I visited for breakfast with my boyfriend and his dad. I had such a lovely time, their menu is nice and reasonable, has a family oriented environment, very caring staff. I wish they had an option for fruits instead of canned fruits for breakfast. Other than that, the serving size was good, and the breakfast was delicious. Parking is very decent for a small neighborhood. Both of us found parking very easily.. It was very fun for a Subday morning after church..

I adore this tiny establishment! It has a 'small hometown' vibe about it, but with BIG flavor! We're pleased we dropped by on our way to Michigan. The chicken chunks basket included the BEST chicken I've ever had! Perfectly seasoned, juicy and tender. The sweet potato fries were well-seasoned and accompanied with this incredible dipping sauce; it was creamy, rich, and scrumptious!We'll definitely swing by again if we're in the area!

This was by far the MOST unfriendly establishment. We attempted to dine there for the first time this morning at around 8:30. No signage saying seat yourself. Stood there for almost 10 minutes while both serving staff made eye contact numerous times, continued doing other tasks and said NOTHING. There was a 6 seat table open but we did not just want to sit, trying to be polite. We finally spoke up and they acted shocked "you can sit anywhere". It would have been nice to have been told that upon arrival instead of being ignored. We went to Silver Moon instead, were greeted and treated like we were welcome. Food there is great as are the people.

On 12/16/23 waited 40 minutes for food even though only 1 other table of people there. We were told the cooks took a break right before we ordered. We thought that was odd since there was a kitchen employee outside taking a break when we walked across parking lot. Then he was on another break 10 minutes later when we ordered. Why would everyone in the kitchen take their breaks at the SAME TIME while paying customers SIT & WAIT 40 minutes????? Wouldn't it be better customer service for the kitchen employees to stagger their breaks so at least someone in the kitchen is cooking for the customers instead of everyone taking a break at the same time while customers SIT & WAIT?! Also their break was from approximately 1:15 when we ordered and they didn't come back from break until around 1:45; we finally got our food at almost 2:00!!The restaurant closes at 3:00! Why take a break until almost 2:00 while customers wait when the restaurant closes at 3:00? And couldn't they take breaks when restaurant is slow and stagger their breaks. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

We had a party of 5..food came out together but lukewarm think my plate might have been sitting while others food got ready but overall was still good I would go back again....UPDATED REVIEW went back the other day 7/7/23 and and the omelette grill cleaner sub corn beef...WOW the best omelette ever..I mean did not expect a whole slice of corn beef in my omelette with a side of sausage gravy of course..one omelette fed me yesterday morning and this morning 🤗..and reasonably priced.. definitely recommend since going a 2nd time

Solid breakfast joint. Definitely recommend the biscuits and gravy as an add-on to any breakfast. I had the ribeye steak and eggs. With home fries, and Rye toast. This was one of the highest rated breakfast spots around, and I can definitely agree with most of the ratings. It has a good "hometown" feel, and you can tell this is where the locals get their breakfast. There was a short wait before we were seated, but but too bad.

Typical small town diner. We were disappointed to find that breakfast stops at 11am during the week at a place with Skillet in the name that closes at 3pm. Lunch was fine, not great -BLT bacon was chewy even after asking for it extra crispy. Tortilla soup was good.
