Made a lunch stop while enjoying a road trip around Ohio. Ordered a cheeseburger and fries. The cheeseburger looked like it belonged in a TV commercial. The fries were hot and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Followed up the burger with a creamy cup of butter pecan ice cream. I do recommend Poppy's Barnyard if you are in the mood for a burger, fries, and ice cream!Kid-friendliness: There was an interactive feature for kids that played barnyard animal sounds.

Probably the best array of flavors you'll find anywhere. The flavors are crazy--in a good way! Think of multiple kinds of ice cream full of fudge-peanut butter-sea salt caramel ripples and more. They also have traditional flavors and soft serve if that is more your style.Service is also great. The owners and employees all really care and you can tell they want to bring smiles to the local community!

Nice to see a new business in what used to be Millers Ice Cream. The menu isn't as large as Millers was, but I think that is a good thing as it is difficult to keep a rural restaurant in business with too large of a menu. I think this was part of why Millers became unprofitable. They have a simple menu of various burgers and hot dogs as well as various sides. Ice cream is very good as well. Maybe a little expensive, but not unreasonable and lately with costs going up due to inflation, it's probably right on par with similar restaurants. Service is great and always friendly. Overall, we are excited to have an eating place nearby to us again.

This is a nice little mom & pop ice cream and food shop. The pulled pork was great. Service is good. Little Olivia is one of the best workers around. Got a good work ethic. And oh, great ice cream too!! LOL

I had the Barnyard Burger it was really good! The waffle fries were good. My wife had the fish sandwich and that was delicious. Glad to see that space open back up with a quick and delicious dinner spot for the family!

This place is the best. Good food, service and atmosphere. You won't find these ice cream flavors anywhere else around. Great burgers too.

Old school hand made ice cream like when it was Millers with awesome creative flavors. Prices are a bit high, but get that they're starting out and things will hopefully even out a little when they get booming. Small staff, orders have a wait, have patience.

Placed an order and waited 1/2 an hour for burgers that came without the French fries I had ordered. The young girl taking the orders cannot hear, I plainly ordered a basket of fries and she did not put them on the order. Very disappointing. Only our 2nd time there and though we like the food, it's too long a wait for burgers and no fries. I guess I should have suspected she could not hear when I overheard the customer in front of me place her order and the girl repeated something COMPLETELY different. Don't think we will go back because it was such a bad experience, and that's a shame because it is so close to home. We went there because it was so close and we were very hungry, then to wait so long and not get what we ordered! Not good!

Stopped to check this place out since Miller's used to be so good. Definitely not the same place. Workers eating then going to serve customers without washing hands...enough for me not to return.

This is such a cute little spot. My son got the flavor "This @$&! Just Got Crazy" and I got the flavor "Exhausted Parent" because my son got "This @$&! Just Got Crazy". Fantastic flavors!
