If u have UnitedHealth care OTC don't go to this store. They will refuse to scan the barcode on ur card to pay. Plus both ladies were being rude.

Great local store. Has a decent selection and has good deals very often. Most of the employees are great the rest are average. I have no real complaints. Great for a quick trip even a trip for the good variety of foods

What’s up with the Wadsworth location? No water or ice cream are mostly all gone a lot of the Hispanic items are also gone.I used to shop here 3’xs a week. A lot of the prices are higher then Walmart for the same amount.

Well it's not really a bad store. The prices are decent the selection is so-so. I mean I went in for one specific thing today and I almost couldn't find it. And then when I did find it it was tiny little can I was looking for sliced mushrooms so I can make some Philly cheese steaks. they only had tiny little cans on the on an end cap. So I was just beside myself. But I grabbed them anyways but I had to grab like four times as much because it was so tiny. So I wasn't happy about that. Other than that what can I say off brand items for the most part and some of the things are really good and some of the things you pretty much steer clear off. The cashier is pleasant and it was not crowded in the store. The store seemed very clean but it's just not a large Save-A-Lot location. It just doesn't seem to have all of the things that the other stores seem to have.

Ron, cashier on Saturdays, is a hell of a nice guy.It's a smaller grocery store, equivalent in size to like an aldis.Produce section is smaller than you may expect, but they make up for that big time with their in house meat cutters. Meat is usually pretty good. One of the main reasons I go there.Milk, eggs, frozen section, canned goods, decent pricing.Big plus too is they usually aren't that busy when you go, so you won't be in too long if you know what you need.If the crowds at aldis or Walmart get to ya, this may become your go to place

I go here all the time. They have new employees all the time. The store seems a little dirty. Overall good on prices and at least almost all the employees are nice.

I bought a watermelon that was priced at 4.48 and the cashier charged me a 1.38 a pound because she apparently keyed it in as some root vegetable. The watermelon ended up being almost 15 dollars. There's a upc on the sticker and there was no need to key in any produce code... I know mistakes get made... I'm not angry...Yet. Hopefully when I return tomorrow to explain the situation the staff will relize what happened and return the over charge without a frustrating amount of trouble so I can update this rating.

It's not very crowded. I didn't realize they changed over the process, which is like Aldi- but a nice touch. Cost effectiveness with carts lead to better spending in other areas

Save-a-Lot is a clean, friendly, and considerate store. (And they have my favorite drink in the cooler by the register!) Not much of a turnover, so it's easy to shop, just by familiarity. Great store here in Wadsworth, Ohio! Thanks!

Very clean, not busy or crowded, small store but very organized, courteous employee's covid-19 compliant plenty of parking and location is convenient right off of 94 which is also High St in wadsworth Ohio just a block or two north of the square.

Fair to middling grocery store with an ok selection. It's sort of a cross between a traditional grocery store (produce, meat, canned food) and a big box store (pallet sales of items). Not high quality goods, but some deals are hard to pass up. Food in a pinch, or if they have a great sale on something you need.

Went for the sale on T Bone steaks and they had none. If you run a sale you should make sure you have the item. First time there and not to happy.

Clean public restrooms/scrub brush, fresh produce, large frozen food section, large hygiene section, large drink selections, quality name brand candy and snacks, large cereal/"breakfast foods," (basic/exotic) oils/spices(some in bulk), pies and dessert at checkout, and they also have a large meat section mostly processed meat and bulk fresh cut meat. Don't go too hungry 😁 save some favorite drool catchers at the checkout for me.

Good for some foods not for others. Bread and buns are usually stale. Good deals on meat most of the time, better for slow cooking usually very tough.

Everyone is always nice and helpful. If you ever have a problem with something you bought it's replaced or refunded. I Love My Save-A-Lot!!!

Cheap good food, just remember to bring a quarter to get a cart and remember to bring your own bags. They do sell them, but I believe they are 10 cents a piece.

Great place to run in and out! Good bargains on foods close to expiration! Some itmes could be cheaper considering the stores purpose but over all pretty good!
