The Dog Depot is the best of the best. Mary Bryant the owner is truly amazing and outstanding. She truly cares about each dog that she grooms. If your dog needs groomed and are looking for a place that truly cares about each dog, this is the place. Mary always makes sure our Miniature Schnauzer, Abby, looks truly amazing and beautiful. Mary always goes that extra mile and is the friendliest and sweetest person. We just love her and her care and skill in grooming dogs is exceptional.

We recently took our mini goldendoodle to get groomed at the Dog Depot. When I called to make the appointment, the receptionist told us it would be three hours. He ended up there for more than five hours and it was very apparent when he came out that he was scared—it took him a good day to be his normal self. It was also clear that he’d not had anything to drink (it was a hot day) and that he’d not been out to the bathroom.The lady explained that they are short staffed and while I understand the challenges small businesses are facing, be realistic about the timeframe.

Hands down the best dog grooming center in Trumbull county. Marsha is an artist when it comes to taming my dogs thick, wild coat, and turning him into 15 pounds of cuteness. If you’re looking for a new grooming service, look no further. Kind staff that’s really easy to schedule and work with.

The Dog Depot is the best pet grooming in the area! Our Australian Shepherd has been going to The Dog Depot for years now and every time, we are so happy with the results. Each request they have consistently responded to and gone above and beyond.The groomers at Dog Depot are trustworthy, professional, skilled, and kind to your pet. Our dog comes out happy, looking fluffy, and smelling great with the added touch of a themed bow for the closest holiday. The pricing is also fair and reasonable.We won’t go anywhere else but the Dog Depot for our dog’s grooming!

We called and made an appointment three weeks ago and they took my dog back without any question when my mom dropped him off. They then called me while I was at work with complete attitude and told me they have no records, no appointment scheduled, or even a chart under my dogs name. Meanwhile, we were there June 15th and June 30th. I then called my mom to figure out the problem and she was almost all the way home in Hubbard before they even realized his name wasn’t in the schedule! They took my veterinarians name and made it into a chart, not our name. I called back to talk to the employee and I got nothing but arrogance, one employee was screaming in the background complaining they were so backed up and they couldn’t groom him today. The lady on the phone told me it was probably their fault because nobody wrote it in the book THREE weeks ago when we called! It was not our fault they didn’t put our dogs name down and we never received an apology, just charged full price and had to hear them complain about how short staffed they are. Very unorganized and unprofessional, I will not go back nor recommend this place!

I love this place my 1st time here I couldn't express the care they gave Georgia girl they were exceptional with her being she's an elderly long haired dog that gets matted and tired easily I love how soft she was they will definitely continue to have my business I apologize as I can't remember the groomers name but she was fabulous working with her ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️Thank you once again

I called in the morning inquiring about an appointment for that day. I had called about 5 places before hearing about the dog depot & everyone else I called was so rude about asking for an appt same day. When I called the dog depot the woman was so sweet & arranged the schedule so we could get in! Not only that, they did an AMAZING job with my sweet golden, Randy. We will DEFINITELY be back.

Took my Standard Poodle there 2 days later had to have him put to sleep :(Doctor said he had a slipped disk cracked ankle bone and dislocated pelvis more then like from a fall off of the grooming table two days earlier ..It has taken me a couple of months to calm down at the ignorance of Mary acting to worried when my husband went to pick him up he couldn't walk Mary followed them out to the car something she never did before ...HAD they called and said something there is a vets office 50 feet from the groomers shop................ Seriously neglectful ..............UNFORGIVABLE ..................Take your babies someplace responsible .............

BEWARE!!!! So today I got my dog back after 4 hours of them having her and then I find a small deep like cut on her front left leg. I'll never take her here again. No wonder they had her so long. They were trying to hide the fact they hurt her and stop the bleeding.
