Usually don't have an issue here but today I got out and saw the state of the American flag out front and got angry. This flag looks like it's been up there and forgotten about for months. It's twisted, torn, and ready to be retired properly. Show some respect to our country, the people and ideals that flag represents.

Bonni*customer service representative*12-27-2023Harassed me about a holiday return and shouted to all the customers in line how awful it is to return Christmas items. I did display the tree at my work for 1 week and returned all the items as usual like every year because the company I work for doesn't provide christmas displays for us to put out. Walmart as a company doesn't have any policy about open items they only require the packaging and item.I'm ashamed of bonni I'm ashamed to be a walmart shopper.I will never shop at this company again in my life.

Waiting to pick up online grocery order, (used the app to let them know I was on my way, checked in with the spot I was in, and color of my vehicle), and waited, and waited, and watched as cars that came after we did get helped, like 4,5,6 cars, before I finally got out and politely spoke with an attendant to find out why we weren't getting our order and they acted like I was being a difficult customer. It's rare that I pick up my online order anymore that there isn't some issue or another, much easier and worth the cost to pay to have them delivered.

The Walmart in Wadsworth seems to never stock the food side. I have been there multiple times in the past month and every time the creamer section has been almost completely empty. The meat and vegetable areas are also mostly empty every time I go in. Yet they will have three or more people at the door checking to make sure you paid for the groceries you had to bag yourself. They are in serious need of new management.

I was notified my order was ready at 7:00. I was here in 14 minutes. I've been sitting in Pickup Spot 11 for over an hour and 15 minutes. I could have gotten the groceries I wanted (instead of the over priced things they give you) in less than 20 minutes and been home an hour ago. Pathetic. Don't waste your entire evening because of these people. Buy your own groceries and spend quality time with your family.Update it's now been over an hour and a half.Coming up on an hour and 45 minutes. No one is answering their phone.

This store is always clean. The isles are decently spaced apart and they have a large grocery section. Compared to other Walmarts I’ve been in, this one is luxurious. I had a worker tell me all meth addicts should die when I got flagged to be carded for Alkaseltzer not knowing I’m an addiction recovery advocate. Made for an awkward checkout.

It's disrespectful and humiliating when you stop a customer at the exit "after checking out" (after paying and doing nothing suspicious). Sometimes I feel like "why I was cherry picked"? Why I was not trusted among other customers even though I paid accurately and did NOTHING WRONG. I hope you are not discriminating customers by color. If the issue is with your process to prevent theft, PLEASE DO IT RESPECTFULLY.

My husband ordered 2 cases of water and a gallon of milk and had it delivered. We live on the second floor of a building and they were supposed to deliver it in front of our door. They left it in front of the door downstairs. The milk was left in the sun. I am disabled and should not have carried the water up the steps. My husband went in to have a couple of scopes done and would not have been able to carry the water up the steps. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER.

Can't stand this walmart, I watched the door greater let several "white people" leave without asking to see the reciept. But as soon as me and my hubs got to the door, he wanted to see ours. This has happened several times. I don't entertain it, buy my hubs allows it.

Prices keep going up. Walmart used to be the budget option for alot of things and still could be but they've turned their backs on their customers. Almost exclusively self check out but that won't stop them from checking your bags on the way out, insisting you can't be trusted to self check out. Only reason I come here is out of convenience but that could change if something doesn't give here. Also. Fix your carts. They're all broken and make shopping here even more annoying.

Very poor attitudes. The guy at the door named stephen was screaming at customers cause they walked by without getting cart checked. He became very aggressive in peoples faces and putting finger in there face. Its not the law so you don’t have to stop

My experience is that Walmart does have low prices compared to Other stores. But unfortunately they treat their Employees Like what they say Does not matter and they are easily expendable and done so without common courtesy or empathy to them as human beings. The managers and team leads at this store are the most lazy un motivating peopleI have ever seen and obviously have never heard the term lead by example. Because if you followed the example these team leads set in the online ordering department it would be more of a nightmare than it already is. Through walmart you can essentially pick your items on the website and a walmart associate will shop for you and you pick it up when you arrive. Ive never seen such an unorganized mismanaged group of individuals in my life. AND I DONT BLAME THEM BLAME THE ONES WHO MANAGE THEM... The ones who have trained them... The team leads who should be leading by example and using positivity and motivation when coaching your team. Im any game without a coach or a substandard one the team cannot be whatever it is that you need them to be. Don't just bark orders at them to do something that you yourself don't ever do.just Because you have been titled a leader doesn't mean that you shouldn't have a positive work ethic.f

Giant selections at rock bottom prices. Definitely not my first choice to shop at, but the pizza rolls are good. If you're in a crunch and need pizza rolls it would be a safe bet to say Walmart would have you covered in small quantity up to way more than necessary!

Got there early many in-store shoppers for online orders and of course people stocking the shelves with the pallet jacks and pallets making it hard to get to what you wanted. Finally got around everybody and got what I needed went to check out and there were no checkouts available unless you want to work for Walmart and do it yourself.. talk to the manager and they opened up one line on 15...

I love the Walmart in my area. It's has groceries, it's not that far from my house. The main reason is they're probably the only retail store 🏪 of every Business Imaginable that Is 🚫 Not Gouging Priceson Groceries, Retail mdse, All The Restof you out there, Why? For what reason Dollar General, Acme, CVS I love your stores but your prices keep going up, I can't afford you anymore. I want to know why can some stores be reasonable and others are taking advantage of us and our elderly especially, bc they will go to what's closest to them. It's us the USA for Heaven Sake! Haven't you the " Power's that Be " heard the latest? France refuses to Sale Pepsi products & Lays Potato Chips bc of Price Gouging! They also said they will keep doing this to other Companies that do the same! America I am asking you my fellow man to stand against the same in our country. Don't buy higher prices period! The Power's that Be, Be Accountable! Biden, if you know where you are right now, Fix it! 🙄

This is my local Walmart since I live in Wadsworth. Very big store, always stocked nicely (mainly) cashier Jada is super sweet. Definitely not a horrible place

They have some of the rudest staff i have ever seen i was trying to get a pair of gloves and a employee had there cart Infront of the section i needed so i was patiently waiting and she looks at me and rolls her eyes pushes me out of the way and throws her boxes never have i ever been treated so rudely

It’s your normal everyday Walmart. Stuff is mostly in stock and the people there are mostly helpful. The prices are pretty good so I’ll keep shopping there. I do love that all of the security cameras are kept locked up too keep them from getting stolen.There’s a certain irony in that.

This used to be the best Walmart around, but it is one the worst. They never have what are looking for, even though it shows that they have on the app. Store is a mess with so many empty shelves. Associates are constantly blocking the aisles and asking you to move so they can stock. Which they stopped being 24 hours so they could stock at night, right? Forget asking for help, the staff is rude and of no assistance at all, one actually told that I should just order online. If I am going to order everything online, then I will just use Amazon.

Dean the Manager in Auto Care is disrespectful and rude, after purchasing new tires with a road warranty he refused to take the tire off for a repair because my lug stud was broken, it WAS BROKE WHEN YOU PUT THE TIRES ON NEW!!! And it didn't concern him at all that I'm elderly and disabled....
