Dunkin Donuts is selling bagels that should be checked by Health Department, this is absolutely disgusting!Order was Toasted Bagel vs Uncooked Dough!!!Second time buying so called food from OH Turnpike Service Areas in last 3 months, I feel not only Robbed but also surprised that only here no one cares about food quality.Ohio Turnpike Administration just once visit any PA Turnpike food court, why no such issues there?

Beautiful rest area with clean restrooms that were well attended and includes seat covers. Also has souvenir shop and food court area. Family restroom, mail box, lotto machines, vending machines, trucker lounge and trucker showers, travel guides. Even a couple claw games and 25 cent machines. Sidewalk wraps around the building and is nice to walk. Nice place to stretch your legs!

I was very surprised by how clean and how much was here to offer. The only 2 things you should know are that first yes this place is 24 hours but the food is not. Only Starbucks and Burger King are 24hrs. And the prices are slightly boosted. Not a huge let down but I was a little let down as I am a pizza hound and I showed up late. Haha. They have personal shower rooms with a toilet and plenty of space with a lock on the door. This is a huge plus for people who are anxious and have a hard time in bathrooms. Plenty of vending machines and even two TV rooms with remotes and cable. The staff was very kind and I didn't feel as if I was being rushed out even though I was there well over an hour. Absolutely worth stopping. Also has a gas station and they allow overnight sleeping with plenty of parking for cars rv's and semi's.

Ordered a sandwich at the dunkin and paid extra for sausage, it had bacon on it. Asked for a refund on the sausage and was denied because I didn't have the sandwich. I didn't find out until I was 30 miles down the road and I'm a truck driver, so I can't just turn around and backtrack wasting an hour on my drive time. Very disappointed because a refund would've cost them like a dollar.

Great rest stop! The bathrooms need a little love but overall it's a great spot to grab some snacks, use the restroom and stretch. They also have a small food court!

The facility was very clean. We stopped in at about 9 p.m. on a Friday night, and most of the fast food restaurants were already closed.

Clean. Plenty of restrooms. Gas. Coffee. Gift shops. Food. Games. Even lottery tickets if you're feeling particularly lucky! The only downside- the parking lot design is less than desirable.

Every chance I get I try to stop here. Very clean restrooms and a small selection of restaurants to grab a bite to eat. Burger King is 24 hours. Atm available and small convenience store/gift shop. Showers are also available!

Very clean facility that offers food, coffee and snack items. Spacious area with great parking and fuel at a good price. I highly recommend this place for a quick stop when you're traveling.

Vending machine read my $5 bill as a single then would not return but showed that it had. Plaza has no authority over the vending machines so best bet is to buy from their store instead of risking losing your money too.

Good place to park in a semi, showers are tiny but pretty clean and free, building is pretty big, about half of the restaurants aren't there that are listed on the signs going up, bit the restroom was spotless.

Whoever the older Hispanic man was working on Christmas morning, 12/25/23, was extremely rude, I just wanted to ask if he had a vending machine key to fix the backed up machine and he just said “no hablo ingles”… I’m Hispanic. I didn’t even get the chance to say it in Spanish for him to understand, just ignored me. Awful experience.

Nice place, plenty of parking, food choices, and I was surprised to see a laundry room with $1.50 machines. The only problem is idiots like this driver, who shouldn't be out here. Over 50 open spots, and this fool couldn't drive well enough to get in one, so they just blocked 5 spots.

Well lit and populated. It feels safe to stop there as a solo traveler. Convenient but expensive. Coffee took forever to get, service is definitely slow. But it's so convenient who can complain.

HIGHWAY ROBBERY! I stopped to get a coffee refill in my yeti cup. Cashier actually looked over my shoulder to count how many cups coffee it took to fill my yeti cup. So this one cup of coffee cost me $7.58. Highway robbery! And a very petty cashier. Insult to injury. The coffee is weak and bitter!

Clean well lit facility. Plenty of truck parking! Large "family" restroom... I use them sometimes when I want a less public restroom experience lol. As a trucker, Ohio does a much better job at keeping their rest areas clean and up to date then many other states.. and yes we truckers do love the shower rooms!
