but she upgraded job opportunities.... But now she can't get her W2 everyone else she worked with has received there's but she has not.. we have contacted store and manager said quote "not they problem and don't have time " and this has been on going since end of January 2024.... We have contacted IRS and family dollar corporation yet hasnt been resolved. There for we can't file our taxes and deadline will end soon..... I suggest not working for this company since they seem not to care about there employees current or previous id give zero stars if I could cuz this has been nothing but a headache over somethen as simple as call the regional or supervisor and getting info needed for them to just print it of or get her her W2

Hasn't given me my w2s was horrible when I worked there went threw three managers two of them was bad one hit an called names the last one that's there is stuck up an.rude to.her employees always talking about them with other employees with customers around nothings ever where it's supposed to be refuses to help get my paper w2s says it's not her problem and she didn't have time to.deal with it I've called irs an corporate and Still hasn't gotten no answers back inregaurds of the issue I've also been to the store to see if she has time she still tells me she's busy and to call corporate

Homeless people like to hang out here and beg for money but if the employees know they will tell them to leave. They get a lot of crime because of the location but it is still a good store and supplies the people of the area with groceries, as some of the people in that neighborhood do not own cars so having a family dollar nearby makes it much more possible for them to get groceries. If you have a choice, I'd suggest going somewhere else but this isn't the worst grocery store in Warren. The employees are friendly and they at do at least care about what goes on there.

I enjoy shopping at the Family Dollar, although management/corporate needs to hire a few people to stock shelves rather than expect the cashier's to cover both positions.The Family Dollar on Parkman Rd. in Warren, Oh is in desperate need of stock personnel, as I am sure that the problem exists in all of their stores.

I have problems everytime I come to this location. This place is not organized at all. They are almost always out of bags. What you need is almost never in stock because nobody there stocks the shelves very good like they are supposed to. If you ask for the item missing in the shelf they say they have it but they won't get it for you. They basically give you the SOL treatment.

Some workers need better customer service attitudes just had my stuff thrown up on the belt and I just started grabbing bags I thought were mine and was treated poorly by a cashier brie when I didn't know some stuff was another person's also got the eye roll when I apologized smdh...

Every time I go in there they never have buggies or I hear sorry we only have one and some one using it right now. The floors are always it's utterly filthy and has garbage all over it. The isle are always blocked by carrier's of products full. So you have to turn around and go the other way. Might not be a big deal to have to stop with no buggy but for all the disabled people in this direct area and Senior's Citizen high rise it's just unprofessional and especially the Major Company you are it's down right unexceptable to me. If it was my company as I've managed in several in Mult- billion dollars company's myself. If I was a manager at your company I'd be ashamed and so should you. Thank you

They actually recently remodeled the Isles go front to back now rather than side to side I absolutely love it now all they need to do is put up signage 4 what's in each row that would make it more like a grocery store

No stars i was treated with complete indifference . the employees have a horrible attitudes and truly dint mind letting you know how much they dont care and dont want to be there. Plus there no stock half the shelves are empty

Customer service is awesome..it is a dollar store so people should not complain about"cheap stuff" I go to this store all the time never had a problem with any products..great people very polite and professional
