Love their ice cream! Very creamy and just all around amazing! I usually get a cookie dough flurry with a waffle cone on the side. And then I just put pieces of the waffle cone in the flurry. I wouldn't have ever thought to do that without the staffs suggestion. They are wonderful! All around great place and one of my favorites in Vermilion.

We had a great experience here at Romps dry dock ice cream after we left a car show. Treats were great. I would give 5 stars but lack of a restroom is a downer.

Super clean. Very friendly. Very fast. So delicious!! Love watching the sign to see the featured flavor. Definitely a must go to place being a local or just passing through. Don’t let the crowded parking lot or line deter you - the staff hustles and you’ll be enjoying your ice cream treat quite quickly!!!

As of summer of 2022 they FINALLY added a card reader, y'all are awesome for that! Definitely a hidden gem, love coming here after work. Ice cream and frozen desserts absolutely slap and the servers are always super nice.

Amazing little ice cream stand. They have all your standard ice cream options plus a whole selection of specialties I've not seen anywhere else. Everyone's super quick so even if there is a huge like, and there almost always is, you never have to wait too long. The ss Reese cup is amazing. Only complaint I have is I wish the flurries had more mix ins per scoop!

Awesome locally owned and operated ice cream stand that is a hit with locals and visitors alike. You will frequently find the owners and their family behind the counter along side their employees. The ice cream is to die for and you can get something as simple as a twist cone or they have toppings for something more complex. A favorite is the crunch coat that can be added to a cone.It is cash only so be prepared for that. They recently added a little playground for the kids and it was a hit with our two. Plenty of picnic tables. Impeccably clean. This is a must do when in Vermilion.

Literally come here all the time, but tonight just rubbed me the wrong way. Ordered a waffle cone with orange/vanilla twist. The ice cream was so soft it was already running down the cone before it was even in my hand. It would have been pure liquid in about 5 minutes. I asked if I could just have a chocolate vanilla cone instead since it was more formed. The amount of attitude I received for an ice cream cone was pretty ridiculous. The one girl shoved the cone out the window so fast and didn't say a word to me, even after I apologized for such a tough request.🙄

It was 9:01, I walked up to check, they waived me over like “come here quick” only to tell me through a CLOSED window “WERE CLOSED” which I didn’t hear as I gave them my order, until halfway through it. They didn’t knock. They just laughed at me as I talked to them (I didn’t know the window was closed).Just open the window and say you’re closed.The whole place was packed with people hanging out, no sign that said closed. Why waive a customer to a window that is CLOSED?They need a sign, or to be kind enough to open a window. Overall, I’m not going to this place. It was not the first time they have been rude.Anyone else experience this?

Great for the traditional ice cream choices along with some more signature choices. They only accept cash, but do have an ATM on the side of the building. Parking can be a little hectic with people arriving from the street while people are parking and trying to leave, but being conscientious as any driver should is all you need to be OK.

My happy place. I've been going here for ice cream for over 20 years and you can't beat it. Always good and consistent. I only wish they were open longer but probably a good thing they aren't :)

Usually it's a great 🍊 orange cone very orangey tasting however tonight's doesn't really taste like anything. First visit this year I'll give it another try later and see if it was a fluke.

I love Dairy Dock I can tell when their about to open the boats are out of the lot the fence comes down and the tables go up. I use to work in town and would get small tips my "ss reeces" fund it will fix most of your problems. I cant imagine some of the hits this little place has taken this year. Im so glad they made a way to open.

A little different w/ the covid-19 distancing protocols, only vanilla soft serve right now and flurries are not mixed together. But my turtle sundae was delicious!
