The employees of this store are always super nice. Through no fault of theirs, however the isles are too small. It is very hard to get through some areas and a pain to get to the cash register. I give 5 stars because again the employees are always so extremely nice.

For the last years they barely have any international foodsEuropean chocolate filled croissants 😋 the Macedonian Tahini with cocoa is so out of this world in crepes or toast bread .. This is one of my reason that i love Big Lots

My wife and I love coming to Big Lots because you never know what deal you're going to find! It's like a treasure hunt for great deals! This location was very clean and well organized. The spring stuff is all on display already! I recommend BigLots!

Lots to see, look at and to check it out. Lots of new items. I actually got lost by the time. I spent 4 hours looking at everything. I recommend you check them out and their prices too.

We purchased a gazebo at the Big Lots in New Castle PA. Brought it up to our camp in Bristolville OH to put together. After we got started we found that we had a part that was wrong. Contacted the store in Champion and Mike said to come over with incorrect part and he would pull one from a new box. When my husband arrived, Mike was standing outside the store with the part waiting for him. What great customer service! We got the gazebo finished! Thank you so much Mike! We greatly appreciate what you did!

They’re ALWAYS out of stock when you place an order for pick up. At this point I’m assuming they’re just canceling these orders because they don’t want to do them, there’s no way they’re consistently out of all items we order. Going to better sites from now on.

The store made it hard to find what we wanted. The way stuff is organized makes it hard to find something that should be easy. Can't really blame the store staff. But like it took my mother and I half an hour at least when no one had a clue where turkey brining bags were. They should of been with the chicken ones but weren't. Even staff didn't know where they were. This was do to poor staff training as well poor corporate management of stocking store shelves. Hints my two stars review

I went in looking for some furniture and met an employee named Dave, what a great guy. He convinced me to apply for a credit card as well as signed me up for a store card. He also answered all of my questions, a very knowledgeable individual. I m going back to buy the couch I was interested in. Well done big lots for having such awesome employees.

This is one of my favorite stores of all time. They have a variety of items for amazing prices. They also have good customer benefits when you sign up for them. They have a good animal section and some strange foods you can’t find in other stores. The staff is very helpful when you are looking for things. Keep up the good work!

The people have been working here a long time and even through the holidays were so patient, helpful and kind. This big lots store is different than many stores for that reason alone. They have been understaffed and so busy, yet kept there composure. You have remarkable employees! Keep up the awesome work!

The front area of the store where the carts go was extremely messy papers all over the floor papers and carts and the carts were just pushed any which Way. Apparently no one polices that front. The rest of the store however was extremely clean and well organized. The clerks were constantly asking me do I need any help to could I find what I was looking for and I appreciated that the prices are pretty good.

Great discount store. Very good policies for returns. The best new feature is the "crazy deal". If you buy a designated item you can donate it and get a card valued at the same amount. Also, there are deals where you buy, keep and get a card for a percentage.

Employees were outstanding as always, so absolutely friendly with my children that they were still talking about "the nice lady at the store" hours later when asked about our day. The children of today are the shoppers of tomorrow and I know where mine are going to shop.

Use to go to Big Lots quite a bit but with any other place their prices have skyrocketed. Could get better pricing for the same products elsewhere. Sorry couldn't find anything I really wanted in this store not even a grocery item.

Been going here since a child. They have a great selection of sectionals,decor,linens and household needs. It's usually not very busy and very easy to get in and out without a big crowd. Support big lots business not every business can be a supercenter

I LOVE the furniture department at the Big Lots in Warren! Berry is my favorite person ever. He is so nice, polite, accommodating, and goes out of his way for the customer. Berry genuinely cares about the people that buy furniture from this store. Even though this big lots is a little out of my way, I go out here every time to purchase furniture because the people there are so nice. Thanks Berry!
