We have two dogs and a cat. When they were little there were assorted “accidents”. Classic Carpet Cleaning did such a good job, one would never know we lived with animals. We bought a new home where the previous owners had 10 animals living inside. All the carpet in the house was close to ruined, plus the hair and smell overwhelmed you as soon as you walked in. Classic Carpet saved us!!! They spent 4 days cleaning our house top to bottom! (it’s a large, 3 floor home)Steve and Josh brought all the carpet and furniture in the house back to almost new again and the pet stains and odors are GONE! Erica and her team worked SO hard cleaning every other inch of the house..windows, drapes, hardwood floors, fridge, baseboards, bathrooms - ALL of it was so clean after they were finished!! The house was definitely a new place after Classic Carpet was done and we are so, so happy with their work!! The crew at Classic did a wonderful job! I had to cancel several times due to construction issues but they worked with me to get the job done. This house was a rental and needed some TLC. They did a fantastic job removing the pet stains left for me to deal with. Whole house looks great. Price was great and a quality job done right. Highly recommend them.

I've used Classic Carpet Cleaning services twice now. The first time, I had a nasty pet odor for which I tried multiple products but nothing worked. I wasn't very optimistic about anyone getting the smell out as everything I tried seemed to make it worse. After Classic cleaned the carpet, the odor was gone. I was so pleased!! I called again a little over a year later with a little bit of pet odor and again, the smell was gone after the cleaning. On both occasions they told me if after a couple days there was still some odor, they would come back and clean the trouble spots again at no charge! They didn't need to come back either time. I have tile flooring in a high-traffic business downtown. It was a horrible mess until Steve and Jason came in! It’s never been cleaner, shinier, and more ready to represent my sweet little shop! It is in a quiet thinly populated area in Vincent and the people were very friendly and helpful. Though they are not really open on Saturday they met us there to help us order flooring. It is quite a drive for us in Athens Ohio.
