We ordered food through the app and when we went in the lobby the lady in charge yelled at us and said the lobby was closed. I advise her that I had a mobile order and it said to come in. I had no issue going through the drive thru if the app had told me to do that. When I told her she got EXTREMELY irritated and mad. When she gave us our food she slammed it down on the counter and yelled mobile order then aggressively sat our blizzards and drinks next to our food. She was extremely rude to not only us but there were 2 other customers in the lobby that seemed to get her attitude as well. I can understand that being short staff is not her fault, but to treat the customers with such disrespect is beyond me. I probably won't go back again if that is the kind of employees that work there. Also our food was cold and I had to warm it up when I got home I only live 5 min from the DQ it shouldn't have gotten that cold in that short amount of time. Very disappointing, my family usually loves DQ.

Allot of black specs on my water cup. My guess is mold or a cup the was pulled out of the trash. Unfortunately, to my disappointment, I drank the water before I noticed.

3 of us that got chicken strips had serious digestive problems. A stack of cardboard tops, that are put around blizzards as they are mixing them, fell on the floor and rolled all over. Someone came along, picked them up off floor, and stacked rhem up so they could be used.Young lady at cash register would not talk above a whisper no matter how many times each of us said we couldn't understand what she was saying or asking.

Restaurant was very clean, well organized, adequately staffed with a very friendly and helpful crew. The drive thru line was one of the fastest I have seen, for a Dairy Queen. The prices are a bit high, but the food was well worth the time, and money spent.

It was clean ¬ too long of a wait till they brought our food to us. The ran a deal if we upgraded the meal we got a free drink which I ended up saving .50 & got 2 extra pieces of chicken. really good.

The store looks great after the recent remodel but I have a hard time enjoying this DQ when the inside smells strongly of sewage all the time and when then drive thru speaker doesn’t notify your workers that there is a customer waiting. I know you have to pull up farther than usual to activate it but it’s hard to do that when the speaker ends up at the back of your vehicle.

The manager working at the time we placed our order was very courteous helpful. We went there to have a little ice cream for a birthday party for my sister-in-law who is treated to a very large and tasteful Sunday with sprinkles. As we were leaving I ordered three pup cups and was told these are on the house, thank you very much Dairy Queen you made our experience a very fun time and will stop again when we are in the neighborhood. Keep up the great work

Came through and they told me order whenever your ready I was there around 8:20 they then told me sorry everything is off. I understand you want out early but really!?!! Please don’t tell me to order then tell me to leave. In the establishments defense this was a younger staff working this evening. Can’t help what you never had!

Our server was great. Took a little bit for our food to come out. But it was all fresh and piping hot. Came back with our ice cream a couple minutes later. The blizzards were made great and very full. He even stopped back by to check in on us a little later. Building was clean and well maintained. I would definitely come back here.

Very good hot food. The dining room is closed and on the speaker it says please be patient as they are low on staff and making your food, honestly it was quicker than others in town, not to mention their names, but they know who they are. Blizzards were delicious as always and staff was very nice as always

Very nice people, and good service. When we dine inside, the restaurant is always clean. It's the best DQ I've ever been to. They also gave us Pup Cups for our dogs.

Disaster. My order took forever then was given to the wrong person. He brought it back after approximately 3 minutes and I told them I wanted something he didn't touch. Then they only gave me half of my original order and I even asked the person if it was all there because it felt kinda light and he said yes. Went to my truck to eat since they don't allow dine in and I was right, only half my order was in there so I went back and they had remake my order again. Do not go unless you have nowhere to be for awhile.

If you're open till 9, why at 740 am I told you're grill is shut down and I can only order deep fried trash.Your burgers remain some of the best in town, which doesn't matter if you're not serving.

Waited for over half an hour to get an order they ended up not getting right. When I called in to report the problem he was nonchalant and just said they were busy and it was chaotic. I easily come to this location 3-4 times a week for lunch, but won't anymore. You lost a customer today.

Normally, I wouldn't do a fast food review, but this was the nicest DQ I’ve ever visited. From the service at the front counter, to upscale, CLEAN bathrooms with quality toilet paper, our visit exceeded my expectations!!
