I am only doing a review of their chocolate. I was blessed with a Deluxe Assortment 8 oz box as a gift. I have not had the chance to go to the store yet. These chocolates are amazing!I called the company to figure out where I could find this same box near me in stores. The lady I talked to was super patient and helpful. She told me to just order online. They have a flat rate of $5 shipping fee. The prices for the quality of chocolates are highly reasonable. They arrived a few days after ordering them. I am located a few hours from the actual store.I also love the presentation of the chocolates. Especially the thank you card with a chart with the names of all the different chocolates in the box. It really shows that this company truly takes pride in their product.I truly look forward to visiting the actual store one day.They have earned a customer for life now. These boxes will be great gifts.

This was a nice stop. Chocolate was worth the trip out. They were super busy, and parking was a bit tough. The store was kind of packed (we went on a Saturday), we didn't really get an opportunity to really browse, we pretty much got what we went for and left.What we went for; Milk and Dark (prepackaged) Caramels with Sea salt, a small box of Sugar Free, which they had a nice sized variety of and Fudge.I'm going hold off on my opinion of the employees until our next visit considering they were pretty busy and probably wanting or needing a break. There was ONE very nice young lady that was eager and very friendly, she took her time with us - and I can not for the life of me remember her name. When we go back - if she's there... I'll update. I did Thank her for service and courtiousness.* I didn't take pics inside, too many people.

The chocolate was excellent. The dark chocolate melt aways had a perfect temper on them and they were delicious. The dark chocolate caramel were very tasty but the temper was off a little so they weren't shinny and were a chalky finish.

Some of the best chocolates I have ever tasted. They also have some unique offerings. In my opinion the very best thing about Coblentz is their sugar free chocolate. They have a wide variety and if you didn't know they were sugar free, you would not be able to guess. My son is a diabetic. He and his wife will make a special trip to Walnut Creek just to get chocolates at Coblentz.Dietary restrictions: Best sugar free options I have found.

Delicious chocolate and many varieties. Their Easter candy is beautiful! I loved that you can wander to the back of the store to watch Chocolates being made....and caramel corn. The history/timeline of the growth of store is along the wall in the viewing area as well. Keep in mind they offer way more than just chocolates. A must stop place to visit. They offer you samples too!

Stopped by while visiting relatives while on vacation. They have an awesome variety of candy. We didn't get to see the factory in operation, but we were so pleased with the quality. We got a variety pack of chocolate covered pretzels, a 1/2 the sea salted caramel squares (superb) and a box of variety box of sugar free candy for the diabetic in the family. He swears you cannot tell they are sugar free and absolutely loves them. Great place to visit and treat yourself while in Amish Country.

The banana cream chocolates are the best! We also bought a box of buckeyes but they were a little disappointing. Instead of having the classic opening in the chocolate from being dipped these were completely coated in chocolate with a dollop of peanut butter something on top. The dollop on top of the buckeye didn't taste the same as the peanut butter inside the buckeye.

I loved everything in my order. I only have one complaint…… the box of cream candies were really good except the orange cream. It had a slight hint of maple to them. The ones I bought in the store did not. I don’t know if the orange were stored next to the maple to absorb that flavor or not. I loved the raspberry and lemon very much. I was excited to know I didn’t have to go to the factory to get this quality of chocolate or if I could order them. I’m glad to know I can order and will be ordering again. Thanks

Premier chocolates in a pristine setting. Reasonably priced and perfect for gifts! Highly recommend if you are a chocolate or coffee lover. An entire sugar-free section as well. Neat to see the production area!

So many chocolate candies, you can find something for everyone. They have a place where you can watch them make their confections. And a little history on the walls down the hall where you can watch them make the chocolates. They have non-candy gifts. They have a really cute gingerbread house for little ones to play in when while you shop. I recommend them, the chocolate is so good. I recommend the mocha melt always and the snapper which is a pecan cluster or also called a turtle. They are closed on Sunday, so make sure you get there during the week or Saturday.

Average Chocolate. There are lots of little gift options. They are on the expensive side but there's some more unique chocolates. Definitely ask for a sample - you can pick any chocolate from the display case
