This is a really nice TA! It was very clean and smelled really good in the ladies restroom. The all you can eat buffet had everything from T- bone Steaks to Chicken Enchiladas and a full salad bar. I enjoy a peach flavored sweet tea and my server was excellent. I arrived a little after 7pm and there was still plenty of space to park my truck.

Great snacks, food, & desserts. Diesel pumps fast & the parking is abundant! The showers are nice and clean as well! Tons of stores within a couple miles. Def gonna frequent this TA more often.

Clean shower and restrooms... plenty of parking..has a asphalt lot and dirt lot... service support was very accommodating..👍👍🚛👌

I didn’t arrive here until 10:15pm so the restaurant was closed. Closes at 9:30pm and 10 for take out. I had a reserved parking spot waiting on me that was open no problem. And looks like they upgraded their showers recently so it was nice. Plenty of hot water and plenty of pressure. There restrooms were also nice. Did not get fuel.

Good parking, even if you're running later into the evening. There's a Family Dollar right next doir if you need to grab something. Restaurants close a little early, but that's the way of it these days.

Great stop! Spacious showers. Decent amount of coin op laundry provided. Excellent restaurant. I ate twice! The first time I had the pork chops, mashed potatoes, corn; second go around I had the pulled pork w/ slaw and the loaded tots. Both servers were knowledgeable, friendly, and very attentive. PLENTY of parking! They still offer a buffet line! My Dad is a retired truck driver I'm gonna bring him up so he can experience this truck stop with the old school mentality. At Wapak Travel Center @ The Hub Room Restaurant, OH.The breakfast buffet was amazingly awesome packed with delicious food and waitresses provided a very efficient, excellent and professional customer service.It was one of those great experiences on a stopover while driving over-the-road🛣️.Will definitely return back while on this route but next time aim for your dinner buffet 😋😊🤗!!!

I read reviews that boast of good food. I am a bona-fide foodie.i opted for the buffet. Totally disgusting. Unsure what the others ate. No seasoning, very bland. It's basically filler food. Dog food. Expands in your stomach. Eat here if you want. It's a hard no for me. Now I have to eat this garbage bcuz I paid for it. Get some good cooks and refine your recipes. This is criminal what is being served. 😡

One of the coolest truck stops I’ve been to in a while. Very spacious and clean. Plenty of parking for the night and very friendly and welcoming staff. Definitely recommend coming here

Love, love,love TA. A wonderful buffet, Steaks on Friday, all you can eat! Great service and deserts. After the tornado went through, they were quick to rebuild. I've never had a bad meal there and they serve large enough portions, you can actually make a second meal out of the left over.

Great place to stop, with an open restaurant till at least 10:00 p.m. Great burritos, clean bathroom, fuel. Lots of parking, the way truck stops used to be.

When I stopped, about 1/10/24, they were still under construction from tornado damage. It was open but not all the way back. It's a little older TA so not a lot of parking, but the staff was extremely friendly. The store was pretty well stocked and clean, given their situation. Will certainly stop again.

The coffee is great they also have a restaurant where you can grab a meal while your truck is be repaired plenty of free parking.

No grass for pets but good enough to stop for a shower there is a rest area on 33WB about 5 miles where there is plenty of space for your pet or to stretch your legs just tight parking for a semi

I would say if you want a great burrito this is the best in the country.... however this is the 9th consecutive trip through where their famous Burrito company has been closed... absolutely pathetic how lackadaisical this place is....

very upset with my experience. I had just fueled 55 gallons to which I thought "cool, now I can shower" since EVERY OTHER TRUCK STOP IS 50 GALLONS for a shower. so I walked in to redeem and was informed politely by the young lady and gentleman behind the counter that it was 60 gallons, unfortunately there was an older woman that was very rude and condescending with her response as if I should know every policy of every truck stop everywhere. the young man was trying to accommodate me by helping me out with a shower so I could wash the dirt and grime off from a long day working, but the old woman yelled "NO, HE NEEDS 60 GALLONS" to which I replied "No problem, I'll just drive to the loves in Sidney, OH" If this were my employee, she would be fired for speaking to my customers the way she spoke to me. I will not be back. pretty said when $20 in fuel is enough of a reason for someone to throw a fit about a shower. very rude and unprofessional. The restaurant is still very good and the other 2 clerks at the desk were very nice. But that one woman is the reason I won't be back for fuel.**UPDATE**I recieved a call from the manager of this store and she was very nice and professional. She assured me that the employee had been dealt with and they made it right with me. The manager and the other 2 employees behind the counter are the reason why 1 star turned into 3. Thank you 3 very much.

The restaurant doesn't have many choices for special diets. If you need soft foods or low sodium, forget about eating here. The food and the service were good though.

As a Professional Driver this is a really great place to stop. Bathrooms and Showers are always clean. There's a lounge and laundry facilities. The restaurant is a much appreciated break from all the Fast food taking over Truck Stops. Plus the food and staff are great !! The variety here is just right.
