This place has a lot of things to do. The caramel dip is to die for. Super warm buttery and yummy. But everything is pretty pricey. You go on a tractor ride aka hayride and you don't feed the cows. You just watch her do it. We had a good time but there are other farms I prefer more even if they don't have as much on them. $11 for three apples. $25 for family of 6 to ride the tractor ride. $7 a person to even get in. And $7 a pumpkin. Adds up real quick. That doesn't even include $14 to make a scarecrow. Or $2 for the pinecone birdfeeder. The cornmaze is huge and they have games set up in it if you want to participate. Lots of cute put your face in the hole photo opportunities. The basketball hoop put in a bailer thing is very cool.

the pumpkins are an amazing price! and the apples are delicious, amazing atmosphere! great for taking fall pictures, the hay ride is affordable! great family fun and great food prices!

I cannot say enough about how much we love Sweetapple Farm. Our church group had an event here that was fun and welcoming and different. Something for everyone and so many helpful faces with everyone we met and worked with. We have also attended many birthday parties here that were amazing. These are some of our favorite family traditions. Thanks Sweetapple Farm for the wonderful memories!

Love this place. We go every year. There is always something to do or see. Excellent photo opportunities, pick your own pumpkins, walk the corn maze, sit by the fire, grab some lunch at the Market, feed the animals, and more! Take the family!

Had a great time. The corn maze was fun. (Grass was a little high in the maze but was still fun). My kids loved the pumpkin painting. And the hayride was fun with the cows eating pumpkins. All of the staff that we encountered were really nice and helpful. Will definitely want to go back soon.

Super cute family farm with a *true* pumpkin patch (not just pumpkins placed in a field!). Definitely would recommend the trip.

Shelly is very greedy and extremely rude. She charges $125 to rent out the barn for a parties, gatherings, etc. There are extras you can buy, including painting your own pumpkin. Of course, you would think that the $125 for the barn would in turn, allow party guests/visitors to enter for free, and if they wanted to buy an add-on then of course they could. NOPE. Everyone that attends the party, whether they wanted add-ons or not, have to pay $7… WHAT?! That’s the whole point in paying $125 for the barn. What place has you pay for the venue AND charges your guests a fee?!Oh and I would strongly suggest that you have your balloons and anything that requires electric already finished before you get there. When asked if there was an outlet in the barn so balloons could be blown up, she was absolutely floored at that question. Her exact words, “I will not be paying the electric bills for an hours worth of blowing up balloons.” Wow!!! I’m absolutely speechless.

Such a fun experience to have! We did pumpkin painting, corn maze, fed the goats some grass! We ate DELICIOUS caramel and apples with some cold apple cider because it was still nice outside and at 8 pm we went on a spooky hayride and maybe i’m just a wimp but i was spooked several times and they provided us with blankets to keep warm. What a nice family farm to visit and not a long drive from Parkersburg or Marietta. Would definitely recommend.

This place is clearly all about money, 7 entry fee that includes nothing, all pumpkins were rotted and not taken care of, have to pay to milk a fake cow, staff are rude beyond belief, absolute trash establishment, save your money

Not only do you have to pay for admission but every thing else costs money too. It’s not really worth going anymore if you have a big family. You can’t bring in food anymore either. We used to roast hotdogs or marshmallows but not anymore 😩

Our family had so much fun for hours, and still didn't do everything there was offered to do. So family oriented, makes you feel right at home. Friendly atmosphere, and everything was kept so clean including their port a potties, animal pins, stores, and more. If you go, must purchase some of their delicious kettle corn.

Great place to take kids, or just to enjoy the fall season. Friendliest people you'll ever meet, they do their best to make sure you enjoy yourself. Hay rides, corn maze, plenty of animal interaction. Pumpkin painting, all kinds of fun crafts. I will be going again.

Awesome place for family time and just to enjoy a beautiful day and season. Great environment of laughter and love. Smiling faces from employees and owners that genuinely care about community and everyone that comes to the farm. So much to see and do for a quality time away from everything that distracts us. Spend time here. Make memories. Laugh and sing on the wagon ride. See all the animals showing off their skills. Find a pumpkin, a some cider, warm up to the fire, walk among the history that a local farm can give you. Find you way with some riddles through a corn maze. But best of all....enjoy the time....here at sweet apple farm...!Love this place. Thanks for sharing your family with us and the community. We really enjoyed the time spent at Seewtapple. I believe we will make it a yearly visit. Hay ride the kids loved and the corn maze flashlight walk was great. The market has nice warm drinks and pumpkin pie! Thank for offering this experience just wish we would have found it sooner!

Came here with a group of my friends. Very last minute planning since we only had found out the night before that all 4 of us were off work. Although it was last min, it wasnt an issue. It was easy to purchase tickets online and send them to my phone. There was more to do here than anticipated, the corn maze, the market to buy food, build your own scarecrow stations, pumpkin painting. I loved the animals, particularly the baby goats. And of course the pumpkin picking, the main reason we came. Just up the hill from parking and they had wagons available. Will come again next year.

I wish there was a little more to do, or maybe a couple more animals to feed. They have activities like painting pumpkins, a maze, building scarecrows, feed animals or walking in a pumpkin patch. Its a really fun date activity or family fun. They have a couple other small activities but none that really are worth mentioning. The maze could've used a little tlc by the staff. All in all, it was an inexpensive date with a lot to occupy your time, just wish some of it was better taken care of or more passion was put into it.

Awesome farm to take a trip to in the fall, or kids (3 year olds) had so much fun running from one picture cut out to the next, playing with the handmade wooden xylophone, and petting the goats!! There was something that caught their attention around every turn!!! They milked a "cow" a wooden cut out with a bucket udder, filled with water.

A little pricey, but lots of great activities for kids. Feeding goats, corn maze, hay ride, pumpkin painting and of course a pumpkin patch. Conveniently has a shop to buy some food while there.
