I usually give our carrier a tip around Christmas, usually 100$. Nothing huge but something nice on Christmas. This year my carrier can thank Brooke for not getting a tip. She is extremely rude. The tip is for great service throughout the year. Brooke does not give great service. Not even subpar. She's very rude and disrespectful and knows exactly what happens when she's no where to be found. Kudos for losing the tip for your driver this year. I'll give the extra to UPS, mind you, they never complain about delivering my packages. ( Sorry I order often online and this causes you to have a bad day Brooke. 🙄)

Horrible service from our carrier, constantly forgets packages doesn’t deliver them on time even though the internet says out for delivery! She also just places them in whatever spot is convenient for her.

Nothing wrong with the service but be careful to plan your trip around school letting in or out, traffic is a nightmare here during those times now.

Something needs to change with this office. Either short staffed or poor management. Sometimes packages won’t be delivered and you must pick them up. Horrible service.

Please Note: do not schedule any type of passport service on Saturdays for this location. They will not honor their appointment and will blame the Post Master for not training anyone to do this service. This was a service they offered about a year ago, but have since stopped. If you need passport service I suggest either Athens or Belpre location.
