My Teammates at Stratford Crossings Apartments absolutely LOVED the cake that I ordered for our Taco Bar luncheon!!! Thank you so much!!! This gorgeous , delicious cake was THE HIT our employee party! I ordered a half sheet, 1/2 chocolate and half vanilla with whipped cream icing! Highly recommended!

This was my first time using their pharmacy. Very nice staff and they were able to fill my prescription while the Wadsworth store is always out of it. They were fast and efficient. Will definitely use again. And they take Good Rx! Very pleased.

We did a curbside pick-up. It went smoothly as always. They have a good system going on. Even when you pull up and there are already a couple of cars ahead of you, the wait is not very long.

We shop here every week and like the organization of the store. It's clean and the produce is nice. The workers are knowledgeable and nice. I know it isn't entirely their fault, but holy cow; the prices are high!

Excellent customer service. People are always available for assistance. Prices are lower than buehlers, but higher than acme in Norton. Super-great Asian food section. Best bakery around, to be certain.

The Mens Room REEKS of rotten urine! If these people can't even clean a simple floor and urinal, it makes me skeptical of the in-store food service. Who would buy sushi or raw type food from an establishment that cannot perform the simple task of cleaning the bathrooms?? Certainly not me! Too bad, it is a pretty good Deli but I won't buy anything from a place where the hand washing sinks stink to high heaven. I wonder if the store manager uses this restroom and turns a blind eye to it???? SHAME!!!

Wide selection of products but overpriced. Are they trying to make check out more irritating?. Only shopped there a couple times. 1st time went through check out line, went to give the person cash and they said "well you should have told me you were paying with cash before I rang you up" what does that even matter. After they gave me the eye roll look I put my cash into the slot because apparently they dont even handle cash anymore. 2nd time went through self check out after scanned 2 items each time it telling me to scan my giant eagle card, an employee came up to me, you dont have a card, ummmm no, what does that matter, after they did their thing it "allowed" me to scan my items. So impersonal. Am I a lesser person because I pay with cash and dont have a giant eagle card.

This is a great store. The fruits and vegetables are fresh and last longer when you get them home. Also has great buy one get one free. Their meats are also excellent. I can buy everything here and not have to ho store to store!

Ordered a cupcake cake for husband's birthday party Jan.23 pick up , they were awful. The cupcakes were so dry you couldn't eat them w ithout checking. Don't waste your money

Love this supermarket and recent additions inside have made it flow much better. I added a photo I took today of a produce stand for children under 10 to have a banana and or orange. I love this idea!

I wasnt aloud to buy anything from the store because i didnt have an "Advantage Card". What kind of a grocery store is this?! Would not recommend when you need to actually feed yourself. Wasted 45 minutes for nothing.

I'm on the Giant eagles I've been into I quite frankly believe this is the nicest of them very big large selection roomy. Visit today was to get the vaccine pharmacy staff was very efficient and friendly.

By far my favorite grocery store! Never have an issue if I order or pick up. Nice and clean and above all, most the same employees are there as I recall years ago when tarting to shop at the old Wadsworth one. Really enjoy going there for my shopping

Great place. The employees are friendly and always willing to help you if needed and their produce section is the best for fresh fruits and veggies. They have a variety of different goods and they have sales on produce often so if you are looking for affordable yet quality produce I definitely recommend shopping here.

I only gave 3 stars because when I was in the baby section with my baby alls you can smell is soap I'd there a reason why the soap is next to the baby supplies I mean adults can barely breath in that section. What the hell are you thinking connecting soap and baby food ? Someone is not using there dayum brains

It’s a nice store. I’ve shopped at the one in New Castle Pennsylvania. Many times I went into the one in Wadsworth for something specific I was told by a manufacturer of Vista oyster crackers that they were sold at giant eagle so I went there they weren’t there and I even asked a store employee the layout on this one really confused me a lot

I really only come here for the pharmacy. I do wish the old doors that use to be the pharmacy entrance were still in use to the public. I hate having to walk through the main doors just to walk across the store to get to the pharmacy. Not the biggest deal ever but I do miss those doors.

The store itself is ok for some items, but my 5 star rating is for their best employee, Al. I sure hope that management acknowledges and appreciates how great of an asset he is to their store. Every time I stop in, he is always being so kind and helpful to everyone entering and exiting. Imagine how great of an environment it could be, if everyone was that kind and respectful.

Great selection of items. The layout of the store is a tad bit difficult to navigate at first. The food is very fresh. Great vegetable section. I purchase my steak there and they're always great! They have a great selection of ready to heat and eat foods when you walk in and go to the left side. You can grab one, warm it up in a microwave and it's like a home-cooked dinner. They're a "go to" directly from work for me. All in all, a quality shopping experience.

Curbside: thank you for picking the greenest of bananas for us. All 10 of them are the loveliest shade of jungle green and so hard that they break in half (though they are impossible to peel so that's a negative). Think they'll be ready in 2 weeks?

It’s hard to describe what makes a grocery store better then the others but I will say that this particular Giant Eagle is my favorite local grocery store, reason being is that it’s kept very clean, the shelves are organized and stocked. The staff are always pleasant and professional, it’s obvious that there is very good management at this store. Another thing I love about this store is the freshness of their veggies and fruit, the quality of their meat and seafood and the variety at the bakery (I’m always in the bakery, I have a bad sweet tooth), they also always have a large variety of everything, there’s so many different kinds of lunch meat and cheeses to choose from and comparing them to other stores around the greater area their prices are pretty good. I’ve been shopping at this Giant Eagle store ever since I moved to Barberton approximately 12 years ago, recently we had a Marks open up which is closer to my house but Giant Eagle in my opinion is better all the way around.
