My younger brother and I went into the store and there was garbage all over the floor. When we were checking out, he stepped on a tack on the ground and started gushing blood from his toe. Cashier gave us a band aid and sent us on our merry way.A few minutes later we went back in the store to get some first aid stuff to clean up his foot, and the staff didn't bat an eye. The manager there didn't seem to care. No apologies or anything. Very disappointing experience.Go have a look at the carpet around checkout counter #1 if you want to see the blood from my bros foot. I bet you it won't be cleaned up—much like the rest of the place.

I love Dollar Tree but this particular location, not so much. It was getting close to closing time but I would’ve had plenty of time to grab what I needed and be checked out. The door was ALREADY locked at 8:50pm! It’s clearly posted they close at 9pm except on Sunday which it was not. That’s so frustrating! I rushed to get there before closing just for the door to be locked early! Closing up 10 mins might be nothing to those working but for a customer who busted a** to get there in time and someone decides they want to go home early and locks the door…This is the 2nd time I’ve gone there to grab something quickly just to find out they closed early. Hoping the right person reads this if they’re unaware this is happening. I went into this same location a couple days later and wasn’t at all impressed by the selection. Had to move & reach behind huge carts that were blocking the shelves and one isle I couldn’t even get my cart through because of all the boxes and carts.**Edit: Wow I didn’t realize I had already posted about this..unfortunately nothing has changed.I arrived at this Dollar Tree in Wadsworth, Ohio on May 6th at 9:54pm and the door was already locked. Closing time is listed as 10pm. I Knew I would be cutting it close but needed 1 specific item and could've been in/out in under 5 mins. This has happened with this location on two prior occasions. It's extremely frustrating when I rush from 20 mins away to get there and actually make it but someone decides to close early! I typically don't write about a complaint, it's always for a compliment but being that I'm so frustrated with this location for closing early 3 times only that I know of but probably everyday. The last time I shopped at this location, they announced over the speaker the store was closed and without checking the time I went immediately to checkout because I was thinking I lost track of time and it was actually 10pm. I checked out, got in my vehicle to see it still wasn't even 10pm!

Everything is $1. How can you be mad!!Some lady in line was asking about returns! If you don't like your $1 gizmo don't waste $2 in gas to drive here and return it.Updates:Long gone is the true dollar store!!After Biden inflation the dollar store was hit with 25% inflation passed directly to the customer. Everything except gum and some small candies are now $1.25Sad times

I love DT! I've probably been to every one within a 50 mile radius of my home because they all have SOMETHING that the others don't. The clerk's are always so friendly and helpful even prior to CO-19. 😄 Thanks for everything!

My wife went into this store early in the morning. We both are still working and have two children at home. After completing most of her shopping she was told to leave the store because, she was shopping during designated senior hours for covid 19. There was no sign or posting anywhere in the store or online that stated designated senior hours. She refused to leave the store which, had one customer and two workers in it. The manager was then brought out to tell her she couldn’t check out and had to leave immediately. She refused, checked out and left while being berated by a manager overly upset that he couldn’t find his sign designating senior hour. What a joke. You diffuse the situation by letting the customer finish her purchase then, find your sign which shouldn’t have been missing to begin with. Also might help to post your senior hours. When people check online to see what your new limited hours are due to the pandemic they might be better informed if you posted senior hours there.

This store is filthy. I love Dollar Tree but the Wadsworth store is always a mess. Carpet stains everywhere and merchandise all over the floors!

Great quick stop to pick up a few 1$ items. Friendly staff nothing fancy but great buys. Pretty clean restroom just don't read the walls 😂😂😂

I bought a lighter from there today, got home and it didn’t even work. So I went back to the store a few hours later to exchange it for the same product and they wouldn’t let me because I had opened the package, and I told them it doesn’t work at all and they said sorry we can’t help you. How am I supposed to know it doesn’t work if I don’t open it? Some things from here are good, some things aren’t. Most is just cheap JUNK.

Best store ever. Everything is a dollar. They also have greeting cards. 2 for $ 1.00. Sandwich bags, aluminum foil, & all party supplies. Just bought a bouquet of balloons. It has everything u need. Love it.

This dollar has lots of stuff which is great! But any time and day if the week there is only ONE CASHIER with a minimum of 8 customer's in line. So it takes forever.

The Wadsworth Dollar Tree is one of the worst. The workers are very unfriendly and cold. They always seem grumpy and miserable. No greeting or goodbye. This store always has bare shelves too. Not well stocked unlike the Wooster Dollar Tree.

The Wadsworth store has a large sign on the door requiring Masks on customers, however no one was enforcing it, most the customers were mask-less.The CASHIER (an elderly woman) was also mask-less (breaking Ohio business mandate) I requested to be checked out by someone else but they refused, the woman also refused to pull her mask on. She claimed Dollar General Corp told her specifically she didn’t need to wear one as cashier. What ?!Out of the 5 employees there, 3 had the mask around their chin or neck. SAD!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The older lady that checked me out was super rude. I will never be returning because of her. The store is also very dirty and messy. Worst dollar tree I've EVER been to.

Wadsworth Dollar is the worst. It is never stocked and it is a mess. Smells bad and isles are cluttered. Very poor management.

A very good variety of products, all for 1 dollar! When I need anything, I come here first, as they have all kinds of products, sometimes the same you would find somewhere else, but much cheaper.

The place really needs new flooring. It has huge nasty stains making it look disgusting !!! A bit of a embarrassment for our classy town of Wadsworth!
