This store gets no stars!! We have been using them because our insurance told us to. Had many problems last straw was it took 2 days to transfer a prescription from discharge from the hospital. It was an antibiotic which was much needed!! Our new pharmacy called 5 times before they would give it to them. They are very rude and unprofessional!! I will pay more for my dying husband’s medicine than to be treated like this!!!

I give my experience today at CVS 1 star. I placed an online order for photo prints for a party and went to go pick them up. I paid for the photos and a few other items. Upon arriving home, I get a call from CVS letting me know that my transaction was voided on their end. However, I could see it went through on my bank statement. Regardless I still went back to the store to sort things out. When I arrived to the store the sweet women at the register was so kind (Lisa) but wasnt exactly sure what to do since the transactions were on my end but not theirs. She called her manager over. Her name is Sarah. All I have to say is how rude and unkind this women is. She basically implied that I was lying about the transactions charging my card and told me that if I brought back "proof" she would refund my money. So basically I have pending charges just hanging off my bank account currently because I had to run my card again. Who knows if ill get my money back. The biggest issue here is the way Sarah treats, talks to and handles situations. I could tell this is not the first time the women behind the counter has seen Sarah treat customers this way as she was very apologetic and felt so bad with how she treated a young girl. Lisa is the sweetest lady, she deserves a pay raise for who she has to deal with!!

I really enjoy going to this CVS! They are always super helpful when im shopping, the staff is very friendly, and the pharmacists are quick when filling my prescriptions as well ☺️

Some self pay machines are okay, these ones are garbage. Don't make me use the scale when I have only one item that I can hold in my hand. Also, if the machine knows that I am scanning a coupon, don't make me select the coupon button first. Just accept the coupon. I know this rating affects the store, not corporate but as far as I know, I'm not hurting a franchise.

Had a really good pharmacy experience. I got sick traveling from out of state, and of course my insurance doesn't cover out of state. The staff looked up coupons for me, so my out of pocket was lower on my medications. I was pretty impressed with their patience.

This CVS is always well stocked with so many great products, and their pharmacy and front desk staff are kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Yes, it is hard to get through on the phone, but there are automated phone options as well as ways to get CVS information and renew RXs, schedule Covid testing, etc., online. That will always save you time. The pharmacy techs have saved me money multiple times by going the extra mile and giving me all my options. The pharmacists I have spoken to have been thorough and attentive with me, despite being extremely busy! And the front desk employee who checked me out this past week also gave me some great money saving options. She was very friendly and pleasant, and knowledgeable. I personally feel like the employees at this CVS have been extremely helpful and courteous in the last six months, a very difficult task at times. The Covid surge has been hard for pharmacy employees too. We see you!

First let me say that WADSWORTH RITE AID PHARMACY IS HANDSDOWN THE BEST!!! However, I was forced to switch to CVS d/t my new insurance. The pharmacy is dirty, disorganized, and the majority of the staff are shockingly and consistently rude. Not even worth calling ahead to have med refilled, as you'll be on hold forever and med still won't be ready when you arrive. I literally had to go in and wait everytime in order to actually save myself time in getting refills- sad. Hopefully I won't have the same experience using Fairlawn CVS 🤞

Arrived at 10 when they opened for vaccine on time for the first appt of the day.. Pharmacist was late and then made everyone waiting to get vaccine wait without any staff speaking to anyone until 10:30. Vaccine was given well after that. Poor communication or respect to customers time.

The store is convenient and the extra bucks deals are pretty good. As far as the person who says they always try to screw you out of coupons, maybe read them closer. I just made a purchase of over $52 but after coupons and extra bucks, I paid $2.40 out of pocket and got another $10 in extra bucks right back.

I've been coming to this pharmacy for a few years and I really trust them with the many meds from multiple doctors that they manage for me. They've always been friendly and helpful, and quick no matter the pull up lane!

I've been shopping here for longer than I should have because it's conveniently located. These people will always, ALWAYS find a way to screw you out of your coupons. Even their own!!! 25 percent off your purchase? SUCKS TO BE YOU, CUSTOMER, THERE'S A 10% SALE ON YOUR ITEM, YOU CAN'T USE YOUR 25% OFF COUPON.

Verry helpful. Were able to help me when i was having a insulin emergancy. My insurance only covers my insulin every 3 months and my doctor only wrote a 1 month script. They told me exactly what to do to sort it out so i wouldnt be paying almost 400 dollars out of pocket. They were even able to get me the insulin that same day after i sorted it out within about 15 minutes which was a life saver as i was down to half a pen.

Customer service is awesome in both the general store and the pharmacy at this location. All employee's are knowledgeable and very friendly. Helpful and polite! The store is always very clean, and inventory is never in the way on restock days. This location rocks!

Tried calling all day and no one will pick up the phone. Went to get my prescription and of course they don’t have it. I have metastatic cancer and need my medicine when they call it in. If they had answered the phone I could have had my doctor call it in to another pharmacy. Will be escalating this because it’s ridiculous that they can’t be reached!

Rude. It was 7 minutes until close and I needed to run in and grab ONE item. Before I even finished walking through the door this smaller woman with red hair ran over to the door and blocked me, saying “We’re about to close.” It was so rude that I just turned around and walked out. I won’t be going back and I hope others have a better experience than I had.

i`ve never had so much trouble getting my meds before going through withdraw. these "people" are a f**king joke! its really smart to take anti psychotics from people. they have been nothing but rude and unhelpful and i hope they burn for it.

I've been trying to call for 2 days to fill a scrip they have in their file that I HAVE to call to get filled. I've been on hold 20 minutes at least each time and when they finally get to me I hear "Thank you for calling CVS.." then I get hung up on. This has happened 10 times.

The pharmacy is so unorganized. My fiance and I both always get frustrated with having to pull around and/or come back later (couple times in a day) due to the disorganization. Wish there were more pharmacy options in Wadsworth!

Aside from one rude pharmacy tech who always works in the drive through, this pharmacy is the best. They are helpful, prompt and quick to call you with any problems.
