It was my first time there today and they got us right in for a nail trim that was long overdue. My dog is not a fan of nail trims, but they did a great job on trimming his nails anyway. Everyone there was so kind and welcoming and even more I loved it because you could see the people working and caring for your dogs. They weren’t hitting the way where you can’t see.. Big plus for me. We will surely be back!

They do an amazing job. Rosie is not declawed and very feisty and doesn’t like going to the groomers. The previous place I had taken her they wanted me to give my cat a sedative but I refused. Took Rosie to Plus One, explained that she can get nasty and they had no issues with grooming her. Been taking her there ever since and no sedative. Thank-you Plus One!!

Very people and pet friendly. Betsy always ask if the cut is "ok" before we leave. If I ever need something shorter or fixed they do it without ever making me feel bad!! They call when almost finished so your buddies don't have to be kenneled while they wait for you. My pups are comfortable there, never seem stressed. Thanks guys!💖🐕👍

I’m very disappointed in the service rendered to my dog. I don’t even feel as if they did anything at all. I’m new to the area and was recommended to thus place. I took my dog in for a nail cut plus feet shaved and a “sanitary shave”. I wasn’t allowed to go in due to Covid which is fine but they never even asked her name. The girl at the door seemed to understand the services I wanted. She repeated them back to me. She told me the cost was $15. I gave her $20 and she asked if she should keep it. Found that rude but whatever, their prices were reasonable. Upon getting home, not only don’t my dogs nails seem like they were cut but they didn’t shave her feet or her hind end area. Highly disappointed. Won’t be going back!

Betsy and her staff are so polite and do an excellent job. They are a busy, locally ran grooming shop and they know each and every client. I will continue to take my dog to see Betsy, and will continue to buy my dogs food from her. It says a lot about a place when the dogs you see coming in and out of the shop are happy! Plus One Grooming is the best!!

I have been going to this place for years, but unfortunately I will never go back....They kept my dog 4hrs (more than once) for a grooming after asking for an appointment that was a time where my dog could be "in and out" due to stress on the dog. A worker came out and actually felt my dog to see how matted and NEVER said he would be there for 4 hours. The person doing the cut also told me when I picked him up that they had "too many other "in and out" dogs that day" and that was why it took so long.....sounds like OVER BOOKING to me...... After calling to make sure my next 5 standing appointments would be "in and out" since I am flexible and able to bring my dog ANY day of the week, at ANY time, they were rude, and asked me if I knew how to scissor a dog. I will never be going back and will make sure I spread the word. This is how they treat LONG standing customers.

They did a GREAT jib grooming my cat, Cricket. She loves showing off her beautiful lion cut! Perfectly located so we could drop her off, have breakfast & go to the farmer's market in Medina square before picking her up. We'll be back!

Great job grooming my doodle. They actually give him a styled cut and cut him like a doodle, not a poodle. With big dogs a lot of places get lazy and just shave them down or don’t listen to how you want them groomed. Not plus one - My dood looks like a dood and they are very time efficient. Pricing is comparable to petsmart but these are true groomers. Will be taking my yorkiepoo to them too and know she’ll come out looking great.
