Great service. Everyone was very kind and friendly of the five or so people we interacted with. Their services actually are affordable, and seem reasonably priced. We were most impressed with them being able to squeeze us in on short notice. Of five vet offices, they were the only ones (including our long time vet that regularly services all of our animals). The only complaint I have is that I had a couple more questions for the doctor before she left, and I didn't get to ask. But, I could have said "stop leaving, I have more questions" and for them to be able to get people in like they got us, they need to keep moving. The remaining questions we had were all answered in detail by Hailey, one of our techs. We appreciate that for the things she didn't know, she told us that, and then got clarification. We don't expect people know everything, but we don't want a made up answer. We are glad that isn't the practice here.

I have taken my two cats here since their very first visit. Recently took my male cat to get neutered and the process of pre-surgery paperwork/aftercare instructions by the staff were very easy to understand. Great staff, tidy office and reasonable prices. I have had no issues. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an affordable vet for their furry family member.

I just left there for the first time and I am extremely happy. When I explain to them that I needed to get the bare minimum due to cost but that I would come back, they definitely help me out tremendously. They did not make me feel horrible for not having the finances and they were very understanding. I agree with every decision made and we will be back.

Nowhere with more affordable pricing options than this, and nowhere with a more incredible staff! Were so flexible for me and my pup with lots of teeth issues.Will be making the drive from Cleveland for all my cats' routine check ups because I know every single person here cares so much about every animal that comes in.

This place is good with animals, bad with communication, and they will not approve flea care through Chewy.Their records are inaccurate, or at least what they told Chewy was inaccurate on 2 occasions. Once it took all summer and a lot of phone calls to get Heartgard for my Golden Retriever, because this vet had her weight in wrong. Later, Chewy was told I purchased flea medication at their office, which I never did.The building is nice but I don't like their policies and am not impressed with administrative staff. That said, the veterinarians seem to range from good to very good.

We had to put our dog down on Friday. Everyone from the staff to the doctor, on the phone and in the office, was amazing through the entire process.. which ended up being over the course of a few weeks. They even wrote her love notes on the bag we brought her home to bury her in. If and when we are ready for our next family dog, we will continue to take them to Affordable Pet Care. I took my cat in for a second opinion. They were very polite.. My cat has a tumor & they informed me of all of my options in her care.. Plus gave her some pain medicine for her infection. Everyone was very compassionate. They also fit her in for a short notice appointment.Thank you all for being so kind.

Our dog needed an xray due to bladder issues, non-emergency, and our vets xray machine is down. APC was able to get us in within a week. Very little wait, the staff was super friendly and of the 3 places we called for quotes they were similarly priced. The rooms were clean, smelled nicely, and it was overall a good experience.

Once you get the hang of it, this is a wonderful vet! The staff is friendly and helpful, and the vets really care about your fur-baby. Just make sure you are managing your expectations as far as scheduling appointments: call early to get a same-day appointment for emergencies, but don't expect to get in for routine stuff within a few days as they are always booked solid!

The staff at affordable pet care always does such a great job with my dog. He is very temperamental, and they always handle him with compassion and care. I've gone to several different vets over the last few years before I found Affordable Pet Care but they've been the best!

We have been going here for 6 months. The last two times I called because my dog has gi issues ed refused to schedule us an appointment. Told me to keep calling everyday at 8am to see if I could get in for that day. The last time I understood because it was more serious but the first time I don't understand why we couldn't schedule for another day. Honestly worked for the best because we found a wonderful vet who actually wants to figure out the issues instead of mask them! Only thing going for this place is it is reasonable priced!

This is the only place we take our furbabies to! It is approximately a 40 minute drive for us, but it has always been so worth it! The staff is knowledgeable and very kind! They've always been great and we've been coming to them for the past 14 years!

I live in New London there's this nice lady that takes donations and picks up the stray cats and takes them to this facility to get them fixed then they dropped the cats back after ,, well I don't know if they had sterile tools while fixing a certain litter of cats that were left in my neighborhood but all the kittens and the mama have died I called this facility this morning to see if they can help because there was one kitten still alive they all had runs very badly and they refused to to help me give me a prescription to try to save this kitten and told me I was choosing to let them die when they're not even my cats they were stray cats captured and taken there to get fixed so obviously they're only about the money I am a disabled VET AND WAS JUST ASKING THEM FOR SOME HELP FOR A CAT THAT THEY FIXED AND I BELIEVE WITH UNSTERILIZED EQUIPMENT

First & last visit, went to sister company Oberlin Animal Hospital. Staff nice, vet tech awesome BUT disappointed with Dr. A! Charged for wellness visit, was a joke? She NOT once looked over my 2 Cane Corsos(which were friendly AND were on their best behavior)! She came into room, appeared scared? Never bothered to introduce herself then commented on how hot it was in the room from their breathing? $600. later, definately not worth it 😤

Very caring vet clinic. We've lost two pets recently and they helped and have been so amazing from the moment we walked through the door till the day we picked up ashes. We brought our daughter's cat here to get her fixed and the whole process was smooth. When we dropped the cat off, they went over the procedure again with us, let us know that they would call when she was out of surgery and up or if there was an issue. Surgery went fine and was quick and easy. We picked her up and they made sure we understood the aftercare instructions and any questions we had were answered promptly. We have yet to have a bad experience here. I recommend this place whenever someone asks where to take a pet!!!!
