Just want to compliment the employees that worked at this Target during the 8:30-9:30PM shift on 1/18. Every employee I ran into was helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond. I drove about 30 minutes because the Target website showed they had a book we have been looking for was in stock. When we got to the store (my son and I), we went straight to the book section (F12) and the book was not there. We found the label and everything, but the book was missing. This is while the website showed there were two in stock. An employee was quick to call Olivia, where she came right away and helped me go through that aisle in case someone had put them in the wrong place. She was super kind. She then said she would go to the back to see if they were back there (she went above and beyond) and she found it!!! She put the biggest smile on my son's face and made a difference in our day! Thank you!!!! Fantastic experience!

I use Target's 2 hour pick up at least once a week - always reliable and always on time, it's saved me SO MUCH time when I forget something at the grocery or need something very quick. I tried the curbside return process this week and it was just as easy as picking up an order, I did both at the same time and it was so smooth and all took about 3 minutes total. Awesome offering.

I had an order through the target app for drive up, when i picked up my order i got home and opened one of my boxes and it was completely empty, called customer service and was put on the phone with a worker named Mary, she was very sweet and helpful. She substituted my item immediately and even came out to my car to give me the item herself for the inconvenience.

Clean Target store with helpful employees as long as you ask for help up at the front desk. The Starbucks inside is very popular, and it has a "to go" pizza hut counter for small things like personal pizzas and breadsticks.

I love Target drive up pick up. I can place my order and within a couple hrs it’s ready. When I get there within 30 secs they are bringing out my order. No long waits like other places!

Wow. I absolutely love Target and this one is amazing. I’m very very impressed with the experiences I’ve had here. Staff are always so friendly and greets me in the store with a friendly voice and treats me like I’m part of a family! Also, I sometimes see a lot of my school friends here and it’s really fun. Carts are brand new and run very smoothly, shopping baskets are nice and clean and brand new, shelves are always nice and stocked, and good prices!! Also, there is a lot of parking available with lots of cart corrals all around the parking lot to return carts that way you don’t have to go all the way back in the store and return your cart. I’m so beyond impressed with this Target and will be shopping here again

It’s a Target store. Nothing stands out about it.. The selections are about what you’d expect from here. Workers are nowhere to be found. When I did see them they were in groups BS’ing. Seems like the status quo for Targets. I only go there when the deal make it worth the drive. Otherwise it’s kinda meh.

Always clean, elegant and good customer service. self and in-person checkout options make it good based on number of items bought. I found more employees than other stores to help customers. target is doing something different to hire and treat their employees.

The restroom was filthy, urine on the toilet, floor, walls, and stall from not being cleaned for a while. The sinks were layered with filth, and the floors looked like they hadn't been mopped in a while.I didn't go into the shopping area of the store, but from what I could see in line at the guest services, the rest of the store matched the bathrooms.I had a pickup order, and the customer service was friendly.

I come here about three times a week. When I was cashing out my item didn’t ring up the price I saw it as so the woman called in a bag for somebody to look at it and I wanted to go back there just to make sure I saw it right when I got back there the high school worker that checked the price was sitting there laughing at me the whole time just cause I wanted to check the price I saw.

Always love shopping at Target. Clean, well lit, merchandise is well organized. Grocery has a lot of healthy food and organic food choices. Coffee at Starbucks and snacks at the Target Cafe make shopping there really nice! All the employees from those stocking shelves to checkouts are so friendly and helpful!

I pretty much never write reviews, but I have to say that this particular store was so amazingly organized, especially their undergarments (which at most stores looks like they let kids put things away for them). I was able to find what I needed quickly and easily. This is having been to one other Target and 2 Kohl's stores that supposedly had my item , but I couldn't find it.

It seems that often I have had issues with either pick up orders, or otherwise. I must say that Jen S. and Marissa have been great to take care of me. I was recently frustrated with being overcharged, and items listed in stock, not in stock, as well as only 2 registers open, coupons not ringing, etc. I called the store the following day, and Jen was great. She had me come in and refunded the overcharged difference. I had been emailed to complete a guest survey after my shopping trip. I shared my frustration and welcomed a call. Today Marissa called to follow up. These ladies are great at customer service 👏 and quite pleasant!

