The pharmacy is doing a terrible job and terribly slow and the pharmacy crew could careless you can tell by their actions and smirks on their faces. Most places when you bring in a script says give them 20-30mins... These guys won't do it till the next day even though you tell them you need it that day will argue with you over getting it done and still doesn't get the script right. Go to Walgreens or Franklin pharmacy.

The pharmacy staff is very rude and slow especially the older lady that’s a pharmacist, I’m going to a new pharmacy. They need to remember they don’t pay us, we pay them for a service. Disgusting behavior!

I have been going to this CVS for over 30 years. I have never had a complaint with anything until just recently. The store itself is very nice, clean, helpful employees. My complaint is the Pharmacy Department. I have never been so upset with them or the Pharmacy employees. It seems like they have gone down hill, they don't care about the customers anymore. I am seriously considering changing to a totally new Pharmacy, which makes me very sad.

First they closed at 6 pm didn't send anything out to customers. Now they are closed on weekends? Just talked to the pharmacy yesterday and they told me my order would be ready today (sat) Went to pick it up and it's closed now on weekends? What the heck? I'm done with CVS they apparently have no concern for customers and have changed hours twice without notification. Also the hours on the CVS website for this branch still say open until 9pm and open weekends. Very frustrating.

I bring in my prescription wednesday, pharmacist tells me to come in thursday at 3. i come in thursday at that time, first of all i stand at the counter for 10 mins without any pharmacist acknowledging my existence. then they finally ask me if i have a prescription, they take my name, then tell me i have no prescriptions. i tell them that’s wrong i literally came in yesterday. they take 10 more minutes to figure out they have to order it again because i guess it didn’t go through. as i’m waiting another woman comes up to the counter and they take care of her within minutes and they even sit there and talk about random stuff. also, the pharmacists start to argue and yell at each other in front of me so that was lovely too. so i’m told to try again the next day, friday at 12. i call them and ask them if it’s in yet and they said nope we have to order it again and try again monday. i mean really, my doctors office closes at 12 on fridays so i can’t even call them and have them call another pharmacy. monday is my last day in the window where i can get the prescription before i have to spend more money on a pregnancy test AND fill out more paperwork and wait even more just to get one prescription. terrible service i don’t remember this pharmacy EVER being this bad. do not recommend big waste of time.

I have never seen such nice people in a pharmacy. The pharmacist went out of his way to give my dog some bones and the techs are always smiling. Great customer service. 👌

The pharmacy hours changed and I drove thirty minutes here to realize they were not open. What a bad experience! The pricing of products seemed about average and the store employee was very helpful and nice.

Cvs really is terrible. They kept my prescriptions for 3 days. They never contacted me. I called them everyday Then they told me they was out of stock. Then finally after my 3rd phone call they told one of my scripts had the wrong dose.. Then told me you must be really sick and need this medication. Then I had to go to another location so I get get the one medication filled. I'm still waiting on my.other one.. Lesson learned if you are sick and need your medication. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE LIKE GIANT EAGLE.

Used to love this pharmacy. Now they close at like 6? What person with a decent job can get to the pharmacy by then? Used to be like 930. What a joke. Now have to use a new pharmacy for everything 20 minutes farther away. Smh.

I wanted to send a great big "Shout Out" to the CVS Pharmacy at 3933 Parkman Rd., NW, Warren, Ohio! This store is by far my favorite CVS, and I have been to many. The employees and Managers are the most friendly and courteous people!. I shop there at least once a week, They recognize you and are happy to help you at any time the minute you walk in. Dropped my prescription off post surgery at 2 they said about an hour. Just called 2 and a half hrs later and they are still not ready because the pharmacist is busy giving vaccines so now they don't have any idea when my POST SURGERY MEDS WILL BE READY!!!!!!

There is an older gentleman named who was working the resister when I had come in to ask for my UPS packages, and per protocol he had asked for my ID, which up to that moment I thought I had in my wallet... I go to look for my ID and see it is not there, I then get upset, and that caused me to be angry with Gary who didn't allow my anger to ruin his day... I drove home, found my ID, drove back and he still had a welcoming smile... I apologized to him and he acted very understanding, but nonetheless he deserves 5 🌟 for his professionalism... In the customer services you're bound to run into a person who is upset, but the way Gary handled this completely turned my day around... I want your store (CVS Pharmacy at 3933 Parkman Rd., NW, Warren, Ohio) to acknowledge just how great of an employee you have with Gary
