Accidentally left my wallet at counter, called an hour later when I realized I was missing my wallet. Shannon answered phone & said they had found my wallet. I went back to get it & thanked them but they would not take a reward for returning it. There are a lot of honest people in the world.

Reading through the reviews, I'm not sure I've ever really had a problem with this place. Ya, you might wait in line...but I've never been in line longer than maybe 3-5 minutes. If you can't wait that long, go to a fast food restaurant or order out somewhere and pick it up.As to it being the only place in town, get gas somewhere else I guess. However, there are plenty of places to eat in Waldo. Staffing is iffy sometimes, but people are upset because of an eyebrow piercing? It's 2021...get over yourselves

I'm local. This is my go-to place for quick stops. Gas, smokes, snacks, etc..It's been great up until this last month or two.1. Chic in caterpillar work boots is rude to me as all get out. Shakes her head at me when ordering cigarettes, then proceeds to throw them on the counter.. Not set down, thrown... Flying across the counter. Doesn't give me a total, instead coldly says 'totals on the screen'. Gtfoh. Have a bit of respect for your job and the customers paying your wages.2. As of late.. cigarettes, red bull, and other things are out of stock. For weeks at a time. Not sure who's doing their inventory or stock ordering but it's failing. Bad.This is less than 5 minutes from my home, however, I am now and will continue traveling 15 minutes out of my way to go to Cardington duchess just to avoid this place.

I love going to this store. The new guy in the kitchen is amazing. He always has fresh stuff made and his pizza is amazing for gas station pizza. Give this guy a raise or a promotion cause deserves it.

So, I am not sure if the lady was mad because I looked ethnic, or because I wasn't allowed to ask questions, but I bought a black and mild. I asked for a wood tip, Casino flavor. When she brought out a plastic tip, I inquired as to whether or not it was a wood tip (I am legally blind), and she said she did not have any wood tips. I was curious as to whether she meant she didn't have any wood tips period, or whether she meant she just had no Casino wood tips (usually they have at least one flavor with wood tips in stock)She proceeded to lean forward and aggressive yell "I DO NOT HAVE ANY!"I tried to specify why I was asking but she just said "Ok, have a nice day" in an equally snippy tone.Moat people I have seen work here have been nice, but this is a big no-no. Will never set foot in here again.

I like the new flavors ... Tasted the English toffee flavor... Awesome. The mocha flavor and the hot chocolate flavors are delicious also. That's my favorite drink yet. Clean store.

Very disappointed in the new Duchess station in Waldo. Such wasted potential. Every time we go in there are long lines- 1 cashier and they are always out of everything in the hot foods if you go there after work, like at 5:30. They need more employees, a large selection of hot food for us people who want to stop on our way home from work, and maybe fried chicken. That would be a huge improvement since they are the only place to go in Waldo

Danelle is a five star employee! After a couple of times she knows what you usually get and greets you as you enter the store. She is always polite and quickly takes care of her customers.

Went there tonight on my way home with my wife. She was refused service because the night shift manager would not recognize her U.S. Government contractors ID (a federal ID much like a passport). I then attempted to make the same purchase, with my state ID (hers is expired from having been in Iraq/Afghanistan/Kuwait for the past 12 years). I was also refused service. Neither one of us had or were drinking, nor gave any indication at 43 years of age that we were trying to illegally acquire the cigarettes we were trying to buy. In short this store does not respect U.S. government employees, who work overseas, as vets. BOYCOTT THIS STORE! It should allow me to post a negative star.

"The only reason I'm giving this place one star is because zero isn't an option. I went earlier tonighy Ang got gas and the place was dirty and the guy at the register had in eye brow rings that looked really gross. He was also really rude and acted like he was high."Posting this for my grandmother who don't have access to the internet. She said the place has disturbing and non friendly people working for them and they will never get her business again.

2 weeks ago I was in and bought some lottery tickets, the guy at the counter after selling me the tickets, told me that they had sold the big winner for that ticket. Today was in to get a coffee, heading down the road, the first drink was nothing but coffee grounds. WILL NOT RETURN! WORTHLESS customer service!!!!!

Went inside to get 2 drinks at the self serve soft drink machine. There was trash on the floor and out of cups and lids. 2 employees behind counter not doing anything. Very messy for a newer store. Sad. 🤨👎🏼

Stop here regularly, the staff are friendly and product is always stocked if available. Clean drink stations and delicious slurpies. Overall very convenient and welcoming.

Once again waiting in line at the new Duke station. What a joke. At least the other one you didn't stand in line for an hour. Hope nobody is ever in an emergency . This place won't last long