Two Target Customer Sales/Assistants were very helpful and kind to me today. This is not the first time that my local Target employee has exhibited such behavior. I love this store! They are always so nice. You know they will do their best to help answer your question or resolve the issue.

This store is dirty. The women’s bathroom is disgusting. There is old dirt literally caked around the feet of the stalls and filthy water splash marks up the walls. Just nasty. Also poorly stocked and overall unkempt.

Who ever runs the Toy Department. You may be Wondering why the NECA, HEMAN ORGINS, TMNT, DBZ, STARWARS Adult colecablies aren't selling. You can't keep stocking WAVE 8, for 2 years while there on wave 10. Also it helps to actually keep your store stocked, people don't wanna waste Gas, and Time just to find 3 year old Wave, and empty pegs.

The associates at Target are amazing. It really caught me off guard as I was checking out how pleasant and helpful they are. Sadly I’m not used to that at most other places especially near closing time! I’ve noticed in the past as well. It’s really uplifting.

This store used to be great, but has gotten a lot worse ever since! The staff is in no hurry at all when customers are waiting in line. I ordered an item online from them, and when I went to go pick up the item, it took about twenty minutes for a staff member to realize there were people in line. There were about five people at that point. Also, this target definitely does not carry as much stock as others I have gone in to. Would greatly appreciate if they fix these issues.

This is the only target that I will go to in the future the one in Streetsboro and the one in Akron are both staffed with incredibly rude people that act as if you're stealing the whole time you're in there, and they are very unwilling to help you in the event that you need them to assist you in something like a return from shipt or otherwise. The associated the Wadsworth location staying open well past closing time to help me with an issue and I just felt like they genuinely were concerned with customer service other than just getting out of there for the night I've never had an associate at any store like that ever be as helpful as they were

I have a disability that makes walking around to shop very difficult. So the drive up feature has been a real life changer. The employees who deliver my purchase to my car are always very nice and exhibit exceptional customer service. They have gotten much busier since the pandemic started, but the wait time for orders has only increased by 2 hours & even though the staff must be overwhelmed, you’d never know if by their attitudes. All of them are great & I hope they all are getting paid at least $15/hour bc they deserve it. They are forced into contact with customers & are putting themselves on the front line of this pandemic & doing it with a smile. They deserve to be treated like gold by target & acknowledged for their hard work. Please treat them well, bc they are the reason I keep coming back to target and using the drive up service!

Poor management. I purchased a water purifier and when i got home I realized that it had already been opened and used. I went back to target to exchange it and was informed that they couldnt do an even exchange without doing a complete return and forcing me to repurchase it since i paid with my red card. The girl working at the cash register was super nice and offered to put it on a gift card so that I wouldnt have to wait a long time for the money to go back on my card. I expressed my concern that if I repurchased it on a gift card I wouldnt get my 5% discount for red card as I did when i originally purchased it. She said she might be able to get it for me but had to check with her manager (Jack). Jack came over and immediately said no to the discount and walked away. Jack is rude and should find a new career. People like that should not work in customer service/returns.

I feel like the old customers are being left in the dust. I ordered online for pickup but did not know it was NOT curbside pickup. I am in a wheelchair and cannot go into the store easily, so I love the curbside pickup option available. I don`t have a Smart phone. Apparently you need the app to have that option? My purchase was brought out to me after a long wait because the poor person was swamped with orders to bring out..

The returns supervisor/manager blamed me for not seeing that the packed non see through cheese was moldy. The other package of cheese sold to me two days ago was over the best by date by 4+ months which I take partial responsibility for not seeing it, but they also shouldn't be selling it.

We love our local Target. It's always clean, the staff is friendly and it's a far superior experience than going to other big-box stores (which shall remain nameless). Plus the fact that there's a Starbucks right at the entrance always makes shopping a little more tolerable.
